Always enjoy coming here with the gents. Staff are great and the ones that recognize the crew are quick to say hello and catch-up. I appreciate when the drinks don’t taste right, that they are quick to take it back and make a new one (always perfect on the second try!)

Food is always on point and the waits aren’t long. Also a great place to catch a Canucks game

As an allergy guy, this Boston Pizza used to be a one star. They've updated their menu, in regards to allergies, quite substantially. They have a lot of gluten-free options and cater well to dairy free as well. The service we get is always fantastic but unfortunately their portion sizes are a little too small. I'm always hungry when I leave. But the cost of the food does reflect that. So the price isn't a rip off.

If I could get full off of ordering a meal, this would be five stars now. I'd be happy to come back with my family.

Came in here on Saturday night at 930 pm after being in children's hospital all day. The staff made my son's night. So kind and playful with him after 2 days being in the hospital with no fun. I can't say enough for how amazing the staff was. Got us seated right away, got our order right away, and food omg was so good. An incredibly late dinner, but it was worth it with how much we all needed some food.

We waitied for over 1 hr only for them to completely some how forget our whole appetizer order. Then they brought out all of our mains cold, and some forgot one our main orders. Not impressed at all

Food was delicious and the delivery driver was so friendly!:) Delivery didn't take too long!

Pizza and spaghetti. The food came out piping hot and the flavours were on point. The service was excellent and the servers were extremely helpful and friendly. It wasn't over crowded and parking was plentiful.

There was a lady at the front i dont know the name she was little fat and she was yelling at the customer. I came in for dine in she was so rude. Will never go again. 0 star

I have gone to BP many times for date night or for late night appies and we have been so impressed with the service. We get taken care of by server A each time and she is the absolute best. She is so kind, good at her job and understanding. We have had lots of good chats. Thank you A you are amazing!

Family of 5 went for food last night the service was good the food on the other hand not so good put it this way our pop was warmer than our food will not be going back to this location ever again

Want to pay fair industry prices for sub par food? Love being ignored when there are only a handful of other customers in the restaurant? Are you tired of your food being fully cooked? Well then come on down to Boston Pizza Sumas. May I suggest ordering the BBQ Chicken pizza if tou want to receive a Chicken Carbonara pizza. Do you have a dairy intolerance? Don't bother asking for no dairy, because those tacos are coming loaded with mozzarella! We have it all, here at disappointment alley, I mean Boston Pizza.

Wings were deep fried not oven roasted as ordered, bread with artichoke dip appetizer was burnt, daughters cheese burger was brought out 10 minutes after the rest of the tables order, long wait times. Not worth the $$$ not recommended, waste of money!

The big dipper- not the best uneven sliced meat and very small mount of onion rings. The dip was good.

Short staffed. Couldn't get a seat for over 30 min. Not worth the wait so we went elsewhere.

We went here for my daughter's birthday yesterday and they gave us the wrong bill when we paid and then refused to give us a refund. The manager didn't come to talk to us either and the server said that the manager could apparently only give us a voucher instead. The server did give me $30 in her tips but that doesn't make up for the $90 bill I paid for someone else's table and the tip on top which I ended up paying $103 total. It wasn't handled properly at all. I can appreciate how the server stepped up to try to rectify it but it would've been better handled to refund the whole table, and then have me pay my appropriate bill but the manager didn't wanna do that; why she didn't want to is really beyond me and it shows cowardice to not show her face and deal with an error one of her staff made. I won't be back here and the $30 doesn't make up for how poorly this was all handled.

Prices tell all. Ordered a medium Hawaiian pineapple pizza, crust was hard to eat on the pizza.
I ordered desert, Brownies and they were stale and rock hard. For the price you pay. The food from here has gone downhill. To bad.

Poor quality food and slow service. We had dinner at 5pm on a Thursday.the place was NOT busy.
The manager delivered our appetizer while on his cell phone. Our waitress was very nice but we had to ask over and over for things like napkins and Lemons for our water. Our waters were never refilled and our orders were wrong (we asked for adjustments to our meals and nothing was done). The food quality is pathetic for what they charge. Not going back!

Got the hungry carnivore pasta for take out, it was the OILIEST pasta I have ever had. It was so hard to eat, there was so much oil sitting in my dish after. Wish I could get a refund
