Great place, the food vas decent. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The customized my drink, as u don't drink alcohol. The vibe of the place was also very warm.

If you want a great pizza or salad it is pretty good. Most nights except extremely busy on weekends.

Went to this location earlier this year to celebrate a friend's birthday. Had to wait a little long for a table, even though there were several that were empty. The food was slow but it was good so it made up for it. Try the spicy pizza, it was good.

Came in to watch a hockey game. Had a pizza and wings. Food was out super fast and was delicious. The service was attentive and polite. Great spot to watch a game I’ll definitely be back round!

One Male staff whos hair was colourfull maybe some where from Asia, he is super rude. He act like its his own restaurant. No manners, no respect towards the customer. Dont want visit this location if this person will be here.

Added a $10 charge to our bills without letting us know because there was a UFC match on WHICH WE WERE NOT INTERESTED IN! Brutal.

Terrible service, extremely late to serve the food. They took 30 minutes only to serve an entree. Then for the dessert, they made us wait 15 minutes to take our order, not even to serve ir. Totally disgusting and disappointed about this location.

If you are coming to dine here and are hungry expect a LONG WAIT. We got to the restaurant at 6: 20pm with 2 hungry kids and a hungry wife which means we were ready to eat. No one acknowledged us so at about the 6: 55pm mark I stood up and looked for a waiter. At that time we got our order taken and then another 30 minutes for food to arrive. By this time my kids were already over sitting and we asked for the bill right away. After some take out containers and our bill we finally left at 8: 15pm. Our waiter at the end did try and fix the situation but at that point my wife and daughter had left and our parking expired. Food was great but almost 2 hours for some pasta and kids meals was the longest I have ever waited.

First time dining at Boston Pizza again in a while. DURING PANDEMIC, that literally left a bad taste in our mouths! Very, very unhappy! My family's a regular at Boston Pizza and we know exactly what to order and how the food is served. This is the first time we ever got dissappointed with Boston Pizza. It was at the W Broadway location.
We got there around 5, seated right away, it was quiet maybe just two tables occupied. After a few, the server got our order.she was friendly. We couldnt wait for our order as this was also our first time dining out since covid 19 restrictions been lifted. After what seemed hours of wait finally got our food. Oh boy! 3 of us ordered Burgers and 1 chicken tacos. First, Chicken in the tacos were hard to bite as if it had been cooked a day before. Fries were hot outside but cold on the inside when you bite in. Not crispy at all. Burger buns were nice and soft but patty tasted like it just came out of a microwave.chewy! (Mind you I asked for "medium well") I know how it is as this is always what I order from Boston Pizza. And this one was not at all freshly cooked. It tasted like AGAIN microwaved! We kept eating because we were so hungry and because the servers were nice we didnt bother complaining. Its not their fault. This is definitely a kitchen issue. Whoever is in the kitchen should be doing their jobs properly. My family was really dissappointed. That is the worst Boston Pizza experience we had. Sorry West Broadway Boston Pizza, you lost a loyal customer. A&W and McDonald's burgers would have been so much worth it!

When you plan on eating here, you need to bring time. Nothing is fast, quick or organized. Staff wiĺl ask you if you would like something, takes order and disappears, when at the same time two other employees are standing around and have nothing to do.

Do not expect that someone greets you on arrival, or will say 'Thank you', when leaving.

I would not have posted this comment after one visit, however, we experienced this scenario on three (3) occasions over an eight (8) week period.

Aweful service absolutely zero quality in meal prep and presentation.do yourself a favor, just don't eat here. Maybe if ya need a place to have a drink.other than that I wouldn't recommend this place.this review is so cold.i know.im usually optimistic and hands down give great review where it's deserved. Boston Pizza turned off for me permanently tonight. I'm very disappointed.

Good place to visit with family and friends for live sporting events and snacks. Awesome staff.the awesomeness continues!

I have waited for my order for more than 30 minutes and upon asking the staff how long it will take she responded me rudely and said i dont know

Went for dinner with the daughter. We eat out at restaurants 2-3 times a week. Allen was our server. Hands down, excellent top notch service! He was attentive, provided good recommendations and ensured our dining experience was a pleasant one. The food was perfectly served considering the waiting time, but most importantly I will return given the excellent service provided. Very impressed on the pasta section as well!

We used to come here regularly until we saw mice roaming in the restaurant whilst dining. The staff laughed it off as if it was a regular occurrence. We will never be eating here again.

We made our first restruant visit after more than a year expecting the vegetarian options to be available, as per the website. Instead, the only thing our family could have was the veggie pizza (and not the multigrain one). It's really disappointing when you can only eat one thing and maybe some appetizers. We went out of our way to make this visit with the kids.

The menu is always solid. Love the variation on regular pizza choices. And many thanks to the company for supporting Sport. BC and the Athlete of the Year Awards!

Very friendly staff. Good service. Food was good too. That was the day we learned bars and restaurants will have no more indoor seating.

I ordered a pasta from here last night. Hands down the worst I've ever had. The noodles were hard and it tasted like my food had been microwaved. I wouldn't feed this meal to my dog, and I didn't.

I ordered through doordash in this location and when my order finally came i was given the wrong cheesecake. I ordered chocolate expolosion cheesecake but then i received the regular cheesecake. Theres no email saying that they did a wrong food item with my order. Just saying because the price is really different.

Bitter experience twice. The place just don't have that life in it. Average food with dull atmosphere makes it a perfect cocktail for disaster.

I had an issue with an issue through Ubereats. I called the restaurant and they promptly corrected the issue and sent their own driver out. Great service and Great communication. Very impressed.

Had Lunch with Family. BP has tables SD.cleaning all.and All staff Masks Food always tasty and.our Meal was enjoyable!

Terrible food, bland and took forever to get our food and they forgot items from our order. Not worth it! Make a pasta yourself and will taste better than this.

We had a great Waiter Adam! Very attentive and kind The food is always delicious! Prices are reasonable.

Menu is 1/4 of what it used to be, server was a mgr and didn't even come around until we asked to grab the bill.

The staff was really rude. Might be we came before closing. The drinks were not good. The lady was rude and she was talking to a boy continuously. Moreover the desert we ordered was so hard to eat. We ordered some chilli wings they gave us honey wings and when we returned they only gave us half of the order. But we paid fully for that.

After a scare last month due to the fact the cooks missed a severe allergy they redeemed them selves, the food was o.k.

Andrew at the bar is always so nice. Accommodating and such a great bit of fun. Food is great, pizza always a good ting to get. They have some new menu items a must try. Go see Andrew and enjoy the menu. No reason not to.

The Royal Hawaiian pizza is a treasure - highly recommend. Called in for delivery and the service was friendly. Our food arrived right on time with no issues. This is a great location and serves awesome pizza!

Took my parents for lunch for the first time and they were very happy with the personal pizza. I also enjoyed my chicken ceasar salad.

Came in short on time before a movie. Staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to get us in and out as fast as possible! Nice to find pizza with options on vegan or proper goat cheese (not mixed with cow. Allergies.)

Good service and ambience. Spacious and well lit. Quantity of pasta is more than sufficient for one person. Good vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available. Staff treated us well and definitely visiting again.

Ordered pickup 1.5hrs and still had to wait 10 mins when there. Ordered kid's meal on purpose for kids and there was pepper in the spaghetti sauce. Which kids eat pepper? And pickup had no utensils included!

This is like any other boston pizza with the same experience you get anywhere. Good food, a bit pricey, but the staff is quite friendly when I was there.

This is probably one of the best sports bars in the city. If you're looking for a place to watch your favourite sports while having meals/drinks and avoiding the crowded vibe of downtown Vancouver, this is the place. They have NHL Centre Ice, NFL Sunday Ticket and UFC pay-per-view in addition to regular cable.

The facility was renovated in 2019, so everything looks brand new. A magician comes on Sundays to entertain guests. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Personally, I've never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend.

Food is delicious. Good portions. Nice service. Couple of things that we did not really like but overall it was ok.

Lots of healthy options that are actually delicious. I had a gluten free crust pizza and was really amazed at how fluffy, airy, and stretchy the crust was. It was so good I couldn't believe it's actually gluten free so I asked twice. Lol. Other gluten free crusts tend to be so dense dry and crumbly and fall apart. This was just like a normal white flour crust. Delicious

Really enjoy their pasta specials on tuesday. Food is relatively cheap and doesnt taste bad either. Would recommend if you're looking for somewhere to eat late night.

Excellent service! Staff was very friendly and service was great! They were happy to accommodate a group like ours that dropped in after the blue jays game. We had 50 people! Awesome job

Boston Pizza is not just for Pizza. They offer a variety of menus there too. Right in the corner of Hornby and Smithe in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Sports channel TV available to make it a sports bar too! Nice place to be for many reasons.

One of our family members was hangry. The nachos and pizza really hit the spot. The service was friendly and prompt.

Hi I had ordered at the restaurant when I was there. I ordered a shimp tacos and salad. The tacos were over cooked and the salad was wilted like it was under a heat. The shimp was so over cooked it was burned?

Love the fact they they have a comedian magician present on Sunday nights! The kids had lots of fun watching the magic shows up close.
