One of our favourite restaurants in Dawson Creek because we truly appreciate the exceptional customer service from the waiters and owner. We always are made to feel welcome, and the grandkids love the special attention they get from the staff. Tonight I was at the restaurant with 3 children, the kids ate for free, and they got balloons, and cookies, and the wonderful owner helped me carry my bags out to my vehicle. I really appreciate the amazing service here.

Ordered off skip. Pretty disappointed with the food I received, considering I blew like 50+ $ on the food itself. Fries were soggy and under cooked, definitely was not 8 ounces of fries but maybe BP cut down on that. Didn't follow instructions to remove the tomatoes off the sandwiches. Not a huge deal but to some it matters. The guy working cut needs to work on his sandwich making skills. Big messy, sloppy, holy lettuce. Also instead of squishing the sandwich in the container use the cheaper foil one separate the fries, sandwich and unfold the sandwich half way. Catch the drift? Anyways, no, I don't want a refund. I don't want to talk about my experience etc just do better bro.

Our server bent over backwards serving our table and did it all with an extremely positive attitude and friendly demeanour, especially with our kids. 10/10 would come back
