Great and friendly staff always a joy to come into the store and this place makes me so happy. 10/10!

I purchased a pricey dog leash and was reassured that if there were any problems with it, I could return it, but only if I signed up for their Rewards program. I thought I misheard so asked her to repeat it. Yup, must sign up for the Rewards program. An elderly lady in front of me was told she could get the senior's discount; 10% once a month, buuut, you guessed it, only if she signed up for the Rewards program. I don't mind spending a bit more at a local company, but it won't be here.

Always great customer service and friendly staff. Didn't know what my wife bought last time and they were quick to look up and took me to the shelf where it was.

I received stellar service from Paige, who went over and above to look for an item I was looking for. Literally going through boxes and boxes! In my years going to bosleys I have never received such warm and helpful service. Thank you Paige!

Did not accept a return despite the Bosleys return policy because it is a "mom and pop" store. Took my rope to Total Pet, which is a petvalu store as well, and they happily took my return.
Don't buy toys here unless you're 100% sure your pet will love it, I suppose?

I have never gone into Bosley's without receiving excellent, knowledgeable service. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with.

I was quite surprised to find this place not overpriced as I had expected they have a great selection quality products in the staff is always very helpful in helping you find what you need I'm lucky to have this close to my place and pop in every now and then to get my cat to treat

These people are very nice in the store. I am not a person who frequents pet stores, but Bosley's holds a high standard. The store even smells good, considering all typical pet smells present in these types of stores.

Awesome service. I urgently needed a dog collar for my injured pooch and the staff member was so helpful and kind.

Dont shop here, unless your wanting to get ostracized for your disability and medical conditions.

This is my favourite Pet Store in Kelowna. The prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of products. The service is excellent. I wish to acknowledge Jessica for going above and beyond assisting me with my orders. She is always welcoming and a delight to know. Highly recommend.

This little guy looses his little mind everytime we say the word Bosley. The staff know him and he gets fussed up and gets his treats.

Nice store layout so it's fairly easy to find things, friendly staff, wide variety of products.

The selection is good, but DO NOT sign up for their periodic orders. In theory they will call you when your order arrives, but two times in a row now they didn't bother to call me, and then because my order wasn't picked up (due to me not knowing it had arrived), they put it out on the shelf and sold it to other people. Super unimpressed, and overall a very annoying situation.

Wonderful, wonderful service. Our little pup had a little mass removed from her neck, and we were looking for a blowup neck cushion for the little one. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, but the absolute badass working was kind enough to phone around to different shops to find one (at a competitor none the less!). These guys care about you and your pets, super stoked to have folks as passionate as these in our community - we’ve found our new favourite pet store.

Best place for food supplies. I get my cat litter here and it's the best stuff at the best price. Plus the staff want updates about my kitty!

We, Bandit my Dog, my wife Colleen and me love to go there. Friendly people and say have all we need for Bandit, little expensive but you get what you pay for

They have a large selection of high end cat food and dog food. Grain free, garbage free and many made in Canada. The staff are trained very well on product knowledge. If you love your cat or dog like you tell people, then you should show it by feeding them the best.

I would highly recommend this store. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. New puppy brings big choices, staff was very helpful.

This is the best shop for fur babies- The staff have helped our Sheba blossom as a more social doggo. She gets excited to go, and she works hard for her treats when the staff play with her. Naturally as a sheba she's reserved from strangers, but we've seen a big change in her- And a big part of that is how much the staff care. Also any time we've had questions about food or health the staff are amazingly knowledgeable! Thank you from Mika's parents!

Prices are fair lots of selection and super friendly staff. Place looks good, well spaced and organized.

I went in with an elderly woman today and the staff was so kind and helpful. The store didn't sell a product that she normally buys and they spent the time to walk her through the store and spend time talking with her to help her buy a similar product. Thank you for that! As far as the store itself, it was nice and clean, easy to navigate, decent selection of products, and ample parking.
