A couple weeks ago I went to Boston Pizza with my two young boys and I couldn’t say enough! I think the hostess name was Alessia, but I’m not to sure. She was kind, positive, funny and professional. She was quick with bringing us water and was attentive and she made me and my families evening! I am happy to say she was the perfect hostess, I will definitely be back!

On June 30/23 I went in for a late evening dinner and unfortunately was upset over a stressful event that had occurred previously in the day (not Boston Pizza related at all).
I was served by Priyat and her remarkable kindness, professionalism and dedication to her guests comfort quickly turned my bad day into a great meal and experience.
She was welcoming, accommodating to my needs, attentive and beyond thoughtful.
My most sincere thank you to Priyat for her incredible service and to Boston Pizza management.

We went on a Wednesday evening and ordered a large bourbon bbq chicken pizza and few other sides. The food was delicious and the service was super quick. They have plenty of offers running for the weekdays. We got a $7 off on our large pizza. We would love to go back again

The service at this place is degraded and have to wait longer for the order. The service attendant is not attentive and not showing interest in serving. We ordered customized pasta but we did not like the taste. Kids enjoyed chicken strips and cheese pizza but they had to wait atleast 30 mins to get the food on table. The service attendant was so careless when kids asked for extra ranch. I could see the ranch falling on to the floor while he is bringing it to us. We decided to avoid this location and visit another location in Cloverdale.

We went there they said there is waiting period for the table and we will give you the call after 25 minutes. We waited a lot but they didn’t even give us call. At least they should tell us that we will not get table today. They spoiled our day!

My night out with the kids and wife was spectacular because of the excellent and friendly vibes from the staff at the Boston Pizza location (Fleetwood).

They will always get 5 stars from me. We have tried locations at Guildford and Whiterock but nothing compares to the excellent food, service and environment at this location. To the management and staff - thank you. You have made this location the best ever!

To our Boston Pizza champion - Michelle - your attitude, warm smile, excellent service and overall warm impression has made this night really pleasurable. You are a gem!

I came in for a late night dinner and drink after a long night of work with a few friends and our server Crys was wonderful. Very attentive and on top of everything throughout the entire experience. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely awful food and disappointing service. It took my sister an hour to put the order over the phone and was constantly put on hold during it and transferred to three different people. The food was thrown together and looks like slop, never been put off by Boston pizza’s food before until today. I found the manager today (Rossana) very rude and obnoxious. It’s ridiculous and laughable to be paying about a $100 dollars for food that’s inedible and for service so disrespectful. Called to complain to acting manager and was told that I’d get a call back, never got a call back. Called again and waited for the manager and was told that there’s nothing they’d be able to tonight and that the general manager will call tomorrow. This was the only meal that me and my family had all day, a few of them are diabetic and were unable to eat it. There no apology at all or anything. I would recommend anyone to avoid this restaurant there are many other options around that are much better. Give this place a zero out of five

Just ate here, got seated quickly but took them an extra ordinary time to come to take our order. Once someone came, they where disengaged and not even making eye contact while we were ordering. Took them 2 tries to write it down and they still messed up. We ended up getting double billed for an item and when we brought it I’ll it took them 15 minutes to deal with it. Every time the waitress would walk by she would say something while not stopping to look at me. “Looking for my manager”, “my manager is dealing with it” etc, not looking at me or showing any customer service skills. They tried to give a voucher and ended up giving cash which was less than what we were charged. Definitely will not recommend, go to the one in Guildford instead where they know what service is.

Worst service ever. Walked in and got seated right away but the place was empty and didn’t have anyone come serve us for 20 mins. Didn’t seem like anyone cared since they were just standing around and chatting. Food usually isn’t that great either so we walked out and went to another Boston Pizza by Guildford. Better food and better service! Would highly recommend it!

Very disappointed with the delay of our group's food. I completely understand that our kids soccer group was large (about 9 kids). We waited close to an hour if not an hour for the kid's food. We do appreciate what you do and I hope you understand our disappointment. Thank you.

One of the worst locations in the city. Found a big piece of hair and it was literally melted into the cheese. The waitress just took it away and no apologies whatsoever. Will not be going back.

I was absolutely floored by the quality and pristine cleanliness of the dishes at this restaurant! I've never had such a great experience regarding dishes in my life, every other place should look to this Boston Pizza as a golden standard for how dishes should be cleaned, truly incredible, your dishwasher is truly virtuosic at their craft!

I would give 0 stars if I could.

We had a reservation for 9 -10 people and everyone got there 7: 00-7: 10pm. We were seated and waited for a server to help us.

~7: 20 one of us gets up to look for a server to help us. We end up asking the nearest employee.
~7: 25 our assigned server shows up and asks for our drink orders and any appetisers, then leaves. Shortly after, a different server gets everyone water for the table.
~7: 45 the 4 drinks and bread we ordered arrived and our server leaves and doesnt give us a chance to make our food order.
~7: 50 we ask the nearest server for our assigned server so we can order food.
~8: 00 our server is still nowhere to be seen so we ask the nearest server to please help us get our bill because we want to leave at this point.

It had been almost an hour and we had not been able to order food. That is absolutely unacceptable.

The servers assigned to the tables around to us seemed to be hard at work tending to their tables so it is probably just our one server who kept hiding.
I recall the receipt saying Danica? I may be misremembering or it is the name of a different server logged into the POF. She had black hair with some dark green highlights.

We decided to just pay for our drinks and bread then leave without ordering food because we are definitely not gonna wait any longer only to be charged the forced 15% gratuity with service like this. It seemed like the server was just trying to abuse this, especially with how unapologetic she was when we decided to pay and leave despite having wasted an hour of the group's time.

To anyone who wants BP, go to a different BP instead. Surrey Central's BP service is fantastic unlike this one.

We visited this joint on Saturday around Noon. We were greeted and asked to be seated but nobody showed up thereafter to take our orders. Requested servers passing by to help us out - but that did not work either. Ironically, it was not even busy at that time. Left after 20 minutes.

I have been there to their diner once. Had a decent experience. However since Covid, this place had gone down hill. I have ordered online quite a few times and it was again a decent experience. But lately this place has gone even further downhill.

Missing items, over cooked food and specially if you order pasta on pasta Tuesday, they will make sure that you hardly find any chicken or shrimp in it. I recently ordered a burger for my teenage son end up with one burger patty is extremely hard and over cooked. Upon talking to female manger on duty, she offered me a voucher. Then I decided to order again using the voucher. Sure enough they messed up my order again. There was no ‘ Au Jus dip ‘ for my Big Dipper sandwich. So again end up with a sandwich really dry and couldn’t eat. I have no faith in this place whatsoever. If you want over cooked food, missing items etc please order here and waste your money. Boston pizza needs to ask this location to get their act together. If this happened to me twice in a row, I can imagine how many other disappointed clients out there who used this location. I think I had enough and decided to never walk in to this location again even though they offered me another discount Which is practically useless as I am never gonna have a positive experience with them.

Driver double checked order and apologized even though the employee blamed him. No follow up from restaurant.

App sent my order to Fleetwood location, I always go to Guildford.

Absolutely disgusting service. My family ordered dinner for delivery tonight, half of the order was missing and the food was cold. We live close to the area so absolutely no reason why the food should be cold.when we called the restuarant to inform them that they left out half of our order and it was cold the kid on the phone said he would call us later about our order.later? My meal was cold and missing now, so deal with it now. When i asked to speak to the manager the same kid said i am the manager, let alone he sounded like a 15 year old. We will never eat here again, they did not give us our money back for half the order they misses nor did they offer to remake any of it. If i could give a negative numbered review i would cuz this bp is trash

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. My mother just ordered from then thro skip the dishes and we have been waiting over an hour for our food. It isn't skip the dishes fault, 2 drivers have been turned away from the restaurant because the workers at BP kept saying "5 more minutes for the food" which then turned into 20 mins and so on so forth. When my mom called to asked what was going on, she was hung up on twice and then the third gentleman that answered said she needed to take it up with skip the dishes and then told her he had "no more time for her" and hung up. This restaurant has no sense of customer service, there workers are slow, and the food is not worth your money and to top it off this is a normal occurring for this establishment. My family will never be ordering from any BP restaurant, they should feel ashamed of their behavior and I will be telling everyone I know to never go there again

We just went in at 12: 15 and the host simply said NO for dine in even they were going to close at 1 am. All the tables were empty and they said they are really busy, no more tables. He was making lame excuses to not let us sit. Worst experience

Generally I like to give a great review as evidenced by my previously placed reviews. Customer service here is pretty much non-existent. Staff are too busy hanging out in the kitchen area and laughing it up rather than giving guests the BP customer service they should expect. Food portions are smaller here compared to other BP locations (Abbotsford BP you rock!) and have taken well over half an hour to arrive while dining in. I have given this particular location 4 chances now and have even taken up my concerns on 2 seperate occasions with the general manager. I have seen a number of guests get tired of waiting for service and get up and walk out. Don't waste your time coming to this location.

It's expensive but I'll always have a soft spot for BP. The service is exceptional, I was super impressed when they noticed my partner had to run out and asked to keep our food warm. More importantly, the food is consistently great.

My husband and I came here on a weekday evening where it wasn't busy. At first we were impressed by the service but once we got our food, it went downhill from there. It almost felt as though we were forgotten. We had to wait quite a while to get our bill, as well as get the card machine and after asking multiple times for a refill of water, unfortunately we never received it. We even placed our empty glasses at the end of the table to remind our server but nothing. Definitely could use some work in consistent service but aside from that food was great and the restaurant was clean.

Came in for lunch, it was definitely not busy. Seated at a booth by the kitchen, dirty greasy booth. Was given dirty, greasy menus. Order was finally taken about 15-20 minutes after being seated. Never offered water. Watched another table give their order after I had placed mine and their server brought their drinks right away. While I was walking out, I told my server I was leaving because I had enough of being ignored. Wish I hadn't wasted my time, I should have walked out as soon as I saw the greasy, dirty menu. Will never return.

Service was amazing even with the overwhelming pressure of game one NHL finals. Food was great! Ordered three appies and on main, all came in impressive time, and all was delicious! I tip my hat to each and every one of you. Excellent evening. Too bad Montreal didn't win. Next time.

Took forever to get a waiter, it was extremely slow service. Our waiter neglected my table to the point we didn’t even get to make an order before last call even though we wanted to order 45mins prior to the last call we were never told was happening so we could make our order. Spoke with the manager and she did not apologize about the service she basically said ‘tough love’. Will not be coming back it was a waste of my money and time.

The service was really bad!
Not asked about what we wanted, example: mashed potatoes with child meal, had to remind them about the ice cream at the end of the meal! The childs potato chips were so spicy the adults could not eat them. Our appetizers came at different times, some when our meal was served and others came after our meal was served!
Totally not acceptable!
Than the bill came.for 3 children meals and three adult meals we paid over $150.00 Boston Pizza have raised there prices so much the average family can't eat there anymore. We used to eat there up to 3 times a week as for now we will not be going back. To top all this up.ketchup was all over the chair and floor that transfered to my daughter's pant suite and all over my son-in-laws shoes. There was enough ketchup that they had to go clean up in the bathroom and we had to switch tables.

Left a lot to be desired.
Drinks were good but services was slow. Waitress was friendly but missed on taking the order correctly. When food came out incorrect she did not own the error and rather brought me the menu to confirm I wanted to pay the extra money, saying that they had made the chicken breast but that she wasnt sure if I wanted it. I then waited while my husband finished his meal for my chicken breast. Clearly it was made on the fly. The Assistant Manager brought it to me and seemed unaware of the error. I explain to him what had happened and he asked what I wanted to do.didnt offer, I asked that the chicken breast be taken off the bill. Never saw the server again and we had to get up and ask for our bill when we were done. Lots to improve on.

Stopped by here on a Monday for a late work lunch! Happy I did. Beer on special for 5$. Our server was lovely! The beer was cold and the food was great. We had a royal pizza, it was excellent. Lots of room to park. Surprisingly empty, Im unsure why. I will definetly be back.

Decent food. Had the artichoke dip which was decent, and the Tropical Chicken pizza, which had a good crust, but the flavors seemed a bit mismatched. Boston Pizza is a good casual sit-down place but it's still semi pricey, so I would rather spend a bit more for better food at a place like Earls.

Our server was great, we came in for happy hour we had beer and appys. The cactus cuts were cooked perfectly and the beer was ice cold and refreshing. The manager, Evan, was very friendly and professional, he came around to check up on us and insured we had an excellent experience.

My family and I just came back from this location and to say we are disappointed is an understatement.

We ordered 2 apps which took almost 30 min to come out. We also ordered some extra santa fe sauce to accompany the cactus cut potatoes, only to receive them after we had finished our app. And yes, they charged us $2.49 for the sauce. The initial 2 apps were also not the full size version, even for Appy Hour.

We also ordered a full size of loaded cactus cut potatoes which took an additional 20min - this was after realizing our initial order was not sufficient. No server came by to tell us about the delay and after inquiring, the server said they made the wrong dish and had to re-make it. Our server also changed half way without notice.

We dug into the latest dish, which although was tasty, there was hair baked into the cheese (not our hair). Called over the server and she asked us to see the hair in an accusatory manner. The manager came out and agreed to comp the dish who also wanted to see the hair. The server even assured us that everyone in their kitchen wore hairnets. We glanced over at the kitchen and NO one was wearing their hair net.

The overall experience was quite lacking in service quality and attitude. There was just no desire on the part of the staff. It's like they gave up.

You guys need to do better.

Where do I begin. Well, it was a midnight rush of hunger that swept over my soul. I decided to endure a visit to DoorDash to order some freshly fried, crispy wings from Boston Pizza. Little did I know that the portions were going to be only enough to feed a family of mice, and the lone box I received from the two I ordered was rather underwhelming. My story ends with my stomach growling and my hunger unsatisfied. Boston pizza, wake up.

We went to the Boston pizza on Fraser hwy in Surrey, there were 5 of us. We ordered 2 appy, 1 nachos and a large vegetarian pizza. We got our appy which were good and then came the nachos. We specifically asked for it to be properly layered with extra cheese. They served us barely covered nacho chips and when we asked them they put cheese on the same ones and burnt them completely. At this point it was frustrating as we came to celebrate my brother's birthday with all of us siblings. When we tried to speak to the manager about our burnt nachos he told us its not their fault because we asked for more cheese, he then told the waitress that I'll take this off the bill. Funny thing is we asked for extra cheese in the first place. The manager needs to consider how to handle a situation, when people come to celebrate a birthday, they don't want to deal with unprofessional managers that can't accept that their kitchen staff doesn't know how to make nachos or follow simple instructions like extra cheese or layered nachos. Anyways, then they bought us new nachos after about 20min.along with our pizza too. Our appy and lunch all came together and was not how we liked it. We had our pizza put back in the warmer for it to be hot after eating our nachos. We finished our nachos and then came our pizza. We ate our pizza and it was too soft, the base of the pizza was not how it usually is. At this point, I didn't want to argue with the rude manager. When we went to pay the nachos were on the bill. When we asked he said that he said he'll take these nachos away as in to the back. Then he said that if you don't want to pay for them he can call the cops. This was unacceptable and I did not want to deal with his unprofessional and rude behavior. I paid the full amount even though the service and food quality was beyond disappointing This experience was very frustrating and will never return to this location ever.

I used to be a regular at this location but I stopped coming frequently because my favorite server isnt working here anymore. Service is just not the same without her, but on Tuesday I came in with my friends and we sat at the bar and my favorite server was there. After a couple hours the manager came over and began yelling at her and accusing her of stealing a pizza and she insisted it was not her, he kicked her and her group out. After that encounter it became clear as to why she stopped working here, she was yelled at as a customer, I could not imagine what it would be like as an employee. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. That manager or whatever he was needs to check his attitude at the door, this is no way of talking to employees especially in front of everyone. Joke of a manager.

Food is okay.if you are dinning in service can be slow even when not busy, but I have only had lunch a few times on the patio so not sure if that is why.
Also, there are mannequins in a circle that you can see behind the sign above the entrance. I really need to know why there are there!

Tanner and the Dreyer group were so helpful during my experience! They were friendly and great at explaining everything. This was my first mortgage and they made it so easy. I’d highly recommend their service! They also sent me a lovey card and little perks along the way. They really eased my mind during this experience. Thank you so much Dreyer Group!

We came in, sat down and had no waiter come to our table. We sat down for over 10 minutes and had to go get the hostess to go get our server. He finally arrived and we order our appy, we ask to get it brought out right away and then after order our main. Everything gets sent out together and the appy is hard (pizza bread) like a rock. Horrible experience!

I wish I could give this location -20 stars but unfortunately that is not possible i went there a few days ago for lunch with some friends and what I ordered was not what I got when I asked to speak to the manager she took forever to come see us and she was always on her phone this is very unprofessional whats the point of being a manager if you aren't gonna do your job they clearly need new management and better help in the kitchen there food has gone really down hill I will not be returning back to this location ever nor will any one I know

Ordered take out large pizza and wings found a bundle deal for large pizza and wings but also adds cheese bread and salad for 10 dollars less so called back asking for that deal was put on hold for 10mins a different lady came back on the phone and informed that the bundle deal was only for online orders which was a lie after about 15 min of being on and off hold she finally agreed to giving us the advertised bundle deal but would have to wait another half hour for our salad to be prepared complete waste of time canceled my order called guildford location got the deal with zero hassle will never eat at Fleetwood location again both girls i spoke with lacked knowledge and then lied to cover the lack of knowledge not even worth the 1 star

Done with this location. Seems like Boston training facility. Last week ordered del. Girl on phone talked over me all the time, kept interrupting me, so got the order Wrong I called back to explain that she actually argued with me told me she sent what we ordered.
We used to go there at least 2 times a week. Not anymore.

My husband, my son and myself went to this location this last Friday, horrible experiece! There were 10 people in the restaurant and 2 left while we were waiting to be seated. A heavyset man came out and told us that we had to wait as they were at capacity. I see this place seats at least 120 ish people, how is 8 people capacity? We told him 2 left and he argued with us! He told us we have to wait until more people leave. No worries, we left and will never step foot into this location again! The last time we came here, my meal was so awful I could not even eat it. We always spend over $100 for our meal and we always tip well. We decided to go to a different location and we had the best meal and service.so glad we left. If I could give it a zero I would have!
