Came in after Christmas shopping, our server Mel went above and beyond. Such a lovely atmosphere and the food was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Went for lunch and had the 3 item app. It was very good and everything seemed fresh. The service was just ok, there was only one poor girl taking care of the entire restaurant.

Fresh, fantastic! Excellent service, our server was totally attentive without being obtrusive, friendly, knew the menu, checked in at perfect intervals. Had the fiesta salad - flavourful, delicious; and the Thai chicken wrap (grilled chicken), just a hint of heat in the sweet Thai chili sauce, nice chunks of grilled white chicken and a bit of crunchy noodle. My new fave thing

Had a pretty bad takeout pick up experience in this location. The server decided while serving my pizza order as I was first to arrive, thought it was a good idea to service others who arrive later.
Can a guy pick up a pizza and not take 20mins when I ordered online and the food was ready?
Not to mention the lack of politeness, and the pizza being void of sauce. Usually Boston Pizza is a good experience but this location has it's work cut out for itself in terms of service.

Had a Hawaiian pizza.tasted more like a frozen pizza you could buy at a grocery store.not good. If I wasn't in a bit of a hurry I would have complained, and anyways it was hard to find our waitress as she was so busy

We always eat a Boston pizza cause the food is always good. How these companies are setting tips at the highest rates they’re only hurting employees It should be a persons individual choice by doing this giving more than more but again, Boston pizza for pizza and pasta

No tables available, wait of 20-25 minutes that became 45 without sending the promised text message, terrible service, a family of four business gone somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I had terrible service at this place. Upon arriving with my family, we were directed to the table, and because we were with a two-year-old child, they placed us on an uncomfortable sofa. As we began our choices on the menu, I noticed a spider on the wall! The waiter ran to get a glass and trap the spider, but when it fell to the ground, we saw many food remains and ants. They moved us to another table, but the experience was terrible, as no satisfaction or courtesy was provided! In short, I will not return to this place again, and I recommend severe cleaning.

Very disappointing visit tonight. Watered down cesar and jambalaya had no flavor just covered in tomato sauce.

Have to give a star for food even though we never ate.

After being promptly seated, not a single server even after seeing us sit and wait came to our table. We waited 20 mins before up and leaving. No one came to our table to bring water or ask for drinks.

Horrible service and the restaurant was next to empty. Would not recommend.

Service staff not very attentive. One other table seated in the place and it took forever to get service.

Ordered through Skip. The pizza arrived on time. Driver was polite.
Pizza was moderately warm, dough was raw. Called the store to explain to the manager. Was told there is nothing he can do because I ordered through Skip! Skip didn’t make the raw pizza, you did, Skip isn’t the manager that should be making sure there is quality control for the most expensive pizzas in Tswassen.
$61.00 is not pocket change for anyone. I’ve never posted before, but if this is the new norm GFY.

Very disappointed with our visit. Wrong order was brought after an hour of waiting. Said they would correct the order but go ahead and eat what was brought. No drink refills, no check-up on the table. Finally I stood up to get the attention of a server. The manager came over and I explained how upset we were and that our correct order never came. She explained it would come. I said I just wanted the bill at that point. From when we sat down till food arrived at our table was an hour and the pizza was cold once it arrived. I understand being short staffed but this was just bad.
On top of everything the restaurant was really dirty.
Extra star was for the managers apologies.

It was the worst experience i could ever have. I had to wait 10-15 min.before someone to came and took order and it took another 15 min.for the order to arrive. Everything aside the presentation of the pizza was something I could have never imagined. I would rather starve to death than eat apizza from that place. I only took a bite and threw away the entire pizza after.

Not good food. We were sitting beside the window and there was bunch of garbage.quality is very low and not good taste of food.wastage of money

Should be happy to even get a star, table of 4 with a couple a tables behind us after we walked in.
Ordered bandara bread to start and they brought it with all of our meals 40mins it took to get out food, asked us how our food is tasting when we were practically done our food, didn't ask if we wanted refills.
Plus they weren't even busy so no idea why it took so long

Very poor customer service
I went with my 3 kids and they over charged me for food and drinks that I didn’t ordered.

Food was fine. But the service was poor. We had to wait for cutlery (Silverware) for a long time after food arrived. The waiter went to bring the cutlery and never brought them. I had to walk up and ask and ask again and wait again. We asked for a few extra napkins and never got them. A waitress dropped our to go box and lid and picked it up from the ground and gave the same to us! She also dropped some items from dirty dishes and never picked it up. The management needs to fix these problems soon.

I'm sorry to say that my review of Boston Pizza may disappoint you. I ordered takeout, but I wasn't very satisfied with their pizza. It was a bit salty and not very tasty. I was disappointed because I had heard a lot of good reviews before. Additionally, I ordered a side of sweet potato fries, but it took 20 minutes to receive, which made me a bit impatient.

However, I think that Boston Pizza's service is still good. Their staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel valued. Also, their takeout packaging is very good, keeping the pizza and fries hot.

Overall, my experience was not very good. I wouldn't recommend their pizza, but if you want to try other dishes, maybe you could consider it. The service is still good, but they need to improve the quality of their food.

The food was so amazing. And they have so many options accommodating different dietary needs. As a celiac myself, I greatly appreciate their super delicious cauliflower crust pizza.
