Boston Pizza

Went out for a family dinner and on our way home my parents were raving about a hostess name Ava

She went above and beyond!

She was so attentive with all our needs, and really made the evening a five star experience

We are here as guests amd this is our first time coming to this boston pizza and oir last time. We cam there to eatand the manegment was very rude and they did not want to serve us and kidded us out of there. Very poor serves! We are never going to that place again.

Had a lovely dinner with some friends, server was great and so was the hostess and other team members around. My daughter loved helping clean up at the end, thanks to the ladies that let her feel she started her new job (she's 5)

It was my first experience. Excellent reception. Respected, helpful, well-qualified staff. The food is more than wonderful and delicious. I will definitely come back with my family and friends. Thank you.

Poor service & poor food. Ate a burger that tasted freezer burnt & I'm sure somewhere in the meal it was contaminated.next day got food poisoning. Also, the tablet seat window was grosa with dead bugs. Not returning.

Ordered nachos and asked for no jelopenos. When we got our order all the nachos had on it was green peppers and Olives. Hardly no cheese and no other toppings. Very disappointing considering they cost $18.

Racist staff I ever seen. Monday 26th Dec 22 I went with 6 of my friend and family members around 8: 30pm. Server and lady on reception both not look happy to serve us. We start with ordering wine bottle, server ask ID that’s okay we knows the rules and regulation of LDB. We own liquor store and restaurant so we knows the rule we gave her two pieces of ID even one of my friend have white beard and he is almost 50 year old she want to see her ID as well, my friend gave her. She left and she came back after few minutes and ask for ID for second time, I think she forgot we already gave her ID, but more she don’t want ti serve Indian communities that’s I can say. I request owner please get rid of of this type of staff members from your team it’s not good for your business. I spent 300-400$ every time I went to Boston pizza. All dining area are empty and no one there still floor was dirty no body bothered to clean.

We enjoyed our meals, but the absolutely best part was our server Paige. She has a great personality and does her job very well.

Always enjoy Boston Pizza. Sadly, the service was a tad lacking the last time I was there. And the Zza was a bit cold. Still…. It was BP, which means it was still yum.

Great place tonnage a bite with the fam was 9 of us BP was packed and we had to wait but still worth it.

Fries were cold and burger was ok.
Wouldn't rave that it was awesome.
Service was very good though and atmosphere was nice.

Good positive staff who work as a team, by overlapping responsibilities when overloaded. Will visit again

Very friendly and competent staff greeting you. I received my takeout order in a timely manner.

Ordered two large specialty pizzas for take away on a Friday night. Neither had the typical layering of toppings or cheese expected of a regular dough pizza. Definitely not worth the high price paid for each.

Went in for a margarita and something to eat. Was not disappointed! Our server was amazing and the food and drinks were on point.

Very poor service. Called for a delivery order and restaurant refused to deliver. Apparently 5.2 km is to far. Took my business to a competitor that was farther away and they delivered. Will not be patrons of Boston Pizza ever again

Awesome customer service, food tastes amazing and has very good quality. I go quite frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience. Nicest servers in town

Was on holidays and was told it was good place to have meal. The place was great and the food was fantastic.

Service was great. Food was very good! We had a Boston Royal pizza and it was sooooo good! Will go back again when in Kelowna.

The experience was just awesome. Boston Pizza has excellent quality food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a large party here, the staff was cooperative with us. They were friendly not rude. They showed others to the party if they arrived late. Prices were also reasonable.

Is to much to ask for a backed pizza? We ordered 3, two were not baked properly one was so-so. The dough in the middle was raw, that's unacceptable. Worst pizza experience ever. Second attempt wasn't good either, so I sent my back untouched and we ate some toppings and the edge from the other one. Raw dough leftovers were sent back to the kitchen.
It was my father's last night in Canada, he's flying back to Europe. What an awful good-by. It ruined my night completely.

Food was fine. But when I called to make a reservation the lady was rude and snippy. And said “it’s 5: 30 or nothing”

Good family restaurant. Great kids meals and good prices. Always a tasty pizza and beer for the adults too:)

Liked our server. Pricing a few dollars too high. My burger was dry and they over toasted my bun. You get a big pasta portion. Kids meal dessert choice is bad. You either get a delicious sounding ice cream sundae or an applesauce. How is that a comparison. Ladies bathroom water was burning hot to wash up but clean.

Food was really good (its pretty solid ive been there a couple times) but this particular visit our server was fantastic

Great food great staff, ordered pick up got the wrong order, when I called in Bailey fixed it right away and even had the right order delivered!

Food is always awesome here, totally love the four cheese lasagna or the MVB. Service is great, never had any issues. Prices are slightly high but the portions are quite large, almost too much to eat though.
