Boston Pizza

Worst pizza ever. I order on a regular basis so 45 minutes passed and called again. Was told it would be here shortly. Another 45 min passed and still no food. I made 4 more calls but no one answered. When the pizza finally arrived the crust was tough and notch topping. The only bright spot was the delivery man Jimmy who delivers here just about all the time. I don't know what the problems were
but hopefully this won't happen again. Otherwise will look at other restaurants.

We came in at 1230am to grab a snack as we had been sitting at the hospital for the last few hours. This was Friday night, and there were literally 5 tables seated in the restaurant.

There was no one at the front door, we waited a few mins, then walked in and roamed around the bar (no employees), we glanced into the kitchen (no employees).

Then a server came out, said "hi, can you wait 2 mins. " and walked away. I saw 2 tables try to flag her down as she walked away.

We were seated within 2 mins, we waited another 5 mins for our server. She was SUPER nice and apologetic about the wait.

We ordered hot water with lemon. I order this a lot everywhere. It's the first time I have ever had it lukewarm. How hard is it to boil water?
The cactus cut potatoes were not seasoned as they are at any other BP and they were soft and limp, not crunchy. Our bandera bread was fine. We didn't order anything else because we suddenly had to run back to the hospital.

BP is pretty standard everywhere. Especially, the food. I was surprised at the low quality at this location.

They take so long for the order i have to wait for a long time for picking up the orders also when its not busy at all please improve the service.

Service is always great. Servers mix their own drinks at the bar though, so that can be hit and miss.seems not all servers follow the same recipe. Overall food is consistently good, except for the burger. You gotta try the nachos!

It’s a good place! Pizzas and tenders are really good. In all the different locations, you always get the same quality and service which is nice!

Originally left the review below, but now need to leave a much worse review. Husband ordered takeaway tonight. I ordered the chicken pecan salad with breaded chicken. Husband went to pick up our order. Got home. No breaded chicken for my salad. He called back. Girl who answered was not apologetic, but said they could send us a coupon in the mail, or we could come pick up the chicken in 20 minutes. Husband said he was coming back for chicken in 10. He came back home, and when I opened the box I had a dried out chicken breast (not even breaded as originally ordered). This place is a joke. This will be our last time patronizing this location. I'd avoid it.

Decent food but it was a real challenge to flag down our server to get our bill; eventually we asked a busboy who asked another server who said we weren't her table before finally just printing off our bill for us and allowing us to pay so we could leave. (Our server had been fine but disappeared about halfway through our meal, never to come back to see us again. It was NOT a busy night.)

Had a great time at boston pizza withvmy friends the service was great. Even talked to the owner. Would recommend

I've probably been to every Boston Pizza in the Lower Mainland as well as some in the interior and on Vancouver Island and I can say with full confidence this is the worst run franchise of them all. Food is subpar, staff can't make simple cocktails, service is slow, and their menu is inaccurate.

Last time I visited I ordered from their menu "Spaghetti with 3 meatballs" and I specifically said those exact words. I received 2 meatballs and when I questioned them about it they said their "menu had changed". It took me arguing and getting the restaurant manager involved to get the third meatball as advertised on their menu.

Came to Boston pizza with a couple guy friends on Tues for happy hour and a little longer and had a great time.staff was very friendly.we will definitely be back!

I have been here before and I have worked here before as well.
I can tell things have changed and not in a good way!
Pasta was a bit cold. They were out of tequila and some puree to make some drinks. Which they said that it was very busy!
I was here at 7: 30pm on a Tuesday. I dont think that it will be that busy to run out of things. Weird.

When Michelle was the Manager and savroop use to be kitchen manager. The taste of the food was pretty good!

We arrived there about 1: 30 pm and had to actually ask for a server since noone showed up. The main dishes took over an hour to arrive and I purchased the garlic parmesan fries which turns out is just regular fries with a little bit of shredded cheese on it. A complete waste of money. I'll probably never visit this BPs again.

It is an ok place to have dinner beers and watch ppv sports or other sports, it is still ok.

Had a garlic-y prostate orgasm in the BP bathroom with my boyfriend. Their alfredo pasta goes incredibly hard. Just like my prostate orgasm that I had in the BP bathroom with my boyfriend. Cheers New West!

First place I've ever been to that had a Pizza Flight! So of course I got it. 3 pizzas, all alright. Nothing special in flavor, but they were good and I got 3 for a super fair price.

Not busy when we got there. We were pleasantly greeted. We had a good time dining in. Enjoyed my salad bowl.

Lacklustre food. Could not eat chicken Ceasar Salad because chicken was as dry as Lake Mead

Jambolini pasta was below average. If mixing sausage with tomato sauce from supermarket along with some prawns, you're better of making one foe yourself at home.

This was at 12am midnight time, so I don't know how good it tastes in the day.
