You always have to fine a waitress & your prices are ridiculous for the cheapest wine! Get real! Horrible

Waiting for my pizza to get delivered for 1.5 hours. When I called the restaurant to complain, the guy was being so shameless and offered me 10% off on the bill to avoid the situation.very disappointing.update - the pizza came like this, and their debit machine wasn’t able to read our gift card so we ended up paying cash…

Our server Kirsten (sorry if I'm spelling wrong) made our visit spectacular. We came here to finally spend a gift card we had and also to watch the last NFL playoff game. We spent quite awhile here and Kirsten made sure we had everything we needed at all times. It has been awhile since we went to a Boston Pizza. It will be hard to justify going to any other location after the tremendous experience we had here. Thanks a million!

We always have a great time at Boston Pizza Port Coquitlam. Great service, good food, and reasonable prices! We will be back.

Heather was amazing. She was great with the kids and put up with my stupid jokes. One of our favorite BP's when we come into the city.

The restaurant was short staffed, but the manager maintained to keet it up. She was so friendly and served us well.

Went out to enjoy a special evening with my partner at the Boston Pizza in Port Coquitlam. I ordered a meal and they made errors on the meal bringing it out twice wrong. My partner wanted to wait to eat as my food was delayed. We could not enjoy our meal together. There was an apology but honestly I feel that I could have been offered a little more. If I was the manager I would have either given the entree free or at least offered a free desert. The food portion was excellent but the pasta was mediocre. I wouldn't return to this restaurant.

We came in for dinner me and my husband Amir we had the spaghetti it was good and the server was excellent thanks for all the good job Jesus bless all the staff Gloria and Amir Dadpour

We watched world cup Germany Spain match, they were really nice and Kim was the nicest host ever. Thanks Boston Pizza poco

Great food. Welcoming staff. Clean seating area. Bit pricey now, but everywhere is nowadays.

I ordered a large size nacho and I received with just little toppings on top and the rest of them were just tortilla. Also the customer service wasn’t good.

I understand inflation is hitting public eateries hard, but I struggled to find anything that personally looked appetizing. I settled with a build your own pasta, but there is a surcharge for literally every ingredient. There was an extra charge if you wanted onion for example. In pasta. Just disappointed they can't even make a base sauce with the staple pasta sauce veggies at the very least.

Tried to eat here on a Friday. Go to BP every week, but first time to this location. Came here with my wife and 2 kids (2years and 4years) my brother in law and his 2 kids (4years and 7 years). So 3 adults and 4 kids. Where told that any party of 6 they charge the gratuity automatically. We asked when did that start as we vist BP is this group size regularly. They said they always have and wouldn't wave it even though we pay separately. We even asked to be seat separately and they said they wouldn't wave it even though it would have been 2 tables less then 6. Absolutely ridiculous that they are forcing us to pay what we would have done anyways

I liked the food, and our server Brian was very friendly. I will definitely go back there. The whole experience actually deserves more than 4 stars, maybe I will give a 5 next time.

The food was so good, service was perfect. This place is not too crowded or rowdy, covid measures were in place. I highly recommended this BP!

Impromptu date night with my husband for the day of our actual anniversary. After being deeply disappointed by another business yesterday, Boston Pizza yet again proved comfort food and a welcoming lounge, sets the stage for a great night. Service was great, especially Amanda who took care of everything we needed the whole night. Will be going again!

Tried to go for dinner, we waited at the reception desk for what felt like 5 minutes where no one showed up to greet us so we decided to leave. It looked like there were about two tables with people and a few others covered in dirty dishes. Not impressed at all. I haven't been to a Boston Pizza for years due to poor service, I guess that hasn't changed. I would leave no stars but I couldn't. I don't like to leave reviews like this but it was quite ridiculous.

Excellent food and customer service, I totally recommend this place clean and with the pandemia they know how to keep it clean. We were regular at sunwood where Kim was working but we follow her to Port Coquitlam she is amazing five diamonds for customer service, thanks Boston pizza Happy New Year

Looking so forward to the cauliflower crust pizza! What a huge disappointment! I’ve made my own in the past and this was certainly not a cauliflower crust pizza. I also ordered tomatoes, spinach and green peppers. The tomatoes were the smallest scarcest things I could find, no sign of the spinach and the peppers were cut to a fine millimeter.
This just confirms my thoughts on ever going back.

The kids card is well worth purchasing. Its saved us so much on the dinners we have ordered. Only problem I have with Boston Pizza is the menu does not give you much choices. If you want a burger you have one to choose from same as as chicken burger. Im not a pasta orderer from restraunts i just cant justify 15 to 20 bucks for a pasta meal.

We ordered 2 large pizzas to-go for New Years Eve dinner. They forgot to put sauce on BOTH of our pizzas! We drove out quite a bit to pick the food up so we did not want to drive all the way back. Extremely disappointing!: ' (

Great followup by management. Good customer service! Pizza tasted perfect this time.

I work skip the dishes.

They missed posting my order and jumped on it right away when I got there.

Gave me great service and made sure my companys client was taken care of effectively.

Also gave me a pop/beverage while I waited.

Boston pizza is the best. The last 3 times I have come here I got served by a younger guy named Brian. He always paid great attention to me and by the third time I came in he had remembered my order and had my regular drink ready to go before he even got to the table. He is a very talented conversationalist and talked to me like we were best friends and remembered things I told him the last 2 times I came in. I have never received service like that at any other restaurant.

Ordered take out. The pizza was bland the dough was hard. Their pizza bread was thin, hard and chewy,
Ordered cactus chips and they were overcooked and almost burnt.
They overcharged for dipping sauces. At $100 worth of take out I expected a lot better.
They didn't have change.

Brother ordered take-out and I went to the location to pick up. Unfortunately once we got home, we realized we were missing one of our pastas. I called the location and the woman who picked up (same one who helped me at the restaurant earlier) was very apologetic and got the kitchen to make us a fresh order of pasta. We went back to pick up our missing order and she also gave us some gift cards for next time. I really appreciated this and thought her customer service was superb!

I left the restaurant forgetting my leftovers which I intended to have for lunch the next day only gone 4 minutes returned and they had thrown them away I wouldn't have spent $26 on dinner
Any other restaurant would have probably brought you your food or called you back to get it very disappointed

They have happy hour but not on drinks. So what exactly makes it a happy hour? What a gimmick and a let down. No point in going there anymore. Gives me time to check out Roos Pub cross the road

A little slow service to start with. Sat for about 5 min or more waiting for a drink order to be taken. Then he came over when the rest of our party arrived. Would was great

Great place for awesome pasta. Went tonight and the food was really good, portions are huge and service was very fast. Staff are very nice and it took only a minute or two to be seated. We will definitly be back again.

Service was great and food was fantastic! Only downside was the smell of over powered cleaning supplies, especially in the bathrooms.

Corrected my rating (kiddo got a hold of my phone and rated a bunch of places) Food here is good, staff was very friendly and handled our wild pack of kids like pros.

Good food. Good prices and if your a Costco member, 15% off your total bill. 4 stars instead of 5 because we had to wait almost five minutes to be seated. Other patrons seated but no one in the front to notice customers waiting to he seated. Only got noticed when another employee came through the side door to start work.

Alas quite generic.new, yet totally dated.antiquated atmosphere, hockey themed, with no original characteristics. Upshot. Clean, food is good, and service was perfect. Downside. Alas, beers over priced.

Went there for the first and possibly last time. Food was extremely disappointing (how hard is it to make decent Nachos and a Ceasar salad?) and everything is over priced. Service was mediocre at best. I shouldn't have expected much from Boston Pizza!

Good food, Good Service. Family atmosphere.went for lunch so wasn't as crowded or as noisy as it can definitely get in the evenings
