All around good experience.was very surprised to see a in house magician. Very talented.food was good also.

Cauliflower crust on the gf pizza was excellent! Strawberry slushee drinks were super sweet & tasty. Service was light, fun and efficient. It was a great place for dinner before the movie.

The service is really bad! I have been waiting so long to get a table! Other staffs saw me, but completely ignored me! I asked why no one is helping me, the guy at the front desk just said they are busy with no sorry. Well, I’m sorry, I won’t be back again.

Jessica is the best. Very personable and lovely! We come here way too often haha but the food is always consistently delish:)

This place is absolutely horrible, I was served food that looked like baby diarrhea and when I told them to take it back, I was told I was being “rude” when I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was the “General Manager” and I shouldn’t speak to the service staff like that and I’m very rude.

He continually called me rude and told me I was wrong and that is what I ordered.

This place is a disgrace to the community! And needs proper management and food standards

Only thing BP can be compared to is a untrusting jaded partner.turned Into a comfortable toxic mess that you can't seem to leave. Since when is it normal to make your dine in guests feel like they are being stalked and watched like they are about to up and run out on the bill. The Giant drinks were half full.and double the Price. All.good things come to and end.

We have been to Boston Pizza many many times over several years. The thing that brings us back is the staff that we come to know and appreciate. Unfortunately the food is not a drawing card for us. One thing in particular.if you call yourself Boston PIZZA then I would think your pizzas should be excellent. Honestly, we give them a 2 out of 10 compared to so many other places. The food needs quality control. Please, please improve the food. Thanks!

I mean it's Boston Pizza, I knew what I was getting into when I went in! Luckily the staff were very friendly and the food was served fast. The pizza is good for the price.

Our nachos were cold to the touch and looked slapped together. Barely any cheese. Ground beef looked like a chopped up burger patty. Not impressed for $20+

Service has always been on the slow side. I only order my go to for lunch - the Boston Brute and it always comes out hot and good.

It's Boston pizza you know what you're going to get staff was friendly and efficient

Had a great pasta night with my little guy food was amazing as usual I actually worked at this location and know they sanitize everything properly and there kitchen staff is phenomenal they always hire good chef's. I was always treated well when I worked here also so if u need a good job apply for sure anyways all around 5 stars good job Boston Pizza

What happened to you, Boston Pizza? I swear you used to have some decent food. Unfortunately the food is very sub par. Pizza has little toppings, and has a lot of crust. Lasagna barely has any meat. The wings are a huge ripoff at almost $2 ea, and were not spicy at all. The shaker cheese I didn't think could get any worse, but is now really small and tasteless instead of the larger round pieces of 'cheese'. Service was not bad, I believe it was the manager we had and he was quite nice. $70 plus tip for three really unforgettable items without any drinks. No thanks.

It would be better if you can put some stools in the washroom for kids so that they can step on and wash their hands. Thank you

You charged me for double mushroom ans I could not find even few mushrooms. As a normal. It's not acceptable at all.

They contact me to solve the problem. After one week general manager emailed me we offer you store credit just write us a date that you had pizza. I replied them and send two photos from the worst pizza.they didn't get back to me I followed up and he told me the funniest word.the pizza looks like has double mushroom from bottom and we can just offer you $10.

When I asked him how you knew about my bottom pizza? He didnt answer my email any more. So sorry for their poor customer service.

We both waited for drinks for about 10 to 15 minutes, we ordered an appy, cauliflower bites, which were awesome, but our our jalapeño shrimp tacos, were bland, didn't taste the jalapeño, warm, almost cold. Server was nice, polite. It wasn't busy at all, wish server gave us a bit more attention to us.

Accomidated our team with fast friendly service. Best experiance with a party of 40 people

Ordered online, logged into my Boston Pizza account that I’ve never had a problem using before. Got a two hour ETA, phoned after the time it was supposed to arrive and was told the food should arrive any minute. Phoned a second time 20 minutes later, and found out they apparently had the wrong address somehow. Got the food fast after I straightened them out, but by then it was cold and soggy, and they’d even forgotten an item. Glad I didn’t leave a tip, but I’ll never order from here again, and I certainly won’t be paying for food before it arrives in the future, no matter where it comes from. Super unimpressed.

Always good food and atmosphere! Pitt meadows one doesn't honor same deals as other Boston pizzas though

So happy Boston Pizza has reopened here. The new owners seem to care very much about their business, unlike the last owners. The staff has been great during this period of growth. Maybe other guests can recognize they are a new restaurant and should show some patience and compassion while they work out the kinks.

We went with 45 of our competitive dance students and their families. Gavin was our server. He was amazing. Things at first were a little slow (just to get initial drinks out) but once we got those, everything started flowing. No issues with food and he truly did a great job. Thank you for taking care of us Gavin

After waiting for an hour for my food to come, my pasta came undercooked, cold, the chicken was so flavourless so was the pasta, and it was hard finding a waitress to talk to they seem to be hiding most of the time and every 30 mins or so 1 of them would come out to walk around, see if everyone’s okay but only ask one person at a table of 15 people if they’re doing okay and then walk away, not even bother to check with the rest or the kids.they don’t seem to care about kids and are usually weirded out when they try to ask for something and look down on them. After waiting for an hour I didn’t expect my food to come undercooked, flavourless and cold if ur gonna take that much time maybe make sure that u heat up the food before bringing it out.
