Bosley's by Pet Valu

Came in as usual to grab my cat food, forgot to grab her name which I regret. But a younger girl with blonde hair and I think blue eyes and her Starbucks cup haha was beyond friendly and super helpful. She asked if I needed any help right away an greeted me the second I came into the store. Sets a tone for a great experience. Thank you to both the lovely ladies who helped me out today. I never write reviews but in the chance the boss is seeing this give these girls a raise:)

Online it said the store was open till 8pm, arrived to used the dog wash and it supposedly closed at 6pm, not cool!

Great place to give the dogs a rinse before heading home. There are two dog wash stations (one is currently out of order).

Excellent customer service on the phone with a lady today, unfortunately I didn’t get the spelling of her name. She listened to me and didn’t rush me on the phone. I’m impressed to receive this kind of service, since it is hard to find nowadays. So thank you very much, it is appreciated, I will be coming in to get the dog food I needed which is hard to find food for my dog. Thank you

Highly recommend this store location. We have an almost 18 year old fur baby who is terrified of getting groomed. Our experience was made so much less stressful with the kind and confident skill level that our little guy received. Also the store is beautiful and welcoming! We are so thankful! ️

Great team there. Always super helpful in terms of getting anything you need and just generated friendly. It's wonderful, especially now when things are complicated and stressful for many.

Not very engaged staff. Products I need are always in stock and the washing station is always clean and stocked.

Very lackluster experience, a staff member does clearly not enjoy her job and i felt very awkward. Went for another visit, same experience. It feels like there was no enthusiasm, i hope this place becomes more vibrant as it deserves to be.

After reading a prior review regarding the grooming service at Bosley’s I would like to say that our experience has been absolutely fabulous! Our 11 year old Shih Tzu has been groomed every 6-8 wks his whole life. A year ago he decided he wasn’t gonna do it anymore! He would get soo upset and scared that his tongue would turn blue and started to go into shock. We tried numerous new groomers who thought they may be able to help but no. That’s when I found Andrea, who is the most gentle, caring groomer I have ever met. Our dog still would not let her groom in the shop but she comes to our house and looks after him. The only thing she really cares about is the safety and well being of the animal. Andrea takes extra time out to make sure my baby is comfortable and not scared. I can’t say enough good about her except she’s awesome and I wish there were more groomers out there like her. Absolutely fabulous, Andrea goes above & beyond!

I would just like to say this groomer is simply the best. Nothing but positive in my experience with her. She cares more about your pet than she does about the money. Nothing but kind and caring. 2 thumbs up from me, I'd recommend her any day.

Bosleys is wonderful for pets and owners however I would not recommend the groomer who rents space at this location. She charged us $350 yes I said 350 for a shampoo and shave of our German Shephard. That is so outrageous. Highest we have ever paid 200 and a way better job. He was there for 4 hrs.we also explained he would need lots of water and a few pee breaks due to meds he is on.boyfriend went to pick up and our poor furbaby had to pee so bad it took 10 min for him to empty bladder. Never again.

I wish I could give zero star. Staff are NOT well trained or they are just ignorant. My 3 months old puppy was having diarrhea and we decided to change the kibble. In the meantime the food we purchased had best before, bb date expired in less than 1 month. We were told by the staff that all of dog foods are safe even after 6 months to 1 year from the best before expiry date due to the shelf life. (?) According to my understanding, the shelf life for such dog food is actually from the date of manufacture, not from the best before date. Then she confidently told us what best before date means; bb dates is the date they should sell the food by. What a NON-SENSE. We could not agree at all and asked the staff where the resource is coming from. Well we were just ignored on that as if we are the only ones who do not know this fact, very appropriate customer service. My last visit to this store would be to give her a copy of an email from the company indicating they do not recommend feeding our dog with expired bb date. Very disappointed with her knowledge and attitude.
