Located in the heart of historic Chinatown, backing on to the Sun Yat Sen gardens is Vancouvers most unique barbershop, Bootleg barbers. Always a great cut and even better conversation. Dustin Grant has built out the ultimate man cave setup with a nod to the local Chinatown culture and history. A barber passionate about his craft he has been collecting and restoring classic barber chairs back to their original condition and now has them setup for our peasant butts to sit in while we get our hair did. This place reeks of authenticity, so if your looking for a great cut and a truly unique location, look no further. Also no appointment needed! And lots of parking.

I recently moved to Vancouver and finding Dustin was such an awesome fast track to making friends and connections. Aside from the best cut I’ve had he’s been a great friend and I look forward to getting my cut every couple weeks just to laugh and meet some new people. Whenever I’m in the area I pop in just to hang and this new location is incredible. Don’t think twice, get in for a cut.

His shop is always full of friendly faces and good laughs, he hosts an excellent welcoming environment and makes anyone sitting in his chair feel like family. Dustin has given me outstanding haircuts in every style and length with ease. That man is a wizard with every tool in his shop from clippers to a straight razor, he’ll take excellent care of all of your grooming needs.
