Food wase tasty and portion was good
Service was very slow and they add an automatic gratuity for a group of 8 people.
The service was mediocre
Not very attentive and didn't go over the specials for the night

The service was supper friendly. The food was fresh. The atmosphere was just right for a hangout. Will return another time!

The Memphis sandwich is my favorite as always, I ordered it for pick up tonight under a different name and wrote down in the notes “ No bacon, tomato please”. When I picked up my order and went home I notice that my sandwich has three large tomatoes on it, so I go to call to ask if I can bring it back as I’m allergic. The hostess was very kind in getting me in the manager, but I’m very disappointed in the managers handling. I’ve worked in this industry for over 10 years, and I even understand miscommunications happen. When I speak, I say No bacon, tomatoes please. Other people may say No bacon, No tomatoes, no big deal right? Well, when speaking to the manager she had essentially said that the kitchen didn’t understand what I wrote so they made it as they normally would, alright so, shouldn’t you give the customer a call so you can understand better? Even then, ok fine no phone call, but if I call saying I am unhappy with the product I received, may I please have it remade? Not even expecting a refund, or a different item, just simply remade, and I am met with “No I cannot help you, sorry. ” is a bit silly. I paid $25 for this burger and now I can’t even touch it because I’m allergic, so that is money gone to waste. I was very calm on the phone, and whoever this manager is on duty, was very rude and unhelpful.

I hope this manager takes this and learns for the next customer that comes in.

Very disappointed.

Its a Sat lunch. Waited for sooooooo long before service as only one server. Felt bad for her tho wasn’t at all busy that time.
We ordered Parmesan cheese tossed fries n cheese is missing!
We didnt wait for bill to come we just went to cashier ourselves.
Certainly Need improvement at this BP!

Monica was very lovely and I hope to have her again the next time I dine in at Boston Pizza.

Ordered the Big Dipper. The onion rings were a nice touch but the beef slices were slightly overcooked and not cut thinly so they kept falling out when dipping. Not recommended. Service was good but food came out a little slow due to the busy Saturday lunch hour. On the other hand, the kids’ meal portions were quite large and worth the price.

Always good food. Service could use some improvement. A single birthday party with multiple kids doesn't require the attention of all the staff. Kind of felt neglected when it came to overall service.

Great patio that was empty except for us. Food is reliable and good. Staff was very friendly.

Ordered large pizza and they hardly put any toppings on the pizza, very poor service. No server came to check how was the food. No professionalism and accountability by the supervisors. Instead they were arguing with us.
Never going back to that location

I have ordered a Deluxe Pizza individual size, the pizza was cold, not even warm enough. When I called them to say this, they weren’t bold enough to accept it but started explain their cooking procedure.
The worst pizza I have ever eaten.
Please don’t order to take away, they never accept their fault. The English of the people at reception is more disgusting than their pizza.

It has been a while since I've last ate at Boston Pizza. Was disappointed that the acroyd location closed down as it was closer. Had a gift card to use so decided to go to the ironwood location. Went there exactly around store opening as I had an appointment in the same area that is scheduled a couple hours later. Good thing we went early because it took 50 mins to get our food. Service was very fast at first getting orders, but as we received our food we were on our own. Our first server abandoned us, our drinks were finished before our food came. There was a small typed out note on the front desk to expect slow service due to short staff but being almost the first ones there and to receive our food later than other people who sat after us is unacceptable. They should limit the amount of people seated if the service is expected to be that slow. Anyways, food is ok, i will not go back. Spent $70 for 2 people. Oh also 3.99 for pop/ice tea? Yes it's unlimited but still.

Walked in around 4pm, looks not busy.after being seated, we ordered Hearty Jalapeño Popper Dip, and 2 glasses of water no ice. After at least ten minutes, server brought us 2 glasses of water with ices. Then another 20 minutes the food came, cactus cuts very soggy and the the plate with dip with burnt mark on the plate edge.i am not sure if its from the baked dip or the plate is dirty. We talked to another server about it, he said "it is from the food, it is supposed to look like this. " After sending the food back, I didn't want to wait another 30 mins. Just told and server and we left. After all the serving skill is 0, no smile, feel like eating in a fast food restaurant. They even has a note at the enterance says "be patient if the food served slowly it means we are busy. But we are trying. " I sense the poor service maybe a usual thing here. With this note kinda feel like they will not try to improve it. Sadly it is the only boston pizza in richmond.

Had dinner tonight and it was so busy. Our server Monica warned us it would be a wait for food. There’s a big hockey tournament in town. Her service went above and beyond, kept us updated, refilled drinks, and got the kids food out first. Haven’t had that level of service in some time anywhere let alone when they were super busy. Five stars for customer service

I would strongly recommend to get DAZN. I recently went to watch El Clásico (Real Madrid vs Barcelona) and they did not have it. So I ended up leaving earlier and not consuming. Having all the soccer games would definitely attract more clientele.

We had a great experience the service people were exceptional and on the ball Demi & Claire were so helpful ordering and quick to serve our drinks and food great with the changes and extra add on's and quick with personal pizza in the middle of our experience, they are a great asset to your franchise!

They're always friendly and prompt with their service. My dad brother and I came here for a their special pasta promo night. $14 for their pastas! Great deals. Or create your own for $10.99 I believe. We ordered the jambalaya fettuccine but asked if we could change two of them to spaghetti and they had no issue accommodating this request. The menu shows the dish to be spicy but it wasn't too bad at all if you are ok with the spicy Italian sausage, it hits nicely. You better come with a healthy appetite because you will be full with this generous portion. Check the picture the one piece of bread it came with was wonderfully buttery and crispy. I wish they gave you a couple pieces. The pasta was perfectly al dente. The shrimp, the spicy sausage and the tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned. I really enjoyed the dish. There was a good amount of protein and I wasn't able to finish the meal so my dad and I took our left overs home. I'd love to come back and try the other items. Thank you Boston Pizza for the quality meal and service.
