Boston Pizza

Food was good and the atmosphere was great there was a party of 5 of us the waitress was very good and also she handled the questions very good took a little while for our food to show up but when it did it was great and scrumptious Boston pizza never fails for there taste thanks guys the washrooms were clean as well

They said the sound has been broken for a week now. Manager doesn't even know when it will be fixed.pretty bad I would say

Just recently found out their nachos are made in the same oil as everything else. As a vegetarian going to a restaurant and telling them that I don't eat meat extremely shocked to find out they use the same oil to fry the chicken and nachos. Also said there is no way around it.

Food is okay, I was not to thrilled about the spinach dip as the bread was stale and hard not long after it was put on the table. Nachos are not bad though. I'm in the middle with this one lol.

Started by ordering diet coke that was flat returned it came back with another also flat then gave me a can and it was luke warm sent back for root beer. Ordered spaghetti specials and it was horrible tasted like it came out of a can they gave me half off my meal and felt sick the rest of the night. You don't even get bread with the meal. Seriyiha was our server today and all we have to say is WOW! What great customer service we had today and made sure we let her know.

Not good service, Importantly they didn't had enough cutlery in this case we had to wait for 8-10 minutes to eat our food which was on our table. Server was very nice and she was the only ONE in restaurant serving all clients.

We order brownie it was cold
When took it back they said we don’t give warm for take out only cold brownie well I told the girl up front we ordered it from other locations we always get warm she said this how we do it

I went to get a quick bite to eat with my daughtera and a friend.
The food has gotten really bad.
We ordered a spinach and artichoke dip that had big chunks of onion!
Gross!
We ordered a bbq chicken pizza you would be lucky if u there was any chicken on it I paid 34.99 for a veggie pizza.
I will not be going back to Boston pizza.

We got a large pizza (half meateor and half tropical chicken) and one jambalaya pasta. Over good experience. Nothing overly exiting or concerning. Food was worth the $35 pizza and $20 pasta. There was enough to take home after 4 people ate.

The Manager Ginger was so pleasant and kind excellent service along with our server she was really nice sorry did no catch the name excellent service

Service is dramatically slow at this location, ive been to quite a few other Boston pizzas and it was not like this. It seems the staff during the day are not being managed properly. Definitely was not too many customers to manage it was just really slow service

Yet another day with another problem with food! Sad to say but i have had bad experience at this location so many times but i still have to come here as this is closer to my house and i like BP in general. Today i was served with hair on my veggie individual pizza! Gross! Last time i was served with totally wrong moscow mule which tasted horrible even they brought it twice. And they again forgot to give napkins with food! Thanks for proving me wrong again!

Today i visit BP newton location. I ordered wings. I served with a hair in the wings. So, there service is too bad. Eventhough, when i ask the staff about the hair, instead of apologize she misbehave with me. So, their customer service is also bad. I waste my money.

Ordered takeout for chicken, noodle with alfredo sauce pasta. Did not had any good taste. Had to add chilli at home to add flavor. Iam not a good cook but I make better pasta then this. Rather have the pasta from Pizza Hut. Very dissapointed BP. No one enjoyed the dinner at my house. Very few chicken pieces. Would not return back to Boston Pizza. I even called to let them know. The responds was that this is how our sauce taste like. Sorry you did not like it.

Doesn't even deserve one star. It was late, cold, toppings slid off the crust, no napkins, rude delivery guy, waste of time and money. Save yourself the grief and don't order from here.

They gave the guy behind me his order when i was waiting for 40 minutes for mine and still asked me to wait longer. Bad customer service.

Would give 0 star if possible. They are always closed 30 mins before their closing time. And they return guesta saying their system isnt working, why cant you take our order at 7 pm because your computers are working, why cant you take order on paper?
Surrey central and white rock boston are much better in service than this location.

Food was really good the staff was friendly and did a great job. Really comfortable atmosphere even with covid 19 restrictions. Food prices are higher than comparable restaurants.

Very rude server and bad service: (
I been to all Boston pizzas in surrey and they all are same their staff need more training. They must work on customers service.
Never go to Boston pizzas again.
