This place is awesome. Food was great and the staff was fantastic. Our host Dominic was very nice and Mike was the best server I’ve ever had anywhere. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Good food, sports bar atmosphere, service was lacking though only saw our waitress 4 times in 2 hour dinner.

Food was okay but the service was horrid. I had to go find our waitress who never came back to the table to top up drinks or see if we needed anything. Not once. So disappointed in that and as a result, I had to post this review.

We had booked a group of 16 and i talked to an employee on the phone and he said no problem we can take u guys in any time and we got to the restaurant and we were treated very rudely and poorly by the manager (prook)
and she refused us service because she was under staffed even tho there was an hour until the restaurant shut down and we were on vacation and we didn’t know the city and it was very difficult for us to find something at that time after being denied service suddenly and we were really upset and disappointed with the service we received here and i would recommend avoiding this location with big groups there is another bp down the road with way better service and staff

This locations curb appeal left a lot to be desired and left me wondering if it was an indication of what to expect on the inside. Dirty sidewalks and 4 foot high weeds. The restaurant was in OK condition. The noise by the bartender using the blender was beyond loud.
Our server Brook was amazing. 5 stars for her attentiveness and smiling face.

They delivered to my house, even though I was out of their delivery range. They accidentally put the wrong ingredient on my pizza and I called and they corrected it immediately with no hesitation. I really appreciated that! Thank you for the a awesome customer service

I went on a dinner 29th march (last night) and ordered 2 separate pasta dishes, I just want to say that last night was the toughest for my stomach to digest the not so fresh food I got.
I still paid the full amount on the bill and didn’t even finish the food i ordered because it felt stale and cold.
You guys got to work on serving fresh food as its not cheap anymore.

Ashely was amazing tonight.
So friendly. I’m glad I ordered the 3 cheese bread like she suggested. She was attentive to our son and was funny.
Keep her around and we will be coming back.

We had amazing service from server, Zach. He was attentive and great with our two kids! Food was very good, we all had pizza! Will be back!

I've known Chelsea for years and know how much care for others she has on a personal note, always goes the extra mile. Seeing her in a business establishment doing what she does best.care and serve is amazing to watch. The customer service was top notch! Everyone who has came with me for supper has never had their water glass empty or order wrong. They always speak highly about her attention to detail and attentiveness. Hence, why myself and themselves keep coming back!

They charged me an extra $7.17. $27.17 for a baked pasta dish. They never said that it would cost extra for a bit of cheese and sauce. Me and my hubby even shared the dish because we couldn't afford to spend more and they rip us off.

I ordered 1/2 Caesar salad to have before my dinner, my dinner was jambalaya fettuccine, and garlic cheese toast.
My salad was fresh lettuce, and very good, then came my jambalaya fettuccine and garlic toast, I told the waitress I ordered garlic cheese toast, she said oh, I will go get that for you right now and she did. The restaurant was clean, the ambiance was perfect for me, and the food was delicious.i even have left overs for todays

Our whole family loves it here. Really great place for good food and good service. My kids adore the kids meals. I also appreciate the gluten free options!

I ordered the gluten-free pasta with mushrooms and chicken. The chicken was disgusting. It was cubes of something so processed it barely resembled actual meat.
I gave two stars for the very friendly service I received on the phone and when I picked up.

We have tried ordering pick up here about 3 times. Literally every time, we found the front hostest unfriendly and distracted on her phone. Also missed one whole box of food (they were labeled 2 of 3 etc).

Advanced recommendation to management: visit the other location and to see for yourself, the difference in quality and attitude offered at the other BP location. Also consider re assigning your hostess to a position that doesn't deal with people, especially the very first person for patrons to meet.

I went in around 1030 last night for take out. I didn't want fast food and told myself I'll stop at the first place open. Hadn't been to BP in a while. The counter girl was very friendly, complimentary and genuine. I had never been inside of this one before. I thought it was bigger then I thought and nicer. I ordered the mushroom and spinach bake (I added chicken), side of veggies and garlic toast. When I came home to open it I was pleasantly surprised. It also was really good! Better then anticipated. I will be back! Thanks ️?

I'm still underwhelmed with the quality of BP.
My wife and I had a pick up order tonight.
My wife had the crispy chicken pecan salad and I had the carnivore pasta.

The pasta was ok but very lacking in flavour. There was ample amounts of meat in it though.

Come on guys should a good paying customer pay $16.99 for 4 candy coated pecans and scant palm of cheese?
The chicken was dry as dust and rubbery.
In fact you could bend it end for end and it would not break.
It had been obviously sitting in a warming tray for hours and hours.

The size of the salad is represented by the
Size dressing container.

Yes there was no bad veggies but for 16.99 you should add more than a 1/4 of a 2" cucumber and slice of a tomato.

What a complete rip off!

Should we as customers have to rip our order apart before we leave the restaurant?
BP has slipped and falling fast.
I'm sick of paying good money for food that Is not worth more than the container it comes in.

What I expect is a cookie cutter response to contact another BP division where my comment will fall on deaf ears in stead of dealing with it at a branch level to correct the issues. I would pay 16.99 for the salad but not for one you get on a flight from Kelowna to Toronto.

We had a small birthday party there tonight. It was lovely. Our waitress was very nice and very accommodating. Thank you️

It is great deal and place for kids. The flat bread was way over priced. Not many vegan options. But their pizza is decent at a okay price. It's nice you can do half and half tho!

The food was average. Little on the dry side. Unusual as normally Bostons was excellent in our past visits. Maybe the delivery was rhe difference, we normally eat in.

I currently work part-time for a food delivery company that I won't name, and I spend a fair amount of time in restaurants waiting for orders. The behavior I have seen from too many customers this past year is appalling - from the extremely impatient customer to the man-child who yells at a 15 year-old hostess about mask mandates (your beef is not with the teenager in front of you). And my profession is no better. I often see delivery drivers glaring at staff while waiting for orders – like it's gonna make the food appear faster. Many restaurants need to hire foreign workers because Canadians like me are too spoiled or lazy to work in a restaurant. And then customers have the nerve to complain that their English isn't perfect! I guess I'm old-school, but if I don't like the food or service, I give the staff another chance or I simply take my business elsewhere. I don't have a complete meltdown, go online and post a negative review to try to cancel a business or make staff lose their jobs because the service was sub-par or my meal was not up to usual standards. Constructive criticism? Sure. Whining, cancel-culture verbal diarrhea? Do the planet a favour and cook at home. Service is slow? Drop off a resume and pitch in! Almost all restaurants are understaffed. But getting a job in a restaurant would necessitate hard work and mental strength. Much easier to criticize from our iphones while sitting on our couches. I have picked up many delivery orders at Boston Pizza and received excellent service. The staff continues to do a great job of keeping us fed and served DURING A PANEDMIC. Staff are facing risks and challenges that many people (especially those working from home) do not. Keep up the great work, and happy holidays!

Only gave them 1 star cause there was no “no star option”
We had ordered food from door dash with specific instructions and substitutions because of allergies. I put it in all capitals with stars to clearly specify that it is an allergy. I called the restaurant to explain the situation in hope to rectify the situation that ruined my dinner and dining experience from Boston Pizza. After being put on hold, hung up on, and ignored calls… i finally got a hold of them again to only be put on hold again for 10 minutes… once they FINALLY picked up the phone, the “manager” said there is nothing that they could do and they even tried to pin the wrong order on the doordash driver! Super unprofessional. I will never ever order from them again.

I just love the way owners and mgt treat there staff here at dT BP Kelowna it opens the door for a pay it forward and they do just that, actually want you to have a great time dining here

I ordered a pizza and a lasagna to go.am I wrong to expect cheese on top of my lasagna. I practically needed a magnifying glass to see any.disappointing.

Standard Boston Pizza for the most part, but the waitress I had (forget her name, sorry) was fantastic.:)

Delicious food, kind service. The flooding has caused some food to be out of stock, but that's understandable.

Always is a good time there and the new dessert (chocolate mint) and holydays sangria is amazing.just I don't like the mojito.

Went to Bps tonight and had a great time! Our server Clay was very prompt with our service, drinks and food, he knew the menu and made our visit very comfortable. Thanks to Clay and the BP staff

Good service, just not a big fan of all of the food. Lots of salt and cheese for my liking. I prefer more flavour.

I`m a WildFire Evacuee, so I`ve been eating here quite a bit.
I`m also trained in culinary arts, which makes me picky about food. LOL!
This Boston Pizza is Awesome!

I`ve ordered a lot of different meals here.
The Big Dipper Beef Dip, Salads, Chicken Parmesan, The Boston Size Burger, Ect.ect.ect.
Tonight it was Pork Back Ribs with Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
OMG! That was that good!

All the meals have been consistently good. And.
You won`t find a better host than Doug.
The guy is a Gem.

I`m about to try the Cheese Cake topped with a Strawberry Sauce.
It looks really good. YUM!

I order my dinner it was horribly hot so much whole jalapeño was in it literally burnt my stomach
