Was there on Friday, worst staff ever. Cold and very unfriendly, 2 women 1 man behind counter were so unfriendly, looking like they can't wait to go home because it's Friday. Never will take Jasmin and Mila there again.

The service here is always amazing. I have been coming here for 7-8 years and never have had a bad experience. Love Bosleys and their team <3

Love this location and not necessarily because of the view. The staff here are the ones that shine. Gio and Beck were super and Gio in particular, went out her way to assist me. She took such a thoughtful and proactive approach by asking questions and recommending solutions. Thanks again!

Loyal customer for years, the staffs there are good. But double check the price! It happened more than 2 times to me. The tag shows lower price but when I paid, it was higher. When I pointed it out, they explained that’s the old price, and insisted charge for higher price. Well, it’s not a big deal for 20 cents * 24 （like can food）or 50 cents. But bad experience.

Awesome service and very helpful and caring management! My dogs love the selection of treats and chews. The store has samples for visitors to try!

Super helpful staff! Sometimes they run out of stuff but are usually quick to restock. People bring all kinds of pets here. One time I saw a dog the size of a pony, sniffing a dog the size of a kitten. Weird, but cool.

When I lived downtown this was my favorite place to get pet food. The associates are all very friendly and helpful.

Great staff, decent selection although wish they focused more or natural pet food rather than all the highly processed stuff. Price us also very high in comparison to other shops.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, always willing to help. They have a donation bin for local pet rescues.

Great variety of dog food and supplies and a great location. I can always find what I'm looking for here at a reasonable price that's in line with other pet stores. Also on the last Thursday of the month they offer seniors a discount of 10% so if you can wait until that day to buy food or anything else you can save!

They have nothing and i mean nothing for birds, hardly any toys, treats, and accessories. Some advice if you are going to be a pet store then stock for all pets not just dogs and cats. 1 star.

Don't go here if you need assistance; all but one staff member seem like they can't be bothered. They also give my dog treats without asking when he is whining for them, enforcing his bad behavior, and potentially giving him something his diet can't have. Great selection in terms of products, however.

Genuinely kind and knowledge staff. Limited raw food available but they carry almost any other brand of kibble and a great selection of treats.

My dog LOVES this place. If I don't want to be dragged in by my four-pawed friend, I need to walk her on the other side of the street. The staff is so friendly to her (and her fellow dogs). They also have a great selection of Canadian-made products. The only thing that my dog would like changed is that the door looks a little too much like the door to the store next to Bosley's, and she's always trying to drag me in there. This is a great place for dog lovers to shop (or just walk around in).

I haven't had a cat in a while, so I've visited a few different pet stores in the downtown area. The staff at Yaletown Bosleys were not only very helpful and friendly, but gave varying opinions to give a more rounded view of the options.

The Denman Bosleys is also great, and has fresh catnip for sale!

Staff was very helpful, I was assisted as soon as I walked in the door. Pretty solid selection and the staff always have helpful tips on the side. My dog loves coming here just as much as I do!

This pet store has a large variety of pet accessories, but very limited brands of pet food products they carry, and prices are higher than petsmart.

Very nice service, but the assortment was a bit thin, only a few food brands and not a lot of toys.
