I take my dog to have a bath her. It is always available- no wait- it is clean and they are very friendly.

Great quality dog food. Convenient washing station, shampoo&conditioner provided. Location is great.

Great place, great selection of treats and Raw & Dry Food. My number 1 choice to shop for our pets.

Second review -
So we’ve been shopping at the same pet supply store for 15 ish years, the one at 6th and Willow here in Vancouver.
In that time, and ignoring the price increases;
-The buy 10 bags of food and get one free went to 12 and get one free to the program being eliminated entirely, without telling us.
-The spend over $100 dollars and get two 5 dollar off coupons program has disappeared.
- there was a time when we knew the manager by name and she knew us. The service was once exemplary.
- now, on the last occasion I went in, there was no please, no thank you, almost no eye contact and a shocked look when I had to ask the clerk, for the fourth time in four visits, to actually put my purchases in the bag that I’d brought.

I am all for loyally buying local retail but enough is enough. We have spent 250 to 400 bucks a month in that store for years and I expected better service.

Im now a loyal Amazon customer for pet supplies, we received the first 30 lb bag of dog food at the door on Thursday. At least I don’t have to hump the bag of food up the street anymore.

Took my dog there for shower. Had been told that the dog hair blower quit working for months! And 30 min for dog shower which I have never been told time restriction before from Bosley’s so I left there. Went to another Bosley instead. Still love Bosley but hope this location keeps up the service.

The transgender non-binary girl is kind of bossy. Plus, the dog wash blow dryers are still not working.

Most staff are friendly but there is one employee at this location who acts like she hates me every time I go there.

I find myself going to other shops because she’s so unpleasant.

At first I thought she must be having a bad day so I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
On subsequent visits I realized that’s just how she is with customers. I used to try to be friendly to her but now I just try to get through the transaction as quickly as I can or hope for other staff.

She has truly ruined my mood on several occasions. I actually feel a bit bad for her if her behaviour is any indicator of how she feels. She must be miserable: (

Tends to be a little pricey but they’ll take food returns if your cat can’t/won’t eat the food.

There was a beautiful lady who paid for my sandwich that works there. Your staff is so kind thank you Bosley staff you rock merry Christmas

Friendly staff and also really good working hrs.

Their staff are very helpful and they have a wide range of products. I know with the supply chain issues sometimes they don't have what I'm looking for, but they will order it in for me. They have free parking as well.

Love this pet food store. Always nice and friendly. They don't even seem to mind kids coming in just to look at pet toys. Haha.
Weird hours on Sundays though. May want to call before you go to make sure they are open.

Really knowledgeable staff! After trying 4 different kibbles from PetSmart:/ My picky puppy finally ate all his food for the first time after getting the recommended one from one of their brands.

Walked in there last night with my puppy and older dog. Puppy had a slip collar on and older dog had a herm sprenger on. Sales clerk then proceeded to judge our choices by implying most people use prong collars because they’re lazy and that our slip collar will damage trachea.

I then felt compelled to defend my position and explained to her that I’ve been working with a professional trainer and was simply following her advice.

I’ve prob had dogs longer than her entire life.

I walked in there with the intention to spend money. I’ve already spent thousands over the years at this single location. If I wanted her opinion, I would have asked for it.

Write this girl up or get rid of her. If I see her again I’m simply going to leave.

Not sure why but this locations does not sell some cat wet food flavours that other locations regularly do sell.

For a small Bosley's store they provide 5 star service to their self service dog wash station! I called them towards the end of the day to see if I can use their self serve wash station and they took my name & number, asked me what shampoo I wanted to use and the # of towels I needed. As it was my first time, they recommended a shampoo for me and advised that 3 towels should be sufficient. They also asked what treats I needed? !? (Chicken, beef or lamb!) When I arrived, everything was laid out for us. The treats came in handy as it was what helped me through the blow drying of my mini aussie. She hated the dryer but loved the treats!

I had ordered a couple of boxes of beef sausage treats for my chihuahua who has lots of food allergies. I hoped and asked if they'd give me a discount for buying full boxes since they couldn't tell me the cost to start with. Instead, I paid $147 while in Edmonton it cost me $48 per box. Hello vancouver! First and last time.

Great selection, really nice staff. It's a small shop, so if you're looking for specific kibble, call ahead. But they also seem willing to order most things in!

Staff is very kind and welcoming. The store didn't have in stock the filter for my fountain and they ordered it without asking anything in advance.
With the COVID in full swing, this store also organized local delivery, real life saver!

Helpful. Free sample out of the bag from behind the counter. The dog loved it before he even tasted it just from the smell!

Your run of the mill pet store. Good service with a smile, which is a bonus these days. All staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

For three years this is been my go to for all of my cat Coco’s needs. I admit that many times I arrive only to see products on the shelves not stocked however to avoid making my trip a complete waste of time to I pick up some treats or a sweater. The staff is not always knowledgable with information on items or when items will arrive however they love animals so much that I continue coming back and giving them another chance. In early December I noticed an event dedicated to getting your pets photo taken with Santa. Excited for this day I ordered a special holiday sweater for Coco and rallied up 2 other friends with pets. On the day of we arrived with pets dressed in holiday ware only to learn that the event was cancelled that day because they couldn’t find a Santa Claus costume. My latest negative experience is where I draw the line. The particular cat food Coco eats is always out of stock. I came in twice in one week only to find the shelf empty. The manager placed an order for me and promised me it would arrive on Thursday. I came on Saturday to see that empty shelf but surprisingly a case was behind the cashiers desk. When I inquired about the case I was told it was reserved for somebody else. I was told this by the same person (a manager) who assured me I would have the special ordered cat food waiting for me. It didn’t make any sense why someone else was getting special treatment over Coco and I. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unfairly treated. She had no suggestions or solutions to this issue. I don’t think this location is properly trained and knowledgeable enough to run a successful business. Clearly the management needs to step it up first before this could happen. It’s really sad that animals suffer the most because of this.

Bosley's feels like a great neighborhood pet store even though it's a large chain with lots of great pet products and foods. They also have a dog washing station to self wash your Fido with 2 tubs available. Great for doggy owners that have a muddy day at Charleson dog park next to the seawall about 10 minute walk away. You can walk from the dog park across busy 6th Ave on the Laurel St pedestrian overpass to get there. Has parking too.

I went in today to get some help for my rescue pup that I just got - he hasn't been eating anything - even treats. Two very sweet female workers helped me get him to eat, and helped me with a car harness. They were also so sweet to my pup, he was very happy. Thank you ladies, great experience!

Best products. Friendly and helpful staff. $10 dog wash. My cat especially enjoyed the surf n turf pate by purrrfect bistro and my dog went cray on the beef rib bones.

Even though my dog hates getting washed, this is a good place to take your dirty pooch after a hike or visit to the beach to get rid of that stinky dog smell

Great store with awesome staff. SO friendly and helpful. They have an awesome dog wash there with lots of soap, towels and treats.

My family is keeping dogs for 200+ years and all what we bought during these years were a leash and a collar.
In today world dogs require teeth cleaning and some of my friends are spending $500 to $600 for a session. There is more variety in this store than in a seven eleven store.:)
Anyhow, the staff is friendly and polite.

Two times I’ve been in this Bosleys location and I’ve recieved horrible customer service both times.
I was told that they did carry what I was looking for but they couldn’t find it so to come back another day and someone else could help me.
They didn’t even want to look for it in the first place or check the computer to see if they did carry it. I had to push to even get that information. It was an attitude of “I don’t know where it is, so we don’t have it” I had to ask her to check the computer and they did have it. Course they couldn’t find it. I now have to run that errand again.

Employees here are so helpful and friendly. Prices are average - toys a bit on the expensive side but alright if you catch it on a sale. They sell high end foods.

Went to this store for the first time to use the dog Wash. Some of the other reviews weren't great but staff was super friendly when I went. Def a good deal for washing your dog esp if you're like me and have a giant floofer with tons of hair. Good shampoo selection and it's easy to tie your dog up in the tub. The dryer air is not warm as someone stated which is good since dogs actually overheat easily and shouldnt be dried with hot air. Will definitely be visiting again since it saves me trying to wash/brush my dog at my house which is an ordeal.

Great pet store, parking out front, they have a wide selection of cat toys, usually friendly staff.

Bosley's is a really good pet store. I never really went into there much except since my cats began fighting six months ago, and I've had to go in there for things to calm them down. Staff have always been really helpful and informative. Their prices are average

Cannot recommend this store more! I came in this evening to purchase a doggy collar for my Pomeranian and I was treated like a king! A staff member (I think his name was Micheal), tall, orange hair with a soothing Irish accent helped me for the duration of my shop. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and I could not stress enough that anybody who shops here that they ask for Michael when in need of assistance. He was constantly asking how my day was going, did I need any more help and is there anything that he could do to help me further. The shop selection was good and the presentation of items wasn't bad but the customer service really sealed the deal for me. Will definitely return for Micheal!

Messy store and rude staff.

I came in on a Thursday evening with my dog and the store was a mess. After looking around for a furminator deshedder for a while and could not find it, I asked the sole employee there where these items would be located. He laughed in my face and acted like I was an idiot that didn't know what I was talking about. After describing the item more, he pointed me in the direction, but I was quite upset to have to deal with someone so rude and mocking. The prices were high and they were out of stock of most of the items, so I left and bought my item online.

Unacceptable treatment of customers. I will go to other pet stores from now on.

We have bought everything for our dog from Bosley's since we rescued him. We bought a coat for him and he wouldn't wear it. We did not have the receipt but all the tags were on, so we called and they said we could return it for store credit. When we got there the guy wouldn't even look it up on our account. He just said that it would be past the 30 day limit because we bought it in December. It is January 6th. It would have been easy to re-sell and we would have bought a different jacket at Bosley's. Instead we are stuck with a $70 jacket and we will be spending our money for all our dogs food and toys somewhere else from now on.
