Extremely rude staff you go in there to get a dog bath and it's 8: 00pm and they tell you that it's closing, when they close at 9pm, extremely unprofessional.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We foster for Heart and Soul Dog and Cat Rescue, who work closely with Watcom Bosleys and we are always happy with our visits to the store.

I was in this evening to have nail trims for all three of Mini Dachshunds. The team of ladies were very kind and helpful.

I was especially impressed by the staff member Bella and her willingness to go over and above to not only help with nail trims, but also how gentle and sweet she was with all three dogs. She took the time to help me purchase tags, suggest toys and kindly assist with an exchange. I could tell that she was very busy helping other customers, in between helping me, but never once did she show or make me feel that my requests were too much.

I’m 6 months pregnant and struggled to carry the dogs and their kennel inside the store and when I left Bella kindly agreed to help me carry the heavy kennel safely out to my vehicle. I will definitely shop at this location again. Great experience!

Big thank you to Bella and Charmaine at the Whatcom location of Bosley's for being awesome! I was on my way home from work a little later than usual and called in advance and they agreed to stay open so I could stop in and get a bag of food for my kitties. Bruce and Little Steven thank you ladies!

Staff are very helpful. They are great supporters of Heart and Soul Rescue adoptions and often have several kittens/cats in store ready for adoption. Nice large dog bath area. Residents cats on site to keep kids busy looking for them. A decent selection of items.

Adopted a kitten who came with shots and a coupon for her spay. Very impressed with the service and level of care given.

Our go to for pet food.they can also deliver which has come in handy while away and our teens werent yet driving
