BOOTLEGGER: Totem Mall

I went in the other day & was very disappointed with the customer service when I walked in.the only person that helped me was the assistant manager while the other 2 girls stood behind the tills and didn’t say anything.ever since the new manager came in, I feel like the customer service went down majorly.thank you to the assistant manager who helped me that day.

I’ve gone in a few since the management switched over and only once did I get customer service from the assistant manager! Other times people were just up behind the tills not saying anything.
