Boston Pizza

Loved the sporty ambience of the place. The server was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. I love pizza here more than most other places in Metro Vancouver. The topping was good and the pizza sauce was delicious. I took chicken pizza with honey garlic sauce and loved it. Chicken tender strips were also good, we took it with poutine fries on the side.

Pretty tired place. BP needs a complete overhaul of everything (not just singling out this particular location). When we have sports team lunches here the kids are no longer excited which I think says a lot.

Do not recommend Boston Pizza in South Surrey. Worst food I’ve had in a while and even our server took for ever to take our orders. Then the kids’ fries were very spicy and when we asked why, they said that the fries were placed in the jalapeño oil. Made them news fries in the oven…took forever (kids didn’t want them anymore) and were partially raw. French onion soup left much to be desired.

We went for dinner and food was good! Muskaan served us and i should say that she is the best server we ever had.so polite, genuine and had a pretty smile all the time! Kuddos to her for great work:)

Muskaan was the best! Provided us with great recommendations, was friendly and cheerful the whole time we were there. The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. Overall great experience!

Izzy is the greatest server at BP, period. I can say with confidence she makes me feel so welcome and in my five years coming here after work to blow off steam, she's always a shining ray of light to a sometimes time gloomy day on the job. Always taking my orders on time and ya, just a great person.

Emily was the queen to rule all queens. So attentive and kind. A true dove of a human. Added so much positive energy to our brunch. Thanks chica!

Service was ok, The guy at the front desk didn’t seem as welcoming. They definitely need new plates as the ones we were given had scratches all over and we had to return one because of a stain. The other locations are a lot better and they should keep the same standards.

In the past 10 orders I have placed thru this location they have forgotten something in my order at least 6 out of the 10 times. Food is good but delivery system gets negative stars.

Phoned and made a reservation for today, specified it was for my son's 6th birthday dinner. The entire experience from start to finish was terrible.
To be clear I am very patient and understanding.
First we were seated in a terrible spot that didn't even give the server access to the 5 people on one end.
One kids meal was messed up, meaning one child had to wait for their food while everyone else had theirs.
We waited way too long for kids waters to the point the kids were getting frustrated because they were thirtsy, then they bring the waters and spill one on the floor. No big deal right? Water spills.
No one cleaned it up, they put a few paper towels on it and left it there for the entire rest of our visit. It wasn't very busy, the length of waiting times seemed ridiculous. I asked for a box for my pizza and was brought a small tupperware instead of a pizza box. Now it's desert time, no one is taking the plates away, I kept politely asking for our dishes to be cleared, I even collected the dishes and put them on the easy to access side and STILL no one was clearing them. I'm now super frustrated. So I ask for our bills. It took over 20 minutes to get our bill and I again had to ask 3 times for it. The fourth time I was mad.
"We've been here for 2 hours, I've been wiating min 20 minutes just for the bill, I cleared the table myself"
Their fix was 10% off on our bills.
The bills had auto gratuity, and thank goodness it was caught. Some machines were doubling the auto gratuatity so make sure ypu check. And pick anywhere else to have dinner.

Ordered pizza and wings at the usual inflated price. Usually their pizza's not bad, but this was terrible. I would call it bland and tasteless but it actually had a little taste - unfortunately, it was like cardboard. Very disappointing.

I like Boston Pizza I've always enjoyed their food and drink specials. The spicy perogie pizza is hands down my favourite pizza. The reason I gave them 3 stars is that every time to go, I'm always shocked at the price of the pizza. The pizza is good but I always default to a cheaper options when ordering from home because $40 for one large pizza seems insane. The quality of the pizza is good but not worth the extra money. You can get 2 pizza's plus sides at other pizza places for the cost of one boston pizza.
