Really great spot to get Italian groceries and they have a very nice deli/sandwich bar. Also, huge collection of cheese from everywhere in Europe.

Love this place! I live in Naramata and stick up when I’m on the coast! Most recently - enjoyed both breakfast and lunch sandwiches when visiting a friend in the hospital.

Poor customer service. The young workers they hire do not have any patience or respect for customers.

I was in the shop at 3: 45 on a Sunday. They close at 4, yet a bunch of staff (who look to be in high school) gathered at the corner to chat away. I had to wait about 5 minutes before one approached me.

When I asked for about 200g of olives, she gave me 330g. I asked her to give me less but she said the sticker was already printed and proceed to roll her eyes in front of me when I requested a new sticker

Afterwards, when I requested a thicker cut instead of the standard thickness, she turned around and swore in Italian.

Never coming again and will rsupport the other Italian groceries along The Heights in Burnaby.

Terrible service at the deli section. I ordered the vegetarian soup on their menu, but the staff just gave me a soup with meat without telling me that was not vegetarian.

I went back looking to change it. The manager had no intentions to apologize for the mistake and the very first thing she told me is that not everything on the menu is available. She was also acting very impatiently.

I would appreciate it if she and her staff could show some respects to their customers and understand different people have different diet restrictions. First time going to this location. Such a disappointment and I’ll never go back.

Great store always shop here for fun quality food, but please make more tuna sandwiches they are always sold out by halfway through the day!

The best Italian grocery in the Lower Mainland. Absolutely the best deli sandwiches at shockingly affordable prices!

Love this place. I drive across the city for 45 mins at least once a month to stock up on my Italian groceries. Free parking in the basement.

They are missing a bakery department. Otherwise, strong overall. Please get inspired from the similar stores in Edmonton and Calgary!

This place has sooooo much stuff, we were in the store for at least an hour just looking around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They've ave a wide variety of dried goods as well as a great meat section and the freezer selections are crazy too. Will definitely be back to see what I may have missed the first-time

BOSA is more hype than might with regards to providing an enthusiast of Italian and European groceries. They need to get some much needed advice from the owner of the Italian Centers of Edmonton Alberta.

The selection needs improvement and I seem more Italissma products. BOSA needs more variety. The canned San Marzano tomatoes were very limited in variety: which was a shocker. Was not impressed with the Cafe' either. The pork sausage on the pizzas and sandwiches was tasteless.

Not just a place to get everything Italian for your pantry. Nice olives, meats, cheese selection as well. They also have kitchen utensils too.

Underground parking was cramped and there was no option to use stairs to enter the store apart from going up the car ramps and using the front entrance.

Bosa foods is a community treasure. Largely Italian focussed grocery but more than enough variety for everyone. The coffee/sandwich bar/deli is simply amazing (the daily sandwich special is a budgetary godsend). If you are in the area, definitely worth stopping by. Finally with the holiday gift season upcoming, tons of foodie inspired gift options.

Lots of amazing deli items at really reasonable prices. Plenty of cheeses and sausages. Great dry goods section. Important to note, this is not a greengrocer, so if you are looking for produce this is not the place. If you are looking for deli and pantry items as well as lunch to go, this is your store.

I used to buy my olive oil from costco and then my friend recommended i try bosa foods. I am not disapointed. There are many varieties and choices and prices are also very good. However, once you visit this place you will fall in love with it. It is very clean and the staff are also very friendly.

Between the coffee, the sandwiches, the meats, the cheese, the chicken parm.there is no better indulgence than Bosa on the weekend. Cook italian food better or just buy it from Bosa and mess your pans up a little. World class.

It has a great selection of stuff, although I do find it a bit on the pricey side. Some things are very well priced, and then some thing's seemed a little Overkill.

Love Bosa foods. Just remember most items are imported so quite expensive. The Victoria drive store is much smaller the the main store.

Definitely worth the visit. In COVID-19 times you will probably find a pretty long line outside Bosa during peak hours, and for good reason. For my part I've always found the staff very friendly and accommodating, but it's definitely on the pricey side. The foods are definitely good quality, and I've enjoyed many a charcuterie plate thanks primarily to this location. If you don't mind paying a premium, you'll likely find pretty much everything you need here (they even have kitchen supplies!) but I would suggest another option if you're on a budget.

So happy that this store is close to my place and no need anylonger to drive all the way to Boundery Road to shop at their main store.
Bosa is a must for a tone who likes good (Italian) food.

A good place to go when you are looking for Italian type foods. They have a good selection of soups and sandwiches too!

They have incredible paninis, it's super clean with probably the best cheese selection and stocked deli in the Hastings-Sunrise area. If you're cooking or in need of anything Italian this place has you covered. If you go at lunch, get yourself a turkey arugula panini, if they haven't sold out yet. They're prepared meals are also great. The chicken parmesan, the arancini, the cornucopia of sandwiches. It's all just too much good stuff! The quality is top-notch and the staff are helpful. Check out this deli and grocery store. I guarantee you'll find something delicious to eat!

Great Italian food store! They don't carry fresh produce - get your fruit and veggies elsewhere - but they have everything else, including dairy section, fresh bread, bulk foods, kitchen gadgets, and freezers full of desserts and prepared dishes. The imported Italian tiramisu is life changingd. Fantastic rotisserie roasted chicken. Essential spot for any foodie,

My nut grinder broke, needed a new one quickly. I phoned both Bosa stores and they equally were nice and helpful.
Melissa at Victoria Drive location kept one for me until I came to pick it up.
I shopp at Bosa Foods regularly, and love it.
I have to admit I miss the old store, it was charming and lovely.

Wanted to enjoy shopping experience and came to this location for their EV charger however to much of a chore to use and activate it with manager.

Not convenient at all, will use whole foods next time.

Pretty disappointing experience. I saw pictures of plates of pasta at the other location and I called this location to ask if they had fresh pasta made and they said yes they have a pasta bar. Perfect so I travelled over an hour and to my horror, the pasta was already packaged and they heated it up in the microwave. The gnocchi were hard and inedible and the lady said you shouldn’t heat gnocchi in the microwave (so why did they do it?). The lady advised me that this wasn’t a place for lunch and only a deli? That’s not what I was told on the phone. Never returning back here, too expensive and not worth it.

Great selection of deli products. Prices on lunches and refreshments lower than many local coffee shops. Love their selection of cheeses and olives. Has a lot of items not available elsewhere. Worth a visit.

Great selection of Italian goods, from pastas to cheeses to squid ink. Unfortunately, they have one of the most miserable guy working behind the deli counter. He was rude, and miserable to the point where we bought just half of the items we wanted. We were going to buy several types of olives but settled with just one container. When we asked for pancetta, another counter person had to tell him that I wanted the smoked pancetta (which I pointed to) because he was going to give us the other one. We decided to ask another person for the pecorino because we just couldn’t deal with his attitude anymore. There are other Italian groceries that we can go to.

This is the best place to get Italian and Spanish foods. Most prices are competitive and they have an excellent selection of food from pasta, sauces, oils and gourmet frozen foods. Stellar deli, too including freshly made pasta, a million kinds of fresh olives and everything you could possibly ask for from a superior Italian deli.
It can be pricy depending on what you choose yet the high quality of the items makes everything a worthwhile purchase. Many items I've not seen elsewhere.

Great store for buying authentic Italian goods. They have a great deli for fresh sandwiches, pasta salads to olives, cheeses & fresh sausages in the meat dept. Everything is shipped in from Italy. They offer glutin free baked goods as well as glutin free pizza dough.
