My gf pizza was very overdone. Had burn marks around the edge. Tasted good but.everything else was good. They were very busy.

Great service tonight our server was very caring and quick to help our dinner party! His great job was truly appreciated, dealing with a full table of 12 kids plus adults is no easy job. Thanks!

We had our daughters birthday party here and everything went great! Patsy was our server and went above and beyond to accommodate for our party of 16. She was very attentive, helpful, and did it all with a smile on her face. Her warmth set the tone for a great birthday. Thank you, Patsy!

Good place to catch the game and have a beer. Food is consistently solid and service is great even when they're busy on both sides of the restaurant.

Sat down with a buddy after a movie.relatively dead on the bar side, took 5 minutes after we sat for the bartender to look up from his phone long enough to notice us. We have now been here 45 minutes we have had 1 drink, bartender has been talking to the same table over 10 minutes. The food “ we had an nacho” was not great jalapenos tasted off, half the chips had no cheese, soggy chips. We have been to this many times and this is by far the worst dining experience either of us had had here. The manager seemed more preoccupied showing the hostesses the “ rain outside” then handling any tables. Honestly dont know that i would be back. Very disappointing.

Long wait times make a person cranky! Thanks to the staff that didn't go in to their shift! 45 minutes to be seated. Inexperience waitress without other supportive staff to assist.

I called them told them I'm going to make an order they told me that they're open till 11: 30 it was 1122 I said okay I'll call you back. Literally called them a minute after they said that they're closed it was another girl I told him it's not 11: 30 yet they said our system doesn't take it with a smug attitude. I mean when you guys don't want to work don't work don't give times that you can't keep

I just wanted to say that the male server you have hired that is working today is the best server I have ever had at this location. He is on point! He deserves a promotion or raise - both! He offers excellent service (efficient, kind, positive vibes, and chill) and I hoped to let your restaurant know! He is excellent! Have a great night!

I've been critical of Boston Pizza other locations in the past. I haven't been in years. This location is the turn around for me. Excellent food and service. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. No hassles at checkout. We met old friends, it was their suggestion. No regrets. I'll return to this north Langley location again.

Service was really, really good.
Pizza at BP is an enquired taste. They managed to stay open, one of a few who handled it very well. Staple and consistent.

We went in for dinner with our family after work. My husband got there a bit earlier than the rest of us and got a table right away. We then proceeded to wait 20 minutes with not so much as a greeting. We finally got up and left without ever being acknowledged.

I understand that staffing issues happen, if that was what the cause was, but to not even greet us and let us know that they are running behind is unacceptable.

In fairness, we go there quite a bit and haven’t had an experience this poor before.

Very disappointing.

The manager Saha is the rudest manager I have seen, so rude so mean! She made us so embarrassed infront of our family friends! She didn’t let us to seat outside on the patio or even indide! She wanted to give us the place that she wanted us to seat which we didn’t want it and it was hard because we had kids with us! Also she mentioned that we have to wait till 5 till we go out and seat in the patio! Also last night when we wanted to order pizza, she was also rude and we didn’t tip her! I hope next time when we go on vacation we don’t meet this kid of rude people!

I came here on Thursday June 30th. Was sitted and sat there for 20 mins and was still not served. Left restaurant.

I like Boston pizza it been around since I was a kid and the service is good and the food is fine we in joyed our selfs.

Horrendous service, food delivered and then no one came to check on us. No refills, no water, kids never received their desert, couldn't get a take out box for what we didn't finish. Two waiters handled the 3 other tables so it was not busy. Our waitress just had us and couldn't be bothered to do her job. I waited 26min to try to order desert, I couldn't wait any longer so I had to just pay at the counter and leave the uneaten food behind

Ordered dinner for pick up and unfortunately got the wrong pizza (tropical Hawaiian instead of tropical chicken). Spoke with Keith who was manager on duty and he credited the correct pizza and was so friendly, professional and just great to deal with! Thank you BPWG, doing a great job!:)

Pretty standard for Boston Pizza. Decent service. We went before movie rush and there was no wait times.

Dinner salads are quite large. Small pizza can feed 2 or if you have a very large appetite you might be able to finish it yourself.

I really wanted to give this place another chance to like it. First time, I ordered to go and got a screw in my wrap.
This time I go on for pasta Tuesday. I ordered a pasta and appies. My pasta comes, it's the wrong pasta. Server goes whoops my bad. After 30 minutes I asked where are my appies, she's like it's going to be a few more minutes made a mistake. 35 minutes for appies. Probably one of the worst servers I've ever had. I will definitely not go back and recommend others to go to a different bp!

First impression wasn’t that great, they were understaffed and we waited a long time (40+ min) to be seated. We ended up being seated in the lounge with children. We weren’t impressed, but we were hungry so we made the best of it.
The server Tony redeemed the experience. He was absolutely amazing and single handedly bumped my would be 2 star review up to a 4 star review.
The cook staff need some recognition as well, because all our meals were tasty despite how busy they were.

A couple months back I came to pick up a order I placed. They messed up and told me my payment went through and I just assumed they were correct. I didn’t think anything of it then 3 hours later (close to 12 at night) they called us wanting me to come back because apparently the payment didn’t go through.

I was in bed and honestly kind annoyed that they called so late, so I told them no I’m not coming back tonight.

Fast forward to me and my girlfriend trying to call to place a order tonight … Apparently we are banned for life?

You cannot make this up.

Loved the food & very efficient service @ the langley location.more attentive than the chilliwack location.but both places serve up excellent food choices.nice babes in langley too!

We visited your resteraunt 2x in last few weeks. 1st time the foor was a dirty mess with food & napkins, the pizza & service was good. We thought it might be an off night or short staffed. The 2nd time a week later the floor & the tables were littered, in fact there was food on the seat I sat in, I guess no- one had cleaned properly, keeping in mind this is a time during covid still. However we ordered & received drinks & asked server to give us 10 min with the menu, 20 min later we had to yell across the resteraunt to get a Servers attention. We ordered our food, food arrives, 1 Pizza is correct & 2nd one was wrong, they then took pizza away to fix it & left my husband's behind to get cold, 15 min later brought new pizza then had to go warm up his. We were compensated by not being charged for 1 pizza. Don't really care about being compensated just wanted a couple of beers & pizza in a clean resteraunt. Not too Complicated.

Ambiance is decent. Spinach dip and wings are great. Pizza is great, but overpriced. Daily specials are good and you can see the game just about everywhere in the restaurant.

Update 04/30/22: Spinach dip is STILL great, and their burgers have improved 10 fold!

Servers are lazy and useless. Food is DISGUSTING, not to mention how many years you have to wait to get seated!

The quality of their food and beer continues to dwindle. Yet, I can't figure out why my kids love the bugs and cheese so much.

Food was delicious, food service was a little slow, the atmosphere was quiet and the customers were well spaced

Wow not impressed. Ordered 6 meals from BP for my moms birthday dinner. Picked up and paid. Got home and missing 1 full meal and a couple sides. Call store speaks to Tatiana/Mgr. Who says sorry we will deliver to you in 45 min and oh we will waive the delivery fee. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Manager should have hopped in car and dropped off and to say they’ll waive delivery fee was an insult. I was already there and you can clearly see meal made and not given. We didn’t eat all our meals as waited for bday meal and sauces/dressings ect missing. So everything tasted hard and awful. Not impressed.

Always get good food from Boston Pizza. I would say that on a couple of visits, the food wasn't the hottest but no complaints about the quality. Good for watching a game with a beer too.

Food is awful. Staff was awful didn't pay any attention to us, and there was white powdery residue all over the counter in the bathroom. Save your money.

After a movie at Cineplex, I came here with my boyfriend just casually. Little did we know we would be served by such a gentleman! Tal was s stand out server/bartender. Even at a high-end restaurant, you could not find a better server. Tal, here’s to you! Thanks for giving us such an amazing experience. Cheers BP!

The waiter we had was awesome! Food was okay but He made up for anything that the food was lacking- wish I could remember his name.

Busy group today after a hockey tournament but the servers here really hit it out of the park. They were great with the kids and everyone had a great time. Food was really good (you can't go wrong with the spicy perogi pizza), and they actually had decent beer! Great choice if you are in thr area! Highly recommended.

Visit yesterday and they misplaced our order. Also the nachos never came with ground beef even if I order for. Think twice before you go.

Went with my girlfriend here today for a small dinner, 42 dollar bill and close to 6 dollar tip didn't really please your server Nadine at all. If your servers can't value people, maybe they should consider another job. Was sent off with a very nasty and rude attitude. Do better. Didn't really know this entitlement is appropriate.

Wasn't anything special to make me want to return. Service was good. Food wasn't that great. No flavor. No reason to really come back again. Maybe the pizza is good? Won't be back to find out.

Food was good but service was horrible. Server named Nadine was nice up until she took the payment. Gave her 15% tip as usual but as soon as she took the payment, she just left our table. No thank you no good night no manners to say the least. When leaving the restaurant, she was standing by the front door and gave us a weird look again without any greetings. Never going to thus location again. Rude af

Please avoid this location at all costs. We went there after a movie to get a drink and dessert. Waitress had no clue whatsoever about the price of what we wanted. The dessert that we ordered was poorly presented and was served with a dirty spoon.

Meal from the kitchen was not good. Very poor actually. Ordered french soup and it was barely warm, they reheated it but that ruined it. Didn't eat it. Ordered Lasagna it was lacking enough sauce and flavour. See nice was good buy kitchen delivery nerds work.

We went to bps after the restrictions got lifted. They have definitely picked up business be prepared for a busy environment.

Definitely a neighbourhood favourite! My mom is a senior and this is one of her favourite places to go. She enjoys the healthier salad options on the menu but also dives into the BBQ ribs on occasion. Recommended for sure!

We visited this location this past week. Food was good and service was very prompt and attentive.

We sat in the lounge side, there was a group In here that was intoxicated at 5pm, and clearly In Violation of the rules during COVID about remaining with people in their household, additionally they didn’t get forced to wear masks each time they drunkenly went to the washrooms.

I feel bad holding an establishment accountable for their patrons, but at some point they are the only ones that I can blame.

Not sure if it's due to the pandemic, but Boston Pizza your standards have severely dropped! I ordered take out, and the food was not good!

Love their pizza but the pricing has become crazy. A small 8" is $14 and a med pizza is $28. This is not even in line with any other pizza place. Sorry BP going to pass eating at your restaurants going forward. For $28 bucks I will go to the keg

Friendly staff. Very decent deals. Today we got a large pizza for the price of a medium which was awesome!

Placed a big order last night, was ready on time for pick up, and everything was absolutely perfect! Will be back, and definitely recommended. Tho the younger blonde fellow at the front desk could have been a bit more friendly with his tone.but that's alright, I'd still give it another chance.)

The cheese on the nachos tasted like plastic, and the mashed potatoes were like, not even potatoes, and frozen cold.

Always go above and beyond for there customers, even by drawing majestic unicorns, foods delicious always, been going here for 5 years and still loving it, one of the best locations i have ever been too. Thanks guys for always going above and beyond.

Sports bar has a great setup! Our server was Stephanie and she is the best! Courteous, prompt, never lets the drinks go dry. Thank you Steph for AMAZING service!:)

Food came fast. Service was good. The new kicken Memphis burger was actually the best meal I've ever had at a Boston pizza. The chicken was most, but very crispy on the outside. The bacon was thick and juicy. It was spicy but not too spicy. The cactus cuts were actually crispy which was awesome as a lot of BPs seem to leave them pretty soft. We got the kids $5 donation for 5 (6) kids meals. Amazing deal! So we will for sure be back. If only we lived close to this location as it was the best BPs we have been to in a long time.

Server was great, but restaurant was understaffed. Took 10 mins to be seated and we were only ones waiting.

Absolutely will never go to this location again and I always loved BP as my mother in law worked at head office for many many years

Servers were fantastic, portions were a bit small, prices high for what you get. Gluten free was in fact gluten free though!

Thin crust pizza was really good.
Some oddity about the coffee though. My first cup was really good but my refill was not!

Large pizza was good but not great! $38 regular price is way too much for too little ingredients. Ingredients put 2 inch away from edge of pizza making contents actually quite small. $18 for a large bowl of vegetable pasta linguine is a crazy insane price! I truly believe Boston Pizza is overrated

I had the pizza poutine. Large portion and tasted really good. The server was very nice and the food ce quickly.

Waited 10 min to get seated while nobody in resturant service is very bad tonight ask for a refill on my pop took her 10 to bring it to me

Let me begin with I have an allergy to nuts and told the waiter and he assured us that we would be taken care of.

We ordered a couple of drinks, some happy hour catcus cuts to start and a pizza to share as our main. Waiter was really good and the drinks and appy came in good time. Pizza took longer than expected, but the restaurant was busy and my allergy causes the kitchen to take longer to prepare my food, so no problems up till now. Pizza comes and we are eating it and when we get down to the second last piece, I pick it up and there was a french fry and tooth pick underneith the last piece of pizza. Obviously the plate the pizza is on was not cleaned and served to us with previous guests scraps. We point it out to another waitress and she promptly takes it away and summons the general manager. He comes over and apologizes and takes the pizza off the bill. We had about $27 is other charges but does not offer to take those off of the bill. We pay for the additional items and get out of that place as quickly as we can.

I seriously question the leadership, cleanliness and professionalism of this restaurant. Allergies need to be handled at a higher standard and they obviously do not follow procedures for this type of concerns. If you worry about cleanliness or have dietary concerns I would not recommend this place.

I know I will never be back to this restaurant.

They removed breaded hot wings from the menu? I was willing to tolerate the laughably overpriced pizza, but to take the best item on the menu away?
And the egg away from the Chicken Pecan Salad? What? ! Who is the new idiot in charge?

Great deals on Pasta Tuesday. I remember visiting 35 years ago a Boston Pizza in Richmond on Tuesdays with my Grandma. Good times. Enjoyed this time with my daughters.

I ordered delivery here the other night with my mom. We ordered chicken tacos and a quesadilla with fries. When we got it, we opened it and the chicken tacos had to be the grossest thing I’ve ever seen. They look like someone chewed them, packed them up and delivered it to us. I just would like to know how you could send food out of your restaurant looking like that? We also asked for a side of the dressing that comes on the tacos and got a totally different sauce. We asked for a specific lettuce and never got that or any at all. The quesadilla on the other hand didn’t have anything inside. It was pathetic how empty the inside was. I work in a restaurant myself and I just can’t believe my food got sent to me looking like this! Just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

The BP's location next to the cinema makes it super popular in my family. Sometimes I think the kids like the meal more than the movie. Anyway, it is decent size with lots of tv screens. It is mostly business men at lunch and kids hitting the movies at night. Good to great pizzas and all the other expected appies, pasta, etc. Had nothing but great service there.

Steak was hard and they forgot my Mushrooms and onions on top of it.
The Burger my wife had was missing any Sauce and fries were cold the rest of the meals at the table were great.
They did comp us for these 2 meals.

I came here before my movie on pasta Tuesday and there was a black hair in my pasta. They only gave me two options: make a new one (I had no time to eat it for before my show) or get reimbursed. I was mind boggled to think that they wouldn't of gave me both. Where was the hair net
