Boston Pizza

Hadn’t been to BP in a long time. Decided to hit it up with the kids. Food was meh. Fries were cold. Menu was boring and the place smelled like it need a deep clean. Sticky tables… needs some improvement.

I do not eat pizza… but their chicken pecan salad is one of my favourite lunches. It is a very generous salad and the candied pecans are such a lovely treat. I also ask for a juice, a glass of water and a third glass with ice only. Why? I dilute the juice to take away the excessive sweetness. The lovely server always remembers beverage my request.

Great location and clean facility. Lots of parking available as well. Food quality was good and the portion sizes were good. The drinks (alcoholic) we ordered were not great. The service was absolutely poor! We sat on the patio and we were only checked on 1 time over our 1.50 hour stay. The service was absolutely disappointing!

It's as good as BP gets. Having been around since the early days, it just isn't close to what it used to be. Our Boston Royal was good for modern standards. Unfortunately, they've taken some of our favorites, like dry ribs off the menu. The good old days weren't always good, but the old BP was better.

My friends and I had a great dinner. Delicious food and wonderful service! Everyone is always smiling, can’t wait to come back! -CW

Becca was our server and we were treated so great! Excellent service the food was also great and it all came together. Great big t.vs to watch the hockey game. Will definitely be back.

Food was absolutely terrible.when we complained the manager decided to demean his staff in front of us. Never going here again

Worst customer service i ever had.i came with my family, after waiting 15 minutes on table, went to ask if she can come and ask for drinks.i told her its been more than 15 minutes and no one came then she said ITS OKAY.i told her its not okay we are sitting here nobody came to ask drinks not even bring water.then she brought frozen fries.there attitude was like why you are here? May be they were behaving like this bcz we are south asian. If you don’t wanna work stay home or close the restaurant.

BP in Mission is awesome. Hosted the U15 hockey team the other night. Kids picked up the plates and earned some money towards their trip to the
Provincials this weekend in Port Alberni. Food is always so good here. Great community business. Very polite servers and quick service. Beer is
VERY COLD. 5 stars all around.

The last two times we've had dinner here there has been this smell that hits me as soon as I walk in the door. I can only describe it as fried cheese and body odour. One time there was a party going on for some sports team and they absolutely stank the place up. Like so bad my wife and I had to leave shortly after being seated. The second time was just a general stink in the air, mildly unpleasant but we were able to eat dinner.

The food is always good and the staff is friendly although the poor waitress seemed especially overworked and it was tough to get service after our initial food order.

Bad service.

I stayed this restaurant an hour and none of server showed up.

I saw some servers was having their time at the back.

Owner or Manger should train servers how to greet the customers.

Very disappointed.

Do not expect good service this franchise restaurant.

Waitress wasn't very good tonight. Once food received we were left unattended for an hour, not sure where she went

Sat our group of 4 very quickly and had excellent service! Our waitress Emily was incredible and put up with us for almost 3 hours. She was so friendly and accommodated our needs wonderfully. Brought us extra plates to share appys and always made sure we were getting what we needed <3

Emily was our server and she was super sweet! Very helpful with the gluten wise items as well.

I think the picture says it all, How does one allow completely burnt cactus cuts to go out?

After placing an online order for takeout, it said it would be ready at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and they had not even started it despite being mostly empty. 30 minutes later it was ready they labeled nothing, not the dips or pastas, and they forgot an item. After calling I was told the best they can do is offer a dine in only voucher for the forgotten item. Do not order from here they are useless
