Booster Juice

I absolutely love the team that works there! Every other time I order a small smoothie via the app they give me a larger smoothie. It always genuinely makes my day and has made me an extremely loyal customer!

For asking where the washroom was and after I asked where the washroom was, she gave me an agitated like super annoyed response so I politely paid for my drink, and then that was three years ago from three years up until now in 2024. The service is still the same, I would like for better quality of service

The staff seemed overburdened, today was there BOGO promo so the management should expect more rush then normal and should have scheduled extra staff but there was only 2 employees and they were looking really exhausted.
Nonetheless the food was good but the experience not so much.

I love going to the booster juice at the commercial broadway station in Vancouver because there’s rarely a line up and I can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. I usually get a booster juice before getting on the bus to go to work

Staff are always friendly and quick to take orders but I order the same thing everytime and only 1 girl has done it right. I order the lemon berry and I add frozen yogurt and they either done add it or they do the whey protein yogurt powder which is not what I want, I repeat myself a couple of times now and I say frozen yogurt they say okay but they never add it I can taste the difference it’s very disappointing

Friendly staff, orders prepared quickly.
Got 1x orange juice and 2x tropical tornados.

I usually go to commercial and Broadway and the lady that's usually working is very nice the best place to get smoothies. So delicious

Good service and music for me, thank you v mucho for the smoothies. Strawberry Sunshine is good, one with kale can’t remember the name but those r always nice. Been getting pea (not) butter 2.0 for a while now every time I drop by, you can change the skim milk to chocolate almond milk which is what I do, though I’m unsure if you can get other options.

Good location come in for a quick drink on a summer day. Quick easy service everything it needs to be happy to stop by all the time

Waited 5 mins before employee even acknowledged me then waited 5 mins for her to clean the dishes. Then waited 5 more mins for the other employee to explain corporate stuff to her about dress code. Then waited 5 more mins for my order to be made after having to repeat it to her. This person looked like they were sick or hungover and I will never go back here again as it shouldn’t take more than 15 mins for a booster juice.

I use this spot to get taxi pick ups and I get a juice every time I can. Nice staff and love all the juices with açai

The young lady that helped me was amazing, she was on day 3 of being new. She made sure to ask questions, and the person who helped her was trianing her with kindness. I could see that the new girl wasn't afraid to ask for help, this is so important, and speaks loudly about quality. I was impressed. Well done.
This place not only cares about customers, but also it's employees.
Love this location, will definitely come back again.

Good experience. I’m a huge Booster Juice fan. I love that they have straws that are recyclable but aren’t made of paper- (nothing is grosser then a paper straw and I’m so happy they think the same!

Drink was awesome. But the customer service was pretty bad. Girls seemed like they hate their lives. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome

Went on Sunday and the two girls were awesome! I asked for two snack sizes and they generously offered large size to us! And they were delicious. Thank you!

Charming "smootharista" (yes, I just made that word up) was very helpful and provided great service.

By the way, there should be a way to tip the server using a gift card! Like come on

I had a very pleasant experience today at the Commercial Dr.location. The service was perfect and the attendant was extremely nice, genuine and thoughtful! I recommend this location to anyone near by!

I prefer to buy smoothies from here over anywhere else because the speed is very fast and there is very few people. However, if you are female or young I do not recommend lingering here at night because the people around the location can be strange sometimes.

Horrible service, I ordered and paid for two and I only received one piece of my order, I called them and they said they couldn't do anything about it

This place always have their juicer broken, so can’t get fresh juice whenever you are here.

Smoothie is not fresh at all, the spinach tasted horrible couldn't even take more than one sip. Always dirty inside but service is nice.

It's great when it's actually open. I try to get a smoothie every day before work and I show up a half an hour after this location is supposed to be open honestly half of the time it's not open.

The smoothies are fantastic as always. But the girl working this morning (short, bigger girl) was the most unpleasant person with an extreme lack of customer service skills.
I stop at this location almost daily and everyone else is super pleasant. But not this girl. Ever. It's not a great way to start my day! Will think twice about spending money when she is working.

They have a varied menu but the cashier lady wasn't helpful. No greeting. No word. Just stood at the till with a frown on her face.

Horrible location, went into the place and was completely ignored. Stood there for at least 2mins only ones in the store and she completely ignored us. I had to get her attention even know she was right in front of us. Was told to come back as she was too busy with online orders. The worse costumer service I have had in a long time.

My go-to place for protein smoothies after a good workout session! Very nice and accommodating staff. Good location, easy access, and convenient parking across the street.

I have been visiting this conveniently located Booster Juice for many years. Despite the increase in traffic to/in the store, service has maintained efficient. It is undeniable that heavy traffic puts added pressure on the staff, but they remain friendly and greet guests with utmost respect. There have been many changes to the menu over the years, with additions of new juice shots, boosters, food items, and seasonal smoothies. Overall, great service and great tasting products! I will definitely remain a long-time customer.

I am a long time customer & love the Booster Chain but I have been to this location many times and never had an “extraordinary customer service experience” & tonight was no exception. The specialty shot did not taste remotely fresh, my tropikale smoothie was overblended & “at” or actually slightly below the “line” but the staff couldn’t care less. This is the last time I waste +$10 on subpar juice here. Disappointing!

Right under the skytrain station, very convenient to get to! My go-to place to relax, grab a quick bite and drink after work. The staff are super friendly and always welcoming!

First time getting a protein shake there- it was gross. I had strawberry storm and it was chalky, gritty, and not tasty at all.

Delicious juice and great options on menu. The service was prompt. I have been craving booster juice ever since!
