Booster Juice

Overall very disappointed.i was looking forward to getting booster juice after the gym and when i got there, i was in line for about 10 minutes before an employee told me that they were only taking cash.they weren’t willing to help and they had to wait a long time to tell us for some reason.very disappointed and it ruined my day.

Literally the açai smoothie bowl was liquid… barely any granola.smoothies are great here but what even was this?

The smoothies are high in sugar with little nutritional value unless you add a booster. Grilled items and overpriced and mediocre, but what else did you expect from a Smoothie bar? Overall good experience nonetheless.

Update.since I wrote my first review the service has been great! The girl that works Saturday mornings now is always friendly and greets you when you come through the door regardless how busy she might be, she makes an effort. The smoothies are always made right and she is always cheerful and smiling.makes for a much more pleasant experience than the last girl gave! I have changed my review to 5 stars now. I come here every Saturday morning for a smoothie. It's always good and ready quickly. Usually the staff are great. I did not have the same experience this morning with the girl working the counter. Not only did she not speak one word no please no thank you no anything she also doesn't smile. She seemed miserable. I felt bad so tipped her nicely cause she clearly hates being at work today lol

Thought it would be a good idea to get a refreshing drink after doing the polar bear swim on New Years Day. Went in with my Christmas gift card and purchased two boosters for my girlfriend and myself.

At first I thought it was in my head when the drink tasted off but then I asked my gf she said the same thing. Both of our drinks tasted like a glass of room temperature milk with no taste of fruit at all. By far the worst booster I've had. The texture and taste were so far off.

I thought it must have been a machine failure or something so we went back. I put the drinks on the counter and explained what was going on, but the girl working there just told me "ThAtS JuSt hOw iT tAsTeS" and said she could make me another one if I paid again.

I went back to my car to grab my gf to come help me explain and when we got back to the counter she had already thrown away our drinks.

This experience ruined my New Years day. Would give 0 stars if there was an option.

Tried to like this location and visited twice. First visit in the summer, halfway through my drink I ended up with a foreign body in my mouth (texture of the brillo part of a sponge?) ; threw that drink out. Second visit most recently - drinks purchased were super watered down and the customer service was nil.

I love booster juice and the drinks they make but I just had a weird and unfriendly encounter with a staff member at this location. I walked up to the counter and the staff didn’t welcome me or say hello. Just stared at me and I was wondering if I could even order because she didn’t ask me anything. I’m really unimpressed. Normally I would expect a ‘hi! What can I get for you? ” but I just got a cold shoulder.

The girls in here are always so nice and hustling! Sometimes they have a line up out the door and one person working (would love to see more support from their management) I appreciate there positive and polite attitudes even when people are being impatient.

Nice juices and smoothies but don't go there if you want fresh juice 30 min before closing as they have already washed their juicers and you will be greeted with a frown.

Have always had decent luck at this location, but I went in today and the smoothies were sub par and the person working was not wearing a mask or gloves while preparing my smoothie or other food, which is a scary thing to witness, especially during a pandemic.

Horrible service and even worst food/drinks. I am a regular at booster juice but this location is absolutely horrible. Everytime i have been there in the past year, my drinks taste nothing like they are supposed to (i always get the same thing) and the wraps.dont even get me started.not even edible. I always end up throwing them away. It was like eating cardboard. Needless to say, i will stop visting this location due to lack of proper customer service, and the fact that their staff is not properly trained to be making anyone's meals.i cant believe how horrible the taste of the shakes, and food are!

Can’t go wrong with a booster juice! The person working was friendly, the breakfast wrap and smoothie was delish. I like that they use biodegradable straws now and not those stupid cardboard ones that disintegrate before you finish your drink.

Love their smoothies. Also enjoy their protein balls and "shots". Just tried the orange, ginger, and cayenne pepper shot last night to try and head a cold off at the pass.

Service and drinks have always been fantastic. I tried to purchase 2 smoothies about 7 minutes to closing and was refused. The woman behind the counter seemed to have no interesting in having a conversation, nor helping to really explain why we could not purchasing our smoothies. Another customer had been in the store as well and was confused, also refused service. Not sure if it was due to being so close or the lack of customer service in the young lady?

So I came into this place with the girlfriend the girl behind the counter made eye contact with his both smiled went to the back counter and continue to play on her phone for 3 minutes as we both already knew what we wanted to order but had to sit there and wait for her to finish playing on her phone before we could order our food cool another place I will never go to where is customer service anymore?

The smoothies were good but the wraps were a joke. There was hardly any vegetables or chicken inside my wrap which tasted like low grade salsa and tortilla shell.my girlfriend couldnt even get through half of her vegetarian wrap due its taste which was made to order. The customer service however was good.

Good smoothie and wrap. Place smelled a lot better than other Booster Juices I've been to. Clean resteraunt.

Do not recommend going if you are in a rush and the only man who works there is working. He is the slowest moving person I've ever seen and it took him 10 mins to make my smoothy with only 1 person infront of me. Yikes

Customer service wasn't great. The girls appeared very uncomfortable in their positions. They were hardly able to make eye contact or speak to us. We had to ask again what the drinks were everytime they were put up on the counter as the girls were so quiet and difficult to hear when they announced the drinks. The drinks were very tasty though thankfully!

Disappointed today despite my communication with the man who was working to continue working on my order of 3 shots of wheat grass and a special drink, I waited as he served people b4 me and when he stopped on my order to take next person order then make her beverage also even after I asked with respect if he could finish my order 1st then move on to hers he continued to complete her drink before going back to my order. I've been there lots but if I'm not going to be served in order I'll not return I will contact management!

Quick clean little food service. A few changes in menu. Fast and efficient with reasonable pricing.
