They went out of their way to accomodate over 70 people for a special gathering after a passing. Very kind and helpful during this trying time. Thank you for your kindness. Servers were also very kind and helpful. Great special spread Buffet they made for us! 4stars

The pizza was flavorless and had next to no sauce, the Bandera bread was super salty and the rice in the powerbowl was undercooked. The excuse was that they were busy. Would have rather waited longer for better food than have it rushed for what we received. Super disappointing.

Worst delivery driver ever, she smiled of urine, scared my pizza caught whatever she had, go have a shower before u touch food.nasty

Great service and great quality of food. Personal recommendation is the New York Steak, medium rare, with fries and onion rings. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Consistently solid food and service.

Edited four years later. Food is the same, service is much worse. Two and a half hours for a delivery order isnt acceptable. Will not be ordering delivery again. Update: 3.5 hours later, and the food won't be arriving at all. Staff wouldn't process a refund. The driver "left the food at the door".

A pretty safe bet if looking for standard food like pizza and wings. The prices are creeping up there - but they are everywhere I guess. The food is fine and as a family restaurant they can't go too wild on the spice. I prefer more seasoning and flavor though. Friendly staff.

Honey Dill Chicken Power Bowl was disappointing. I ordered it for delivery, not sure if that was the issue, but there was about 1/4 cup of rice, maybe 7 leaves of spinach and about 1/2 breast of chicken. No quinoa. For the price, ($21.99) the portion was very disappointing.

Terrible job on the food. Missed half my order couldn't find my house and told to call in the morning because no manager

Food was good, service was good, TV channels were good, and music was good. All-in-all a decent experience

Took almost 3 hours for delivery, phoned twice during that time, first they said they were busy and if it wasn’t there in half an hour to call back. When I phoned again trying to get my money back they said they were going to get a manager to do that, waited on hold for 15 minutes then they ask me if it was an online order (it was) they then tell me it didn’t give them my address and thats why it hadn’t been delivered. Before I could say anything else they said the driver was 2 minutes from my house. Not sure how since they apparently didn’t have my address. I asked if the food would still be hot or has it been sitting in his car this whole time. They said it “should be”. Food finally arrives and of course its Ice cold. I phone them back and they say they can’t give me a refund because no manager is there and to call back in the morning. 5 different days I called and apparently there was never a manager working so no refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Food is good but attendant should be polite & staff should be alert if you have protocols to ask customer for vaccinated status while they enter the premises, instead of rudely asking them to go to front counter while they already get seated with family.
This is quite rude. & awkward behavior & doesn't suit the reputation of Boston Pizza.

Not being offensive but it felt really bad the way all family was asked to go to front counter.

Pizza, wings, starting lineup are always amazing here. Love it! Staff is awesome. Thanks BP! Upstairs is so nice since they've renovated it. Many happy memories here!

Not following government social distancing measures group at table of 8 people, this is not a acceptable Wheres the police and health officials for Williams lake. This is a provincial wide mandate and 2 nights in row. Boston Pizza corporate should step in and the general manager needs to be held accountable. The staff recognizes this yet continue to break the rules. We all have business and other restaurants in the province get fined and shut down. Shame on you Boston pizza

It was excellent. Staff is very professional and owner really cares about his business and customers. Food is great as well. I strongly suggest to visit Boston Pizza if you would like to spend your day or evening with quality and have good memories with your loved ones.

The best grilled fried chicken sandwich I have ever had along with jalopenos friend and dipped in hot sauce. The police dress like American police.

One of the best Boston Pizza’s I have been so far. Doesn’t feel like a big restaurant at all. Food is of course delicious and the staff fast and friendly.

Very nice place to hangout with your GF. Food quality is okay. Specially they should improve the quality of their pizza.

Great service, top notch for sure. Food.my pizza did not cut it. Did not have enough cheese or toppings unfortunately. It is costly enough without having to pay for extra toppings in order to bring it up to what I would call normal pizza standards.

End up here a lot given the lack of choices for bigger groups and events. Service and food quality has been on the decline for the past few years and two recent visits confirmed that this is still the case. Too bad really - although you don't have to try as hard when you have a captive audience.

I reviewed a year ago and I gave 2 stars. Quality of the pizzas has gone down. Ordered a take out a week ago, we were told 25 minutes and waited just over an hour on a pick up. Use to be a good place to go. I don't reccomend it.

Excellent, very quick service on a Sunday evening. I ordered a medium pizza to share with a friend and it was just enough.

I like eating here. Its been FOREVER since I've actually eaten pizza at this place. I LOVE the Boston Lasagna, as well as the nachos. It seems the calamari is always cooked differently @ every Boston Pizza. I love having the window seats @ this place. It has a great view of much of Williams Lake.

Food has gone way down in quality since I was here last year. Even the pop was watered down. And I was very disappointed to see the plates had big grey stain like marks on them because of age and use, had we seen them before we started eating we would have got up and left! Time to get new dishes BP. When you pay half a day’s wage for a meal for two (normally don’t mind the $$) and are met with the above issues, it is very sad! The service was the only good thing our waitress was sweet

It gets one star for being clean and one star for the friendly server. The restaurant loses a star for smelling like bleach. It loses another star for lukewarm and bland food. And it finally loses its last star for not having 3 of the different beers I ordered off the menu. Three consecutive orders after each time I asked for the one I wanted and was faced with a “we’re out of that”. And I really needed a good beer that night!

Jason and current staff was well organized friendly and had an excellent approach with personally checking in and ensuring fast prompt service and excellent family friendly atmosphere, really raised the bar and deserves the five star rating.

Menu is predictable and most dishes taste similar, somehow. It’s good enough with good variety. The pizzas are what they do best.
