Boston Pizza

Everytime we go seems like there's always an issue. Waitress was kind of snobby today. Hubby loved his pasta dish. Mine was just ok.

Takeout spaghetti and as usual it was great. However there has been a change in the sauce and we don’t like it. Also Not enough sauce on our meal! You cannot fool the public when you are dealing with long term customers.

I came here because everyone is always friendly. They don't push you to order. It was my birthday today and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Especially from Amber and Zoey. I felt like I was with family, both Amber and Zoey made my special day very memorable in a lovely way. I Shall definitely be back. So thank you ladies very much. Lisa Cowburn.

They lie about equipment being down hours before closing so they don't have to take orders for pick up.

It was very busy at the Parksville location, even still the wait time wasn't very long. The food is what one would expect from a Boston Pizza - it was good. Service was excellent. Our server did a great job of being on top of anything we needed.

If an Italian comes from Boston pizza, he can't complain if the pizza is insignificant. Because this is. Alternatively, you can compose your own pasta dish, but even then, don't have great expectations.
However, the service is very prompt and friendly.

Just a friendly note to the servers here, please don't comment on peoples age when you ID them. Telling me in complete shock that "I look so good for my age! " when I'm only in my mid twenties as a woman was really a night ruiner for me. Totally innapropriate and a bit of a backhanded complement! I almost left: ').

Hour and a 1/2 to get an order 10 minutes away I understand places get busy but I had to call after 1 hour to say where it was sounded like they decided to make my order then It was cold And I still tip the livery person Because it wasn't their fault Prices have gone through the roof in the last year and I don't mind paying for service.but damb!

Has good food, waitress was engaging and and personable, gigantic plates of food, that come timely, great atmosphere

We had a fantastic meal at BP tonight, but what made it even better was our server Sebastian. He was so friendly, attentive and personable.he most certainly made our dining experience all the more enjoyable and definitely deserves a shout-out!

I used to be a weekly regular here, and have spent well over $1000 here between me and my partner, so you can trust that everything I'm about to say is true. I am also not one to typically write negative reviews.

Anyways, I have decided to stop supporting this establishment after receiving incredibly inconsistent food and service between visits. My most recent visit was actually for a family member's birthday party, and there was 7 of us total. The onion rings we ordered as an appetizer were raw, and I don't mean slightly undercooked, I mean drenched in completely uncooked soggy batter. My main was I believe a chicken power bowl. It was missing the quinoa, and the rice was incredibly dry, as if it was days old. No one else with our group enjoyed their meals either. My brother said his burger was literally the worst he's had in his life. Possibly worse, the service was horrendously slow, despite the restaurant being fairly quiet. Our server, despite no one being rude to her whatsoever, seemed intimated by us and seemed to prioritize other smaller tables over us. Couples that were seated *after* us literally received their appetizers/meals before our orders were even taken.

This is not the only bad experience I've had with the food or service, just the best example I have. Infact I have many more stories of poor experiences here, but I will spare you the details. This visit was just the tipping point for me to realize I will no longer be supporting such an unorganized and inconsistent restaurant.

Our server was polite and interactive, without being overly friendly or wearing a forced smile. The food was fairly priced in relation to quality, taste and quantity. The entire place was clean, including the bathrooms. We were there for mothers day and my wife and I came away very happy, as did my mother in law. Great place. Will go again.

Boston Pizza feels like a fast food resturaunt with longer waiting times and crazy prices. The pizza was okay but tasted like something from dominoes and was certainly overpriced. The few times that my Classic Calimari was actually calimari and not just deep fried batter, it was not bad, but once again, not worth the price tag. I won't return because it just isn't worth the cost. I can get better food for half the price around town.

First time coming to this Boston pizza in a year or so. Ordered 8 piece boneless bites and a small deluxe pizza. We waited for awhile for our order. When we finally got our food. Both were just warm, order was probably sitting in the kitchen for awhile. Our waitress didn't come to our table once to ask how the food is. And then we waited for awhile for her to finally come back and asked if we wanted anything else. I said we have been waiting for awhile. I said just my son's ice cream. Even after that she took awhile to come back with the bill. I checked the bill out and she tried charging us for a medium pizza. And I told her we had a small pizza not a medium. So people check your bill, who knows how many times they try over charge

Had a great time here. Amber our server / bartender was excellent. Would give her 5 stars.

Was there on Saturday night short notice with a hockey team, the 2 servers did an amazing job, food was hot, on time and the drinks were never empty. Thank you for making our night enjoyable, another restaurant in town the night before couldn't even come close to your service.

Service was fine. But she felt needed to take the calamari off the bill. It was more than 1/2 fried hot peppers and the smaller 1/2 undercooked calamari.

Zero stars isn’t an option. After being seated for 20 minutes and watching 5 waitresses with 6 tables. Not a single person came to deliver menus, take drink orders or acknowledge that we seated by the Hostess (yes that now makes 6 staff for 6 tables). After 20 minutes we left and enjoyed a great meal at Ricky’s down the street and yes the service was great.
