Bosley's by Pet Valu

I was in bosleys and they let me sample the dog treats. Before my beloved dog gets to eat them I have to try them first so I know that they are good. The staff was amazing they didn't even judge me for eating the dog treats.

Horrible customer service, I’ve been coming here for over 12 year and they get a new manager and she is rude and doesn’t offer the same case lot discounts I’ve been getting for years. She says they don’t give discounts on the brand I purchase but yet I go to the Bosleys in Langley and buy the same food WITH the discount.

Really, you should treat your customers better especially those who have been loyal coming for years!

Shame.

The staff are kind people who I enjoy chatting with every time I go in for my cat food. They are friendly 100/10 recommend.

I have been dealing with this bosleys for many years since moving to Walnut Grove and have never had a bad experience everyone is very helpful and knowledged and if I could give everyone a raise I would. I definitely suggest coming here for advice and buying your animal supplies, all employees are very helpful and knowledged and go above and beyond I choose this bosley's over the other bosley's as its close to home and employees are amazing in every way. All Bosley elmpoyees are amazingly knowlwdged and helpful but I personally prefer basleys in Walnut Grove not only out of convience but also employee kindness, understanding, patience and knowledge.

Worst experience at this location only, I go to many bosley locations and the staff is amazing. I was in complete shock how the manager kerrie treated me and my family today. I truly hope no one else is being treated like this from this lady because it was truly outrageous.

Went in there from out of town to find a small portable gift for my dog, ended up finding a cute small plush. The lady acted a bit rude when I asked for a suggestion, seemed like I was inconvenienceing her. Usually have a great staff experience at other boselys.

They got everything you need for cats, birds, dogs, hamsters, fish etc. Just don't expect employees to be vets or your animal therapist. They just want to scan your products and go home.

Love the dog wash here.they have everything you need including soap, towels, treats, and best of all they do the clean up for you. Best $10 I spent. Phone a head for a time slot or you may stand I line for a while.

Friendly and honest staff. If they are on commission it doesn’t seem like it. They help you find what product is best for your pet and your budget rather than what makes them the most money. Bosley’s will also be my go to Pet Store in the local area.

A woman was in the back of the store washing her dog.
I asked for help.
She didn't answer.
So.
I spoke a little louder.
So.
Thought she couldn't hear me because the water was running.
Asked 1 more time a little louder.
She turned around and said she didn't work there and said I didn't have to be a b - - - - about it!

The staff here are so knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. I’ve been struggling to get my senior dog to eat and the two weekday daytime staff (sorry forgot names) have been just amazing.

I just had my first visit to Bosleys in Walnut Grove and I am a new puppy owner. The staff were amazing and so helpful! This is the only pet store I will go to. Forget the ”Petsmart Giant” I don’t care what the price differences are you can’t put a price on friendly knowledgeable staff. If you are a pet owner, by not shopping here you are doing a huge disservice to your pet!

The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Walked in with my dog, barely acknowledged - was looking for “dog stairs” when asked the older lady pointed to a high shelf (would need a ladder to get) and said “these are the only ones we have” That was only the beginning of what was OBVIOUS disinterest and the complete lack of helpfulness and respect means I will NEVER go back. When the pet store market is already so saturated (lots of options to choose from) why you would not hone the customer service skills that set you apart from the rest - it’s just good business sense. That this particular location clearly lacks. I will spend my money elsewhere and advise all of my fellow pet owners to do the same.

These guys are so awesome here, each time I come! Very good store with lots of stuff to buy for your little friend! Great customer service and prices!

Went in to try the bath station, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions we had. They didn't miss an opportunity to spoil our girl. We'll be back soon!

The last time I was in Bosley's in Walnut Grove I had great service. The representative, helped me with my inquiries and walked me through a couple of options. She also mentioned in-store promotions and explained the rewards program to me as well. I will most likely be coming back to this location.

Best place to go for any and all your pets needs! The staff here go above and beyond to give the best customer service, our rottie Louie just loves coming in to see the staff, have a bath and get some bully sticks - highly recommend!

Always the place we bring our pup to for her weekly baths after her rolls-in-the-mud and beach time. Staff is always so friendly, informative and helpful.

The self serve dog wash is a perfect idea and only 10 bucks includes shampoo, blow dry and treat. Give them a try!

I used to LOVE this place but now I am really MAD it says that the store closes at 6pm on Sunday but what actually means is the staff leaves at 6pm. I entered the store at 5: 30 to give my dogs a shower and the f.lady or whatever she was said the would be closing the store in 5min. I HATE lazy people. The owner should hire who likes to work.

Super helpful staff, I'm always treated with care going in. Most places don't seem to care if you have cats, dogs are treated as more important. But when it comes to my cats' food and health, the Bosley's staff have always taken the time to understand their needs.
