My Favourite store for getting raw frozen meat for my cat! And the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The best Bosley’s I’ve been to. Has such a wide range of products, so you’ll walk out with everything you need for sure. The staff there are amazing as well, especially Eric, who delivered the best customer service from greeting me in to checkout.

The clerk was so kind helping me find treats for my dog who has allergies. Have an awesome selection of stuff for dogs, cats etc. Great shopping experience!

One of the best pet stores i’ve been to in years! Organized products and reasonable prices! All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable but, there’s one member there who always helps me so much with my fish purchases, i’m not sure his name.but if you’re looking for reliable advice on fish keeping there’s a guy with fish tattoos who has always been so informative and friendly when recommending things and helping me build my tank set up, i’ve never been to a store with more knowledgeable and friendly employees.this guy has helped save many of my tanks from chaos and i’m sure not many other pet store workers would have given the care into my tanks than he has.recommending this store to all my fish keeping friends

This location has a good selection and it’s relatively close to where I live. My issue with this location is one of the staff members that work there. He’s a larger fellow. Whenever we have gone up to pay and he’s at the cash, it’s like we are inconveniencing him. One time he was busy flirting with another customer. Taking his time not even acknowledging that there are customers waiting to pay aside from giving us a dirty look. This is unfortunate as it’s a reflection of the store. I will not be coming back to this store.

Had a great experience at bosleys, got exactly what I needed for my cat and the employees were more than friendly.

I took my big reactive puppy in to get her nails clipped. I was unable to do it on my own. My dog howled, whined, barked growled and cried. There was 3 people from the store helping to keep her still so that her nails could get cut. They were all so understanding and not judgmental at all. They even gave my a punch card to get it done again. Buy 5 get one free. Wow, I didn't think they would want her back after that. I was so happy to get it done as she was scratching me and making me bleed. I will definitely take her back.

Got an amazing service by Micheal he really went behind expectations great service guided me through his really friendly nice and he really love his job I would definitely send family and friends not many People give excellent service like Thant great job. Diana

Normally I love going to this store as they're usually very helpful and friendly but today, I was completely disappointed. I went in looking to buy some neon fish. The rep told me I had to buy at least 6, i thought wow but ok. Then he told me I had to buy the water conditioner so I said fine. But then he wanted me to buy another type of solution that apparently helps the tank filter filter the water. So I asked the rep, is this mandatory, he said yes. I repeated myself and asked if it was mandatory. He again said yes so I told him well I guess i'm going home with no fish then, how disappointing. He said ok. My frustration is that since when is it mandatory to buy certain products inorder to be able to buy some fish? I've managed a fish tank for over 20 years and it was as a surprise to me. So now, I don't want to go back because of the pressure of having to buy all the extras inorder to buy what I really want.

Groomer is incompetent.does not listen.gets easily frustrated and then takes it out on your pet's haircut.my dog's coat is ruined

I love this location, their staff are so friendly and everything I visit with my pup, she gets so excited to see the staff. I use the groomer here, and Dee is one of the bests! She eased my pup with grooming, and made her super cute in the process!

They also carry the dog food my pup loves, and have a great selection of items!

I enjoy shopping here. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Sean helped me out tonight exceptionally getting treats for 6 different animals very in pressed. Oh I should say I believe his name was Sean. I've already given the treats to my grandchildren for there animals. But they were for two cats two dogs a rabbit and a gecko. So no pictures.

The employees are very helpful. They spend the time to make sure you are making the best choice for your animal

Friendly staff, makes the right first impression each time and every time. No matter if the staff is new or old, they just say hi and welcome you. They are super helpful and actively seeking to assist when you need it. I can't think of a negative experience I have had at this store ever and I have been going to the store for a few years now. Every time I have been in here the staff has been helpful and not pushy on selling higher price items always makes me want to come back.

A really nice selection of the products not easily found in the bigger chain stores. The aquarium section is amazing: the fish tanks are exceptionally clean, the fish are healthy and the selection is well above the average. The young gentleman who looks after the fish tanks is very passionate and knowledgeable about the tropical fish. Will definitely make this store my primary shopping destination for everything pets related.

This is our favourite pet store in the area. It has a large selection and good services, including self wash facilities for dogs.

This is being used as a Fraser Health Covid 19 vaccination site. It is a very efficient operation run in conjunction with an Air Canada support group.

Great store, great staff and a great variety of products. The dog bathing station is a life saver for me who has an active dog that likes to swim and get smelly. The owner Kurtis is so helpful and knowledgeable and specializes in fish and aquatics - check out their fish room! Dee in grooming is fantastic as well. She helps my senior lab keep her paws trimmed to stop her from losing traction on slippery floors. Highly recommend! These staff know their stuff!

Staff love what they are doing. They are all great with animals and know which product is good for them. They remember all the names of the regular animals visiting. Thumbs up to all of them!

Very friendly and super knowledgeable staff. Amazing supply and great range of products for the fur, fin, or scales family? Bought an amazing rain coat for my Lil Beana yesterday that has a fuzzy liner to keep her warm and dry in this wet season

Bosley's has always been my favourite pet store. Primarily because they're less expensive than some of the other chains and because they always have the special treats that my dog loves. What I really love about this place if they're dog bath. For ten bucks I can bath my dog with shampoo and towels included. This gets me the best of both worlds. A clean dog and my bathroom at home isn't covered in soggy dog hair and water. Love it!

Best pet store! Dog wash is always clean with fresh towels, good selection of toys and food, and friendly staff.

I came to wash my puppy and the second I walked into the wash area it smelt like pee.and can see the pee in the corner.but other then that it’s a good place to wash your dogs.

Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, they offered me and my pup any assistance in the store. I have been to many locations and all have great customer service. The staff were very friendly and helped to ensure proper covid19 protocols were being followed. It makes me feel alot more safe when the staff help to enforce mask wearing as a store policy in respects to the people who both work and shop there. Hope to be back at that location soon!

Lately I haven't been all that impressed with this Bosley's location. I find the staff friendly but not always helpful or knowledgeable. The grooming services is below average. The availability of certain products is spotty.

Everyone is so kind and I really enjoy the energy the staff have, and are always helping me find the things I need.

I came into your store looking for some wet cat food for sensitive stomachs and a hairball paste. What I first noticed was how clean and refreshing your store looks. I immediately felt welcomed. I had the pleasure of having Gabrielle help me select some food that will help with the stomach issues my fur babies were having. She was awesome! When I came back into the car and told my husband that this is the store we will be coming too for all our pets needs. Thank you again to Gabrielle for all her help!

So so friendly and helpful. Couldnt find the litter I wanted, they called and researched other locations so I could find it.

Customer service at this store is declining, not sure if they have a manager or not, I had issue with this product that I purchased few days ago, they were not able to help, no manager, one of the staff from dog wash was called in (pretending she is in charge), behaving unprofessional and abrupt.
If this is the way to treat loyal customers, then I wont be coming back.

The product was purchased at YOUR STORE, you should look at it again, your staff garbed it from me and ran to the back of the store to copy it!

Self dog washing station is great. There are still a lot of dog owners who do not know about.no more water splashes all over my house.

I was recently in to buy a dwarf gourami. I wish I got her name but the girl who helped me was full of information and super helpful (said she had a pet Lab). The tanks look amazing, the fish look very healthy and the prices are fair. This is by far the best place in the tri cities aquarium wise. The employees are always there to help which is unheard of in other pet stores around the area. To top it off my dog was happy to get treats from the cashier. Great store and i'm eager to return to try out the dog wash (for the dog not me).

This is my favorite Bosley's because it is the only one that carries frozen rodents for snakes at a far -far- more reasonable price than petsmart! Everyone there is always very nice and helpful too. Wish my local bosley's had frozen feed too though.

We have a specific monthly order we pick up and like looking at the assorted doggie stuff. The girls on staff are always great on service too

This particular bosleys is bigger so they carry more variety in products, and the people are friendly. They are true animal lovers

Great staff and definitely lots of choices on products from clothes and toys to treats and food. For dogs, that is. I don't look for any other animal.products.they are also competitively priced an will match pricing.

We washed the dog at this location. It is really great to save your back when washing your dog. They have all of the necessary supplies, including shampoo, conditioner and spritzer finisher for odor control. There are towels as well as the air dryer as well. Great business model.

I love the people at Bosleys! They are always happy to help you and they carry a wide range of pet items.lets face it.we all dont have just dogs or cats- some of us have reptiles, fish, insects, and birds. They carry what you need for your little friend.what ever it may be. Thanks to the gang for being AWESOME!

A great experience. Good selection of products and when I asked for a specific item the woman working there knew exactly where it was. They also let me know of an upcoming sale on the dog food I buy and that was appreciated. Will be back for sure.
