Booster Juice

The staff here are actually the best I’ve seen in any booster juice. Always the best service.

Today is 30 March 2023 the two of lady workers are very very rude to the customers and swear at me don’t recommend this place dirty old sweets inthe counter very rude and un hygiene place

I'm in here weekly, the staff are always nice and our family loves the smoothies. I find it really helpful for quick breakfast or after school snack- keeps the kids off my back until dinner is done

My bf ordered a drink and it was not a smoothie it was a watery juice I came back re ordered it paid for a new one and it tasted like actual grass.

Very friendly staff, the girl named kiran is working over there is so hardworking nd nice, very gud customer service nd food quality is so good.

Was visiting BC from Ontario, would like to share my best experience,
I Enterd the store 5 or 10 minutes before closing time, This girl Kiran she was by herself at that time she was super nice, great customer service.

Staff is super friendly at this location especially Prabjot she knows me now and starts my order as soon as I walk in she’s always so sweet and makes a great smoothie!

Says it was open online as posted by the store but was actually closed. How do mistakes like this even happen? No excuses.

It’s a pleasant place. I don’t usually go to Booster juice but specifically visiting here, it was wonderful experience.

Crew Member Arshpreet was really helpful in making a choice in smoothies. I loved her service. She was friendly and welcoming. Much appreciated.

Lastly, I really loved the fresh Orange Juice.

I have been to this location many times as I work nearby. Today, I went there I stood there for 5-10 minutes. There were two girls working was not even busy. Then when I asked for the juice she was being like we don’t have any fruits then she said they are missing the juice machine part. Where the actual thing was they cleaned the machine it was only 7: 15 and there website closes at 9. So she was kind of rude and worst customer service experience only today otherwise they are good.

I always buy juice from this location for my kids, but this time the orange juice had pulps like it was made with a broken extractor.
It's not my first time, I always buy the same.
Look: realization is the step towards improvement and denial leads to failure.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. My smoothie was made to perfection, no complaints. I will be visiting this location again. Great service, definitely worth the price.

The staff doesn’t wear a mask. When asked they said they do not need to. I don’t know how was this passed by bylaw.

I always order first thing on lunch break, they take my my order, always super friendly, and takes me 5-10 min to get there, every time it was ready when I paid for my order! Great Service highly recommended!

Staff don't seem interested in providing service as they are afraid to clean there juicer again so they deny you by saying juicers not working. This happened twice so.

The staff seems very uninterested in providing the services. I went two days in a row as it is the closest to my house and really wanted to have carrot juice both days they didn’t had any carrots but I think as it was the closing hours as I went after 7: 30 and 8 pm was the closing they didn’t wanted to entertain but if they are opening till 8 it means they should be providing services until that time. And both days the girls at the counter made me feel so unwelcome as if I have made some crime going there. I have been to guilford location the staff is very nice and accommodating to your needs with a smile.

Been coming for 3 days in a row, and half of the ingredietnts on the manue are not available!
All I hear is: "its comming tommorow" and tomorrow the same story.i tried 3 times!
The owners of the place clearly dont care.
The stuff is nice but they r missing half of the ingredients most of the time!

Tuesday November 12 at 9: 46 pm got the spinach is in it and asked to wash my hands but the washroom was locked and was told by the staff that’s it’s out of order. Out of order to wash my hands? I will be glad If owner can confirm it was really out of order to even wash the hands and I will change my rating

Lady at the till who took my order, left the till while I was counting my change to scoop out some wow butter. Came back to till with WB on her fingers and counted out my change to put in the till.
Then took her WB/dirty money hands to my wrap and the grill. She actually had to move a cordless phone off the cutting board to get to the prep area.
Dirty AF.

Staff is friendly and helpful. This location is particularly fast on delivering Juicing Drink orders. Well done BJ Team!

Definitely a family favorite. Every once in a while it's not blended 100%, but still super yummy
