Work in the area. We arrived for lunch today and waited 20 minutes to be seated. It wasn't busy but there were only two people working. There was one group and maybe 2 or 3 other tables with a couple of people. There was actually a group of 8 seated that left because they were so upset with the service (they hadn't received menus). Once we were finally seated and ordered, it was fine and I didn't have a problem with the food. However, it was not a great way to start our lunch break which went way over the alotted time.

Had a vegan pizza, not bad. Daiya cheese, however, if they'd switch to violife, which is better quality, then likely would be better.

I went out to Boston pizza nordel on a busy Saturday night for drinks and dinner. Although the place was super busy the staff were all able to work well under pressure and deliver great service. On top of the great service, the food was delicious! Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

The pizza I ordered was delicious (Deluxe Pizza) The perfect size to eat alone, perfect ingredients, perfect quantities.
The staff was very friendly and solved all my requests.
The cleanliness was outstanding, I did not have any problems

They changed happy hour from 3-6 to 2-5pm which is odd. Other than that the food was good.

What happened to Boston Pizza? What an utter and complete disappointment! I remember once upon a time the food was good. But that was a long, long time ago.

We actually haven't eaten at any Boston Pizza for over 4 years because the last couple times we did, it was also disappointing, to put it mildly. And it's not just this location.
We've tried Fleetwood, Newton and Central City. It's Boston Pizza in general, not just location.

We spent over $79.00 for 2 medium pizzas, a salad and 1 pasta. What a rip off! I want my money back! What a waste of my time and WAY TOO MUCH money! We all felt ill after eating our food.

I thought perhaps this location might be different and it would be a nice treat. Hard NO! It wasn't a treat. It was a house full of stomach aches and empty pockets! I hate regretting decisions I make, but I definitely regret this one! If only I had a time machine.

We took my son there for his 8th Birthday (he got to choose the place) he felt so special they gave him a free brownie and sang to him. The service was great and the food was delicious. Thanks for making him feel so special. Boston Pizza is by far his favourite place to go

My experience was great! Alexis was my server and she did a great job serving us. She told me about the specials for the day and had fast service.

I was able to get a table just before last call but i had to order right away, which is fine.ordered a long time favourite, chicken mushroom fettucini.i don't think any bp has figured out how to keep some of the noodles from sticking together.it took a while to get a water refill, i had to ask for that.it took even longer to get my bill, had to ask for that as well.overall an ok experience.no wow.not really inspiring.oh well.

I just received an Uber order. The order was del Fast and efficiently BUT…. The grilled chicken was missing as well as the carrots and celery sticks with the wings we ordered. I called the restaurant and was told it was up to Uber to give me a credit. I explained I didn’t want a credit, it was the kitchens fault for not filling the order correctly and was told to contact Uber Eats. So I guess passing the blame on the “3rd party” absolves Boston Pizza from any liability. Unacceptable and will not order/eat in restaurant again and I will make sure others know this practice of not sending what the customer paid for was not rectified. The $5 Uber Cash credit is laughable on a $90 order.

Pizza was not up to regular standards for this franchise. Drink wasnt made up to standards either, the whole restaurant is slow and inconsistent in quality compared to any other b.p. Hard to believe it's in business.horrendously overpriced.

Walls by the booths were filthy needs to be cleaned.this is standard stuff guys c'mon. Wouldn't have the walls in ur own home looking like that.

My children went to a birthday party ordered a small fries and it was never brought to the table. They were charged for it. It seems things never change.
We went there before ordered 3 steaks and the server brought 3 orders of fries instead of 2 salads.
Maybe if you are part of the bar crowd it doesn't matter.

Originally tried to call and see if they had a delivery driver, was hung up on twice. Then ordered for take out, and had to go in and pick it up. Once I went in to pick up I was pushed to the side for people walking in. I assumed my order wasn’t ready. I approached the counter again for pick up, they confirmed the name and phone number and I paid and left.
I was disappointed in the customer service from the counter staff in person and on the phone.

Quality of food I found has gone down, wings were cold as if they’d been sitting for hours even though the estimated pick up time was 15 minutes.

I come today for dine in and it was going good. Restaurant is not that busy and we order food and get it on time but then we order extra item as we need more food and when it comes at table we asked for for side ranch as we have veggies and breads, we didn’t get it and servers pass 4-5 times and didn’t bring it. We have empty drink glasses, needed to be refilled. But no one come after First dishes. It’s not even busy. I can send you recipet if u need

Favourite from our group was the chicken pecan salad. Lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. I had the lightlife burger and was pleased to see a resturant that still had a soy-free veggie/vegan burger.

Haven't been back to this location in years. Saw a good promotion and had to check it out.
It was busy, 530pm. But it seems only a handful of servers but no one to seat anyone.
Once we finally got sat at a booth, we got served, by the manager!?
Got our drinks in a timely manner. We ordered our food.but it took some time, I think I counted only 4-5 tables, so it shouldn't have taken long. 25mins later the food arrives.
The food was hot, but didn't feel cook and the veggies didn't have any cook color or sauteed to it
Was offered a refill on my pop, but got it taken by a different server from a different section.

While there were a couple of things that caught my eye, a table was dirty from usage, but instead of clearing it.that sat tables on either side of it. Both families!
Also the both we sat in were dirty, the walls were splattered with sauce or pop.
Did I also mention the decor hasn't been updated since when the building was opened.

I also want to mention that I used to work for Boston pizza 10 years ago even as a kitchen manager. With over 18 years experience of cooking. I would be ashamed of the quality this place has become.
There are others worth the drive to for better service and quality

Group of 6 to dine in tonight, service was very poor it took half-hour just get our drinks ordered, we had to ask for plates & cutlery to eat with our pizza came at 5 mins apart from the Group, nobody asked if the food was ok or would you like dessert menu, very disappointed all round.

Good service, busy Friday evening could have an extra person to serve on peak periods. Overall great place to dine out watching cannucks and other games on the screens.

Came in to BP for a birthday dinner. Munit seems to know his job quite very well. He is definitely the best. Great customer service. He is very approachable, and made sure we got the best service! This guy for sure needs to be rewarded!

Terrible service (lack of service) and the place is dirty. 3pm on a Monday we waited 30 min and no one is acknowledged us. Tables were full of dirty dishes. I don’t know if everyone was on break or everyone quit. Left after 30 min

Staff are completely incompetent. Phoned in for take out and was immediately placed on hold for at least 5 minutes. I understand they could of been short staffed and it was busy so that wasn't a big issue. After the 5 minute or so wait I ordered Nachos and The Smokey Mountain Meatballs and as it was pasta Tuesday I was expecting the deal. I was informed they were out of Nachos and meatballs? They offered a replacement protein which was fine. I guess. They then proceeded to tell me the pasta tuesday deal is for dine-in only (I have been ordering pasta Tuesday take out for years and never heard of this). I asked the girl on the phone to double check this with the manager to which she did and came back with the same answer. I proceeded to inform her that it clearly states front page on their website that it is available for TAKE-OUT AND DELIVERY as well as DINE-IN. She argued this and told me to order off the website then to which I did and I received the discount as it fully states. Staff are completely uninformed on there own pricing including the manager. Will not be ordering nor dining in from this location again. I would recommend the Newton location for far superior service, attitude and menu item availability. They also honor there correct menu pricing as stated.

Note: Upon arrival the place was empty. There wasn't 1 starving soul dining on the restaurant side and there were a few people drinking on the bar side. Not quite understanding why I was put on hold for over 5 minutes when there were next to no people in the entire restaurant.
