Bosley's by Pet Valu

There is a cashier there that I have encountered twice. She doesn’t greet you, but instead glares at you when you walk in the door. I was told today I only have 30 minutes to use the dog wash. I have a Bernese and there is no way I could wash and dry my dog in 30 mins. I won’t be going back to this location due to the attitude of the worker, and the ridiculous new rule.

To cashier 1017 who worked today on July 3 around 1 pm. I understand you were working alone and probably having a bad day, but please drop the attitude. You got signs all over your store door about support local, locally owned and operated verbiage…which I totally support and up for, but when having a snarly, dismissive, and condescending attitude towards a customer who is simply trying to help you clean dog bath area.that does not help. You are not helping to get your store supported. For that reason, I ain’t coming back. Want to grow your business? Drop the attitude and be nice. It costs you nothing to be nice but rather it pays dividend to be.

Caring staff that really attends to every customer. My daughter and I always love coming here for any accessories for my Shih Tzu.

The staff at this location are always very helpful. I have never had an issue.

Above and beyond service. Last week I went in and they were out of stock of the dog food I buy my pup. They checked and the other location had some but I didn't have enough time before work to go grab it so they offered to go get it themselves and drop it off at my house!
So amazing.
