I had a server throw the tip I gave him back at me. I would recommend eating at home if you try to tip someone and they throw it back at you. The service I received, I wouldn't even give my dog their leftovers.and a manager didn't even bother to get back to me.don't go here. It's run by a group of snoby Karen's

Came in for dinner. Service was great until we got our food. Server kind of forgot about us.
Food is good, typical Boston pizza good.
Atmosphere is nice with the view of downtown.
Only major fault was the mouse running around the dining hall by the patio doors.

This location was supposed to open till 12am and we entered the location around 10.35pm.on Dec 23rd and gentleman at the entry asked us for how many and he went in to check. I and my family were thinking that he is checking table. But after returning he said "we are closed". I said that aren't you supposed to open till midnight? They said because we are not busy so we decided to close now. Moreover guy said "bro it is holiday". It was rude. It is my neighbourhood location but I won't be visiting this location ever again. Feels sorry for the owner who has these kind of employees (guy and girl).

Very nice and quiet (!) place (about 2pm) and very good dish - powerbowl. Only minus is that we couldn't find quinoa in whole amount of rice. That's strange and different from the same dish we often eat in Quebec City. Ankther dishes are with little exceeded amount of sweets (honey). That's why amount stars for food is only

The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time. No hostess around to greet us took a solid amount of time to actually get seated by a staff member. Other then the service being a bit slow, the food was very good I quite enjoyed it. 4$ beers on happy hour were pretty decent.

The food is good in general and has an excellent size for the price.
The pizza is of a thick dough but contains a lot of ingredients. The nachos on the other hand weren´t bad but nothing out of the ordinary. But both products had a good size.
The service was pretty good and the waitress even split the bill in halves to make payment with friends easier.

We loved our time at Boston PIZZA, they were super attentive to the children, they have a children's menu for a single price with drink+main course+dessert (8.99 Canadian dollars)!
Children can paint the menu that comes especially for each child!
The environment is very well decorated and we were very well attended! We love it!

The food and service were really good. However, the restaurant was very quiet. Underground parking is such a hassle here. Love Boston Pizza as it provides a variety of food in the menu.

The best experience in Boston Pizza so far. Have never had better servers than Depesh and Khem!

Had a custom made pizza and I can't lie.it was dope. Didn't have to wait long, it tasted delicious, and drinks were good. Probably gunna visit again on the next visit out.

This location was ok. Consistent with any other BP location. Where it lost stars was access. There is a parkade with no direct access to BP. I went with friends and we were all new to the area.their parkade is awkward and we got lost. After several minutes, we finally found the entrance (hidden by construction) and waited a long time in the bar side for ordering. I asked for a Long Island Iced Tea. The server didn’t question so he brought me a regular iced tea. When I explained my order, he challenged me by asking me if it was on the menu. I said I didn’t know because I didn’t get a drink menu nor did he question when I asked him. Aside from the food, this is not the friendliest or welcoming location.

I have visited this restaurant many time and I always have a great experience here. Everyone is really friendly and sweet. I especially love one of the servers named Olivia. I have had her take my orders over the phone and I’ve also had her as my server and she is always great. She is very friendly and always makes great suggestions about the menu. She always gets my order right and has really quick service. The food is good and is worth the price.

Typical - what you would expect of a chain restaurant. Quiet place to eat considering it's proximity to the very busy lonsdale quay.

3 strikes and they are out. First time the smell from the street paving was horrible the next time we were told they were to busy. This time they refused our gift card. Will never go back

Honestly, the worst lunch I have ever had. I ordered Memphis wings which were $18 the wings were covered in oil had no flavour and I kid you not looked like they sat in the fryer for 20 minutes. They were so burnt. My partner had a pasta dish. It had no flavour whatsoever and was $20 for something that could be beat by kraft dinner.

Service was even worse we waited 20 minutes to get our bill after we already asked then our server came back without the bill and we had to ask for the bill again. The restaurant was completely empty and it took them 15 minutes to get us drinks. Never coming back here. This place should be shut down.

They used decent amount of ingredients, and it tasted good. On the other hand, the place was understaffed.

Ordered two dishes for takeout. One of them, very good, the other one very disappointing.

The good - Smoked gouda and pepper ravioli. Well cooked, savoury, great combination of flavours, good kick. Actual dish looks just like the picture.

The disappointment - Chicken and mushroom fettuciine. Actual dish only sort of looks like the picture, because the actual dish was mostly pasta and alfredo sauce and very little of the other ingredients. I counted 8 miniscule 1cm cubes of chicken in the whole containter. Less then a dozen pieces of teeny tiny bits of tomatoes, and no green onions. The picture shows the pasta topped with a bunch of chicken and tomato, and gives the impression that there are similar ingredients underneath, but in reality there is just plain pasta and alfredo sauce.

A few previous times I ordered takeout spaghetti and meatballs, and had similar experience of very little meat sauce and mostly pasta.

I think there are 2 problems. 1. They should mix the sauce into the pasta when cooking, NOT just top it. 2. They should use enough ingredients and sauce to make it a complete dish, rather than being skimpy on ingredients. Probably better to increase prices if they need to, in order to put in more ingredients.

To their credit, I previously complained about the sauce and a representative eventually emailed be a few weeks later and even emailed a code for a credit, though I lost the email.

Overall experience - some dishes good, some are skimpy on the ingredients and / or the sauce, and they do try to keep the customer happy once they are aware of the problem.

Customer service has always been very good, friendly and punctual.

Terrible service. Got delivery, for over a $100 order, they send us wings, something we didn't even order, and that's it. Awful.

I enjoyed the ceasar salad here and was quite impressed with how the salad was laid out so that my wife could enjoy the cheese and I could remove it from my part of the salad.

I can't believe I came back. Thought after covid maybe this place has changed but NOPE it hasn't. Service again was very slow, the place had the heat on high which was insane since it was hot outside. Once our meals came it was rare when we seen our waitress after. Do not get the spinach and artichoke dip there was NO artichoke jus all spinach and it was very very very small, you couldn't even dip. The bartender couldn't make the drinks, the waitress were helping him which is weird. The fish bowls were awful felt like they put water then the actual ingredients that the menu said, drink wasn't blended had ice cubes when it is suppose to be a slushy drink like the menu said. Thanks again Boston Pizza for the worse experience AGAIN

Best pizza in town. Amazing service and Awesome place to hangout with your family and eat very tasty food.

I came here wanted to order but the waiter just stared and left and didn’t ask “Would you like to order? ” Like stay quiet and don’t try to back yourself I literally came here for the food and plus y’all took an hour to come here just to get ignored. No way to back that up huh?

Decided take out tonight for me and a friend and let me say that I like Boston Pizza and it has always been in my top 5. Ordered a rack of honey garlic ribs and my friend got a order of the grilled chicken sandwich. The ribs were disgusting with next to no sauce on them, nothing but fat and it looks like they have been sitting in the fridge for days. Like McDonald’s type quality. (note this was take out) but the chicken sandwich was good. Fries were crispy and the garlic bread didn’t really have a garlic flavour to them. Maybe the quality was because it was take out? But that is no excuse. I personally won’t be coming back to this location and the only reason it gets a two star is because the chicken sandwich was good and the hostess was nice and polite.

Boston Pizza got this new menu called the Pizza Flight. Whoever sat on that marketing side of this business comprehended the itch customers had nowdays. Until other pizza places copies this amazing concept, BP will be the only pizza place for me.

I went there last Friday, the patio seats have good view. Service was very poor (just 1 person for about 9 tables), it took a long time till our pizza and grilled chicken get ready. Royal pizza was ok but the grilled chicken was not grilled enough and totally disappointed me after that long wait!
