The staff are great super helpful with sizing our pooch with a raincoat that fits for his oddly shaped body (super long and skinny) they have a great selection of food for our dog, cat and bird. They also have a place to wash your own dog or ha e it groomed. I love the fact that they have us on file so we can collect rewards towards food for our pets and best of all if I lose my reciept and need to do an exchange on a raincoat for our oddly shaped pet it's no problem they just look us up on file.

Always a good experience with knowledgeable, well trained staff. Always stocked with what I need for my cat and dog. Also, have gone above and beyond to help find certain items for a specific feline diet.

The staff at this store are wonderful - kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We bring our anxious rescue dog here at least once a week for some positive socialization experience, and they are always fantastic with her: they give her lots of space, ask if she can have treats, let her approach at her own pace, and don't try to pet her until it's clear she's comfortable with being touched. We wash her here as well, and they have closed the second dog wash station for her so she doesn't have the added stress of a strange dog next to her while she's having a bath. There's also a great rewards program on bags of dog food. There are larger stores with a bigger selection of products, but the staff at this store are priceless!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the products they carry. If an item is out of stock they are happy to order it in.

Putrid customer service. Accussed of lying about a price match to Duncan Pets by the manager, even though she had called and confirmed the price herself. I complained about the accusations and unprofessional actions of the manager.their solution.ban you for life. My family won't spend another penny on this store.

It's where I get my kitty litter. I was using wheat based litter, too much dust though. Found walnut litter. Really keeps the ammonia smell down. Less dust too.

Very nice guys the night I came to bath my anti social dog. They even closed the store for the 40 minutes it took me to bath and clean him. Thank you

Greatest place to dump dollars into your pet! That's got a very good supply of products and we always have a good experience. Who said kids were expensive?
