Bosley's by Pet Valu

These folks are awesome! I locked my keys in my truck after buying dog food there and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Patient kind and friendly. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately this store does not allow people who have a mask exemption to shop, and didn't go about it in a friendly manner. It is my understanding from BC Human Rights that businesses should not question an individual if they state they can't wear a mask and although the business does not HAVE to let them to enter and shop they should however offer other ways of making a purchase from their establishment. So far most businesses have been accommodating, so this was disappointing.

Great Store to get your pet needs. Has a great inventory of products and Pets needs beds, cages, at good prices also. Also plenty of brands of food too.

It was our first time at Bosley's and such a pleasant experience.the lady was very informative and friendly.we are definitely going back for all our pet needs

So friendly and helpful! My Lily needs a covered bed for her anxiety and they were happy to let her try a few. They even gave treats to help coax her in one. Managed to finally find her one!

The ladies were eager to help me with my cats favorite pate and toys. Willing to help in any way.

Has lots of supplies for pets, the staff is very friendly, and the store has a nice flow which is good for this covid world we're living in.

By far the best pet store in Mission. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the owner always goes above and beyond for her customers.
Will NOT shop anywhere else for my pets

UPDATED: Got our free bag of doggy food! The error was my husband is the card which came with signing up for the Loyalty Program. I was using a secondary phone number, and was doing most of the purchasing.lol. The lovely ladies figured everything out and we walked away with our free bag $25 value ️ Thanks!

(Problem resolved) Great food for my dogs, love to get them into the groomer, wondering when my free bag of dog food is happening? I see my receipt shows one? Am i back at one somehow? Not sure what that means, gonna bring my receipt n find out 'sup ️

The staff here are incredible. They went completely above and beyond my expectations. I was having a hard time getting ahold of the only food my dog can eat without being sick, they were out of stock but on very short notice got what I needed and made it so easy and hassle-free, especially on a long weekend. Thank you! I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff at this location. I will definitely be back!

They always have what I need including my cats favorite treat. Grass. I get attacked as soon as I walk in the door.

Love working here, our customers are awesome. Have a great laugh with them. Boss is awesome and the people i work with are too.

Clean store but selection is limited when it comes to supplies for rodents. No hamster food at all and rabbit supplies are quite limited.

Wow, just had what would probably rank up as one of the worst weeks of my life.
Came in to Bosley’s, and met the most amazing human being. Caroline, went way above and beyond in trying to help me with my concern.
She actually made a few phone calls for me inquiring about a product. Her knowledge and her genuine care was truly appreciated on this terrible day.
Bosley’s is so lucky to have an employee with this kind of compassion. Her calibre of customer service is just not usually seen today.
Thank you Caroline, for being a bright light in an otherwise very dark, miserable week
