We go quite often we were there a couple of days a go n the girl that helped us was awesome possum she helped look for stuff n helped load our stuff to the jeep she was great sorry I didn't get her name but anyways she helped us with engraving a dog tag
So you guys r lucky to have her keep her

Probably the nicest pet store ive been to.it’s always super well stocked, clean and the staff are always SO nice and helpful! Plus the halloween stuff is super cute, my cat (s) love their new haunted house

This location is hit or miss when it comes to helpful & friendly service. Happy when you're spending money, but go in with a product problem and you get deadpan stare with no solutions/suggestions.

Good store staff, they enjoy the work and dealing with pets in a genuine and friendly manner.

The staff are helpful and super friendly. I can’t say enough about their dog washing stations. A lot of thought was put into creating excellent water pressure, hoses and nozzle heads. The shampoo, towels, and the treats are plentiful making the experience top notch. Congratulations to the Burnside Team for offering such a great service.

Took Peach to get a bath and it was a wicked experience. Everyone was really kind, patience, and helpful.

Wonderful friendly staff. They have great birthday cookies for your dogs. Mine was very happy with hers.

Burnside Bosley have what I need. The Customer’s Service is great. I bring my Russell and he sometimes barks in the store. A staff member will offer a treat
and then he gets calm. This Owner is very lucky to have have a staff that really cares.

The self dog wash section was terrible at this location. Go somewhere else - cold water, dog hair not cleaned up, plugged drains and broken shower head.

Best Pet Store ever! Mel is such a peach; always smiling and helpful. Good stock/selection and clean store that doesn't smell like pet food.

The staff are very nice however my time as a bosleys customer is seemingly coming to an end. Frequently disappointed by some weird new policy. At the Oliver location it was I could no longer book a same day dog bath. Even though there was nobody else booked that day. Burnside location as really watery shampoo. So much so that you can't even put it in your hand to put on your dog. By the time it goes into your hand and onto the dog it has already all leaked through your fingers. The nice big sign they have in the wash area includes blow dry and brush your dog. They removed brushes a while back which I can kind of understand, stating things like fleas. However I have since been allowed to bring my own brush to give the dog a proper freshen up. Today I was informed you can no longer brush your dog at all in the bath area. Maybe take the sign down for the 10 steps of the perfect dog wash that includes brush your dog then? This among other things is kind of disappointing to me. It's really too bad as I remember going to Bosleys with my mom and first dog since I was a little kid. But I guess that's what happen when big corporations take over.

Staff looked up my usual order and was able to purchase it. As well, tried out a new cat food that was not the usual. Staff helped me take my purchases out to the car which was much appreciated as a bag of litter is heavy! Cat grass is such a treat for them.

Dog wash. The store is really nice with lots of selection but when it comes to the dog wash I am very disappointed, specifically in the watered down shampoo and conditioner. You almost have to use a full bottle which is ridiculous and I even had to go ask and see if they could add some conditioner to the water in the bottle.

I used to go to bosleys in Halifax and they did NOT water down anything.

Have u ever added water to your own shampoo or hand soap before? How many pumps do you use just to make sure that the job is done properly.

Just getting annoying since I am a regular, came in for the appointment and the bath wasent ready yet, the lady told me they didn’t have conditioner and I assured her that they do, and when I asked for some liver treats that are usually by the bath she gave me 3 pieces. Actually 3 pieces, thanx, so I later asked for a couple more if it wasn’t too much trouble. Wow, I feel like there was two new employees working that night.

It's the closest quality pet food place by my house. Friendly staff who are always in a good mood and excited to play with my dog. Bosley's isn't always the cheapest, but they have a great selection, and their buy program (which gives you free purchases after a set amount) helps out.

I love Bosley's customer service and chewy treats for little dogs. The buy 10 get 1 free option is always a nice surprise when it's free bag time!

I would give ZERO starts if I could. As a customer, I have never experienced worse treatment of staff. The management is immature and staff are all paid minimum wage and NEVER receive bonuses or raises. There are unrealistic work expectations for what they are paid, and it really brings into question the ethics and morals of this entire chain.
Staff are forced into doing intensive labour without regard for their physical limitations, they are expected to bring heavy bags out to cars for customers at risk of losing their jobs.

Brianna (the groomer) is amazing! Very professional, thorough and very easy to deal with.

My dog doesn’t take too well to bath time, so needless to say Brianna had a task on her hands.

A very wide variety of foods and plenty of accessories. Bosley's has been our go to for all our pets needs.

I went to bosley's I did not realize they started their black Friday sale today even though it was super busy the staff what is great they help the customers as quickly as they could really busy and helped everyone with a happy with cheerful to all the customers. The staffing this store absolutely the best

Good attentive staff. I buy kitty litter which is rather heavy and they take it off the shelf and out to the car. I dont even have to ask them to take it to my car. Very good selection of pet items too.

The staff are excellent. We self-bathed a dog that we're boarding for a year and they were very helpful with supplies and tips. Also, it was very affordable.way less than I'd expected.

Hours listing said "close at 9.civic holidays MAY differ" Went shortly after 6 for much needed food. CLOSED!

Watch your receipts for the count of bagged food you buy. Supposed to get a free bag after buying 12 but when I got to 10 the next count went down to 9. After 2 months head office still won't call me after I've been in twice. Not impressed.

Great value to have a bath at their place for your dog. Plus u can always find a variety treats for your pet.staff are helpful!

This store carries a good variety of products and offers a pet food loyalty program. The employees are helpful and friendly and of course leashed pets are welcome to shop here, too!

Always friendly and pretty helpful. A bit on the higher end of pricing but it's usually worth it. They do a somewhat fair food bag system to get one free
