Stopped in to get some necessities for my new dog. Staff was courteous and kind, although I did not need any assistance. This is a great location in the middle of Harewood and conveniently close to my house. They have been around Nanaimo for many years and are a well trusted business in our community

Clean store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Occasionally there are 'fur therapists' there for adoption

Was encouraged to try a product and told by staff that if I didn't like it to bring it back for full refund. Used it once, and went in tonight and was refused refund by both staff in the store who said they didn't know if that product could be refunded - told to come back when manager is in. Now I have to go out of my way because of poorly trained staff with bad customer service and visit the store again for my refund, with the price of gas these days, after I was specifically told that I could get a refund and it says on the receipt that a refund or store credit is company policy. I usually spend hundreds of dollars in this store per month. I don't think I will be giving them my business in future.

Brought my dog there to get his photo taken with Santa 2 Christmas’s ago. Still haven’t received the photo

The people are great there they helped us with treats and food for PJ who is just out of vicious attack from an animal and healing from her wounds and home bed rest the gentleman there were amazing and gifted her her food and treats and I highly recommend going there to everyone and in fact I drive across town just to go there because they are so pleasant and helpful

The staff here are so friendly, caring, and helpful with my cats. I always enjoy going in. Sometimes I even get a heads up on upcoming deals on often bought items. Great to have them in the neighbourhood.

Very helpful staff, they know what they’re talking about, and if one doesn’t, they know how to find the answer!
