They have a high employee turnover, it's always different people
People need to watch there debit/credit cards
The payment machine will.take payment from your cards when it's in your pocke when close to the machine, it happened to me
So beware

The service is good, the bath soap is free, the water pressure is great and the bath is clean, and you can blow dry after washing. The price is cheap. It is a good place to bathe big dogs.

A bit higher priced than other pet chains. We buy our dog's joint health supplement here and it works! Such a variety of products and knowledgeable staff.

Had to do a return of cat carrying case. Used once and cat actually damaged the case. We had purchased the wrong case for a plane trip. Customer service and discretion used to fully refund our purchase was first class!

Each time I visit a staff member is very willing to assist. Very clean shop.
? Not certain why clothing isn't available for a smaller pooch.

Great dog wash space, it's always clean and has all the supplies you need to turn your dirty mutt into a shiny new pup

I've come in a few times already and the staff was AMAZING! They helped me find what I needed, also a special shout out to Nicole, who has helped me alot with my cat. She is amazing, everytime I see her she is always hard at work with a beautiful smile on her face.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. It is by far the worst managed pet store I've had to deal with. Spent time placing an online order for pick up today and their inventory showed everything I needed in stock. After submitting the order I received several individual emails stating 4 out of the 5 items were not available. The the 5th email was one stating the order was cancelled. I called the store to talk to the manager Brooke and she confirmed that their inventory was inaccurate and that they knew their inventory was not accurate in relation to the online ordering information. If you can't provide what is offered online why not postpone the online ordering option until it works properly? It was a total waste of time and the manager Brooke was of NO help at all. I found her to be on the rude side of things and lacking in customer service skills while dealing with a frustrated customer.

This is the second time I've experienced bad customer service at this location. I should have known better than to try them a second time but it will definitely not happen again. My recommendation for anyone reading this is to go elsewhere if you want good customer service and a store that is managed well.

I have already reached out to Pet Valu Canada and have submitted a complaint about my experience. The reply received so far is they are looking into it.

Horrible service the last few times I've been to this particular location. Directly toward the "acting manager" who laughs in your face and lacks professionalism. I brought in a few things I purchased two days ago and tried to exchange or return and the " acting manager" was so unprofessional and rude. This individual completely embarrassed me in the store. How should I know " these unwritten" policies? I was recommended a raw kangaroo bone that was $18.00. Then told that they would have no issue returning the bone if this was an issue for my dog. Not only did he lack costumer service, it appeared that I had Interrupted his means of romancing his coworker. She's a little too young for you buddy and its inappropriate. This looked horrible for the company and this particular employee had no means on helping the public as he clearly wanted to seek his own interests first. I asked for policy in writing and to point out on the receipt stating that I couldn't return or exchange treats and this was not implemented anywhere. I will wait to hear from head office.

I took my dog there to use the dog washing facilities. It was awesome not to have to use my own towels, tub and dog shampoo. The dog bath is high so you don't have to bend over. I recommend it!

Stopped into the Bosley's today (around noon), was greeted by the staff who after doing so when back to having a very loud conversation with one another.

What was very concerning to me was that they have a store cat, who's litter box looks like it had not been scooped in days! (SEVERAL #1 and #2's could be visibly seen)

I mentioned it to one of the staff members, and she just kinda casually shrugged it off saying "oh the cat must have just used it".

To which I replied, "no, it looks quite bad". She didn't say anything back and continued doing whatever she was doing. Not even taking a moment to maybe go take a look, and do something about it.

Really sad to see, the poor cat that they "take care of" isn't being properly cared for. Cats are very clean creatures, they are putting that cats heath at risk by not properly cleaning its litter box. Bacteria is growing in that litter box by leaving so much in there, that poor kitty is then breathing that in, not to mention that its on its paws, which it licks and then also tracks around the store.

Even if there were several cats in that store, there is NO excuse for that litter box to look that way. And when a customer takes the time to POINT OUT that the cats litter box is bad, I wonder if their staff washroom is left that way?

Totally disappointed and disgusted by the treatment of the store cat!

My today's experience wasn't good because the saleswoman was not confident enough about the products and couldn't help us
Also I think it was difficult for her to have a smile on her face

I find the staff is always very very helpful And I seem to find all the products I'm looking for

3 strikes you are done. I have had terrible service at this location from staff more than once. Rather drive to Langley for a dog wash, (they don't water down the shampoo) or New Westminster location for supplies. Never had a bad experience at either of those locations. To tell a customer they cannot shop while another family member is washing a dog, NO ONE IN THE STORE and the sign on the door says maximum of 10 people. I will take my business somewhere else.

I went into their store with my sister as i normally do, we usually try to find the cat and then see if there is anything in the store we can buy for our dogs.i was looking around and a lady working there told us we weren't allowed in the store unless we had a parent with us.i find this rude as i am 16 years old and my sister is 14.they shouldn't be refusing entrance to people just because they don't have parents with them.i am capable of buying product from them just as much as an adult is.this is ridiculous.

Great service love that they have aprons and treats set out for your visit! Even when your pup is not a fan of bath time

My dog has canine kidney disease so I get the raw kangaroo from here. The store is always kept clean and tidy and I've never had a bad experience with staff ever. I have always found everything I need here.

Great selection of products, love that they have small sample bags available for purchase to try out.

Very bad experience, I went to this location as of convenience being near superstore and regretted it both time. Staff was very mean and very negative vibe, very bad customer service. I will take time and go to New Westminster where they are professional and value their customers.

This location is so much more organized than others we have been too always got what we need. Good customer service.

We took our boy (GSD) to their facility today and we loved it. The stuff is super friendly and the washing bay is clean and tidy. Our boy now looks shiny and smell super fresh. Now we decide to get him washed every month. Hopefully this da boy would not mind.

Always go to Bosley for their u-wash. With two dogs it can get expensive to have the groomed. Staff at this location are so friendly and pups got a small bag of treats. I love that they have a garden hose in their stall, it's so much easier than other locations where you have to turn the tap on and off each time.

Things were easy to find, and they had everything I went in for. There's a great little section for birds! The staff was awesome, and the social distancing markers at the checkout were clear and intuitive

I totally understand we are all in a pretty unsettling situation due to Civid 19 but the store clerk at this store was beyond UNHELPFULL and had no smile or even asked if I needed help or if I found everything I was looking for, (and the guy before me got all her smiles and she was quite pleasant with him) when I mentioned that I was settling for what I purchased she didn't even ask what it was I was searching for to begin with. I will avoid shopping at this store in the future

Nice and friendly store. They have a variety of options no matter what you're looking for. They offer dry, wet and raw foods and have a good selection of treats. They're currently allowing 2 customers into the store during social distancing. Just let them know what you're looking for and they'll get the items for you. Quick and painless.

Good variety. Not the cheapest store, but the shower area is nice (although the shower gel provided is heavily diluted)

I like bosley more than petsmart. Here are more brand that I usually use for my cats. But the price is always a little bit higher than petsmart. So I will go to petsmart first, and come here to buy things that I can't found at petsmart.

This place is well overpriced and claim to cater to high class products for your pets. Seems kind of like a gimmick to me, the products are way to expensive and when I tried to buy a car tree for my cat the trees were so small with small holes and I have a Bengal not to mention the expense, It is for sure not worth it and makes more sense buying pet smart or amazon.

We take our dog there for baths every so often and it's great. An excellent set-up with shampoo, treats, towels, and a dryer hose. Around $10 and aprons to use so you don't get completely soaked.

We went to Bosley's, because we heard good things about them. There were 2 employees working there and neither of them greeted us or asked if they could help us.

Very disappointing. It's disappointing that the owners have to hire cheap help. They don't realize that it's effecting there business!

I won't be going to this Bosley's.

It's funny that saying. You get what you pay for; but have you seen the prices on some of there stuff!
