Boston Pizza

Shouldn’t post one price and charge another. I paid but when walking out I pointed out the sign by the door that had the daily beer specials. She rubbed it out and said it was wrong but it was posted on another sign outside which I should have seen. Management should be taking more care to ensure there aren’t misunderstanding. It’s not the money but the principle

Food was tasty and the service was great. I have had some bad experiences at other Boston pizzas but this location was perfect. Will definately come back here again.

When asked if we needed a couple more minutes to look at the menu, we said yes. Our server did not return for about 15/20 mins. We had to go ask someone to get her to come back. It was not busy in there. Probably 12 tables between the 2 sides and at least 5 servers wandering around.
She did offer a free plate of fries, which was nice, but not the point.
The soup that was ordered came out with the meal instead of before. Pizza was undercooked and soggy when it came out. Pasta was okay, as well as the ribs.
Desserts were good. It was a meh experience.

The lounge is where I go for a meal or a sleeve of beer. The servers are attentive when I am there for an hour. There are big screen tvs all around. The food is good though not spectacular. BP has weathered the change of the pandemic with struggles of staffing to keep the business open on a regular basis. First visit in two years - the food was okay with heavy on cheese low in flavor. With tip, the bill came to $45.00 for two meals with coffee and water.

Nice place to go if you like a pretty face, but if you want to feel welcomed & enjoy excellent service, Alpenhorn is the place to go.

Upon arrival, our party of five (First Nations) was ignored in favor of another (Caucasian) party of four by the hostess. The other group came in after us,
I stated, clearly, that I would make note of that.
Other than that snub, the remainder of our visit was exemplary.

Not the best for delivery. Ordered food at 9pm nothing ever shows up. Dissatisfied customer. If you plan on ordering late night don’t expect your food to actually show up. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Would think if you say you deliver they would actually deliver the food

Food was not good however the lady who was serving was amazing super nice just her alone would make me go back for another try at that food
