Bosley's by Pet Valu

We are new puppy owners so we have been to a lot of pet stores recently and this location has been the only store to have staff greet us and go out of their way to help us get prepared for welcoming our new puppy into our home. They have a new pet owner booklet with coupons that they gave us for free (Petsmart charges $19.99!) to help us get on our way. The only reason for 4 stars is that some of their items are priced fairly high when compared to other stores (dog food and pet beds for example). Great customer service and great selection of items!

I guess we have to accept that now a days it's going to cost pretty much $80! Last time I bought it was $57.99

Excellent place to take your loving pet who really needs a bath. Relatively cheap ($12.60) with taxes in. Don't forget your brushes you might need them.

Love tbis location. Lots of parking. Inside is spacious and so clean. People who work here are very nice.

I purchased some dog food for my brand new puppy who was only 0.78 pounds and said I wasn't sure as I thought it might be to big for her little mouth but was told I could return it if she wouldn't eat it and as she wouldn't and the bag was pretty much full I took it back to get something else and was told sorry no.

Walked in to ask about cat food. Fellow behind the desk came out and absolutely knew everything about the entire line of cat food they offer. Something you don't get at big box or online. Great job!

I just went in today to grab a quick item before they closed. I was already heading up to the counter and a man asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no because I didn't need help and just wanted to get to the cashier. The cashier didn't greet me or anything but just demanded my phone number and when I asked why she needed my number, she rudely slammed her finger onto the keyboard and said in a rude tone "OKAY. " It was really rude of her so I just told her I wasn't going to be purchasing my item anymore. I will never shop at this location again. I don't get this type of attitude from Walmart across the street.

I come here often because I recently moved into the neighborhood. This review is for Kim a staff member she was quite friendly and greeted me with a smile. I have been here a few times and the “manger” I think was not happy to be there at all. I don’t know her name. I give 5 starts because the store is clean, organized and kim seemed friendly and looked like she actually wanted to be there.

Went to check the dog bathing station. It was clean, organized and $10! Call to book a time 45min to do it.
Helpful staff

I stopped in to the Willowby Bosley's and I found the best dog food that my dog has ever had and I am very happy about that. Everything was neat and tidy the staff was pretty good and the selection was great.

Wide range of choice for products with quality staff. Store manager herself helped immediately to get aquarium conditioner.

Used to shop her regularly. This place has gone downhill every since switched to corporate. The staff do not greet you when you enter and the store is always so cluttered. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages.

Good store and staff, but selection for cat food isn’t very good and what is available is quite pricey

Popped into the Willowbrook Smartcenter location and Jesse helped us so much! Answered all of questions and was so happy ans pleasant! Was a great experience and the store had all of the stock we needed for our doggo. Highly recommend this location!

I've been buying my cat supplies at the 202 and 62 location, for some time. As a disabled senior, I am thankful for the curbside pickup and also the senior discount. The lovely people at Bosley's are always helpful and go the extra mile!

Called to book a dog bath for a specific time and the guy said it was available. I guess he wrote my info down under the wrong time slot. I even confirmed the time with him before hanging up was for 12pm. I switched my day around to get here on time for my appointment to find out it was marked in for 1 hour before. Why would you take down my phone # and info if your not even going to call and confirm if I am coming to the appt or not? Instead it's easier to just mark as a no show and basically rather rather providing some decent customer service.

Great service and staff always helpful when in the store trying to get your best friend something special!

Love the staff here they are so friendly (like every Bosleys I've been to) and knowledgeable! The store is clean and the variety of pet supplies is very large.

Bosley’s Pet store in Langley was so cute filled with so much great dog and cat stuff! Our Yorkiepoo puppy was having so much fun fun trying on raincoats today!

Used to go there almost every week for my kitty. I had a bad experience there I asked for a buggy and I was told there was only one and it was being used. How does a big corporation have only one buggy for customers? I then asked for a flat and was given the wrong box it was for dogs and I needed a cat one wrong one given from the man at the register with a pony tail. I asked for a manager and there was not one working. I have never met management there before they are never there. Terrible service.poorly trained employees, blaming management. If I could give negative one star I would.

Sunday Nov 8th, 2pm, came in and bought a bag of cat food and it was supposed to come with a free bag of cat treats I didn't say anything I watched the cashier ring it in with my purchase and proceeded to then not give it to me and pretend like it was not included and when I asked about it I was told she would have to ring in the whole order again.

Didn't ask for the receipt and as she called me while I walked out the door, we'll be finding another local pet shop.

Love this store on 202and64 in Langley. Can always find what I need here for my pets. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Took my giant furball there for a bath and will never try to do it at home again. Raised tubs, everything supplied and at a low price with friendly service too! You can't ask for anything better.

Went in for a halti. They didn't have the right size. The young fellow who helped me made a couple good suggestions, he helped me with a different anti pull (harness this time) which I bought. Competent and courteous. Well done.

Great selection of everything for pets, staff always friendly and helpful, and dog bath area always clean and ready for you with large tubs, shampoos and clean towels.

Great dog wash facilities (2 stations) in the back of the store; all shampoos & towels are included for $10!

Fantastic service. They also offer a wide selection of quality goods. I've tried their Ultra brand products and the pets seem to like them!

The staff was super helpful with information and giving out their opinion of what would be best for our Cat. The pricing is better than some of bigger store and great selection of food for cat and dogs!
