Please read the other reviews on grooming! I agree with the one star rating. Took my dog here yesterday and regret it. My pup came out traumatized and shaved beyond recognition. Will travel for the 40mins to my previous groomer before going back here. Wish i had not given the benefit of doubt to this groomer for sure.

The groomer here has one trick, shave. Recommend going anywhere else. My dog didn’t even smell clean after his appointment, and this is after the groomer shaved him down to nothing. Had to confirm i was there to pick up the right one after his appointment.

Friendly staff. Good service. All the Bosley’s stores are connected with each other. They were able to pull out the info on what type of food I buy for my dog from other Bisley’s stores.

I usually have such a good experience with everyone here but I came in tonight to see the kittens that I had been looking at adopting. I asked to see them and the girl says “they’re kind of sleeping right now…. ”

Yeah? That’s what kittens do? Probably the best time to say hello considering when they’re awake there’s a higher risk of them jumping and getting injured during an introduction….

Not sure how these kittens are expected to be adopted out when the staff won’t even let you say hello.

None of the staff are friendly it seems. And the store really stinks like a dirty litter box. Its almost hard to concentrate.

My dog has cuts in multiple places, and they didn’t tell me.they also ended up charging me 30% more than originally quoted.wont be returning.

I went there to buy some cat food. The staff was so friendly I ended up buying several other stuff too.

I love this store Ive been going here for 15 years. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Staff is friendly & ready to take the time to answer questions & make recommendations. Not all Bosley's are created equal. Visiting this location is always fun.

Staff is so nice and helpful. They were super careful with my dog Milton even though he is kind of crazy and jumps on people
