Entering the restaurant my wife and 5 year old noticed the extreme noise coming from a table at the front. Covering our ears, a couple angrily brushed passed us. Thought they were having a bad day, however, sitting down another two tables got up and left due to the extreme noise. Confirmed by their remarks, after 3 minutes, I went to the front to complain as we were half way across the restaurant and could not communicate across our own table. I was told “oh yes’ we’ve already asked them to keep it down”. An older gentleman across from us was holding his hands over his ears and soon left. Another family in the booth next to us was extremely irritated as well. Eventually everyone cleared out from that half of the restaurant. In the hour and half that we were there, no one did anything to quiet the group. I understand celebrating something but this was non-stop screaming. I will gladly drive another 20 minutes to the next Boston Pizza.
Our server was amazing but absolutely handcuffed by the lack of management. Extremely disappointed. We were looking forward to a nice dinner out. Seems like drinking too much over eating wins at this location.

My only complaint is there is no handicap parking near entrance of restaurant.
Staff is friendly and helpful had a great dinner and dessert.
Will be back again.

I was visiting Langley for a couple of days and visited this BP. The food was excellent and the service was better. I’ll be back.

Usually go to the BP in Cloverdale but went to this location on the Bypass.
A group of 6 enjoyed appies and dinner.
I tried the new Buffalo Chicken Mac'nCheese which shows as mild heat. I like some zing but this was a bit too hot for me.
We all shared the Salted Caramel Panookie and the Chocolate Brownie Addiction for dessert.
Votes were split on which one was the favorite.
Server was very friendly and attentive.

I came here for a 2pm lunch and there was no one else in the restaurant except my family. The waitress was god awful- took so long for everything, barley checked on us, and forgot so many things. I really don’t want to give a bad review but she was the worst waitress I have ever experienced ESPECIALLY for a dead quiet restaurant.

Extremely poor service. We went there on ả Saturday afternoon around 2pm it wasn’t busy at all but our hostess was not at all present. We ordered a large cheese pizza and a beet root goat cheese salad with extra cucumbers plus a unicorn lemonade. Not even one order was served right. We waited 15 mins just for the hostess to take our order and than our Order came out after 30 mins. Pizza was extremely dry and too much pizza sauce in the base. Unicorn lemonade was with out the syrup which after we requested to change she did. Never ever going back to such a bad service place again. Spoiled our birthday celebration. Extremely disappointed.

Slowest service ever. Took 45 minutes for the waitress to take our drink orders for our group and it wasn't even busy! Then we waited another hour and a half for our food, portion was small for the price, fries were cold and burnt. Will never be back at this location after reading others reviews as well. Seems like nothing is being done about the slow service and sub par food.

Very loud! Impossible place to have a family dinner at 6pm
Placed a large team having a year end party next to my family table. Awards, cheering, kids running around out of control. Staff was too busy to handle large group and family tables. Other Boston pizzas can accommodate families and groups better.

Food, staff, service/restaurant amazing! Will say they could definitely throw some more fries in for the price wouldn't hurt. After nearly 25 years I decided to try the pizza, yes I know Boston *pizza* how ironic. Horribly disappointed.got the "meateor". The sausage was full size pieces some even 3-4" long essentially the slice of the pizza. Really small topping proportions over all do not recommend their pizza. The Boston brute never disappoints though. Also try the cactus fries!

Will not be back, came in by myself and was told it will be 10 minutes before I could be seated, 15 minutes later I was informed they could not seat me at all. While I was waiting several groups of people came in and were seated right away without reservations. Staff was all non-white, as well as the customers who came in after me (I happen to be white). This Boston Pizza does not care about single customers only customer groups that will be spending the most.

We ordered a a medium deluxe pizza and asked for bacon and extra cheese on it and asked for it to be cooked so the crust was crispy. When they brought it there was hardly any cheese and the pizza was not crispy. She took it back and they made a new one but then there was less cheese on the second one and we had to wait almost 30 minutes. Why should people pay full price for their order when it is not what the customer ordered.

Had a great experience last night, they accommodated the 7 of us and 1 toddler very well even with it being busy. The waiter was amazing really great guy, forgot his name though sorry, he had white hair and he great with the little one. The food was great as well, big portions, came out pretty quick and at once. Definitely gonna recommend this place to anyone. Only bad thing was it was late and we had to bring the little one home and forgot to get dessert’s

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I went to the BP web site and placed an order. It said the order would be ready in 25 minutes. I was charged on my credit card. When I showed up at the restaurant they did not have the order. The manager had showed no interest in helping. She simply said there is always a confirmation email, I need to see it. Well apparantly they don't always send and email as I didn't get one. She said there is nothing she could do. She said I could phone BPI. I asked for the phone number, she told me to look it up online? I asked her if someone would answer the phone at 6: 45PM, she said yes. I phoned BPI and got a recording that they had left at 5: 00PM.

Ordered a fettuccine Alfredo. Got a spoon with it. The sauce is extremely bland and lacks any seasoning. Although the noodles are decent, the undercooked vegetables negatively impact the overall quality of the dish. Very dissapointed with my experience.

Got the spaghetti & meatballs and the pineapple, goat cheese and beet salad.
Massive portion for both meals. Salad had dressing on the side and I used only 1/2 and it was more than enough. Plenty of goat cheese and veggies in this salad definitely didn't disappoint.

This place has the horrible customer service. The owner treated my husband and I in a very unprofessional and rude manner on our wedding anniversary. When I called in to reserve a table, they guy who answered the phone said that it was busy and could not do the reservation but we could walk in and wait which we were okay with. When we reached there, they owner said that he was not able to entertain us which got us upset as we were asked to come in and wait which again we were okay with. I explained to the owner that we drove all the way and if we had known earlier we could have gone somewhere else. He became so rude and told us to leave and the best he could do os offer us a desert. Is this how one wants to be treated on their wedding anniversary. We told him that we did not want to spoil our mood on this day to which he answered that he did not care and to leave as he was too busy.
What a shame! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever.it was supposed to be the comeback of a life time… THE PANOOKIE, but it wasn’t the fresh gooey mouth watering panookie. It was a raw undercooked yet crunchy and a bit burnt on the edges. It tasted like a three day old reheated cookie. Greatly disappointed.

Last Thursday, I came into Boston pizza for dinner in the evening. The food looked incredible but the service was horrendous. We were served by Jessica. A foul smell which had a resemblance to fecal matter was being emitted whenever our server came by. Initially I thought the restaurant environment had a bad smell however, the smell only came about when she was around. I was absolutely disgusted along with my dinner guests. It was so bad to the point it was nauseating. I observed other servers spraying some sort of cologne-like bottle in the walkway and a cook was seen pinching his nose, further confirming my suspicion. The food looked delicious and I wish I could have enjoyed it but when your server is not practicing self hygiene, it was near impossible.

I will say this as an indian myself, if u r fortunate enough to have a second language that u know.pls do not misuse it.i in the most polite way possible went to the front 2 times to ask for my server.i had been waiting the first time around to be asked about my drinks for 15 mins then i thought id just go up and say we r ready thent i noticed our waitress is ok enough to ask tables by us at least 4 times each “how there food is tasting.and not once did she ask mond u we had kids and no extra napkins were provided but o fgiured she would come ask us at least one time if our food wws ok and at that time id ask her for extra napkins but she didjt so i wrnt to the front again and at this point theres 3 indian women standing around (including the manager) when i went to go say in the politest way that can u pls help me our server never returned i said i dont mean to make her sound bad but she hasnt come they starte dto giggle and started speaking in punjabi amongst each other funny thing is i understood everything.i ignored and went back to the table.then another server came and was just in a very angry mood didnt speak ntn just kinda through the things at us.then when it came to paying the bill and i thought maybe the girls having a off day.i usually am generous with appreciating the server but then again i saw her come out shes asking the same tables arounr me the manager and the other 3 girls directly staring at me and speaking in punjabi lol.i had my kids so i didnt wantto tell them that what they did was disrespectful but really grow up and be respectful of everyone around u

It's really unacceptable.
I ordered custom SPAGETTI with Mushroom, Salmon, and Creamy Alfredo Sauce. Kitchen made me Fettuccine instead. The Fettuccine was uncooked. Salmon was too dry and tasteless. And I didn't even taste any creamy on the sauce. The only thing I could have that was mushroom. Spending almost $30 for only mushroom, that is so funny.

Always a good time here. The staff and owners are very nice and accommodating. My kids love coming here so we visit often. The food is always on point. And who can forget the best cake you will ever have, the Chocolate Explosion (pro tip, get it with a side of ice cream). The Memphis chicken burger is becoming a favorite of mine as well.

Typical bp quality food. Great staff. But. Always always understaffed 9/10 times Im here. Always waiting at the front up to 5-10 minutes sometimes just to have my vax pass scanned. Then u sit at the bar. And on a bad day it's another 10 minute wait. If the bar tender happend stop be there I'll get my drink in a timely manner. The bill can take up to ten minutes aswell. It's Boston pizza. Always atleast 5-10 ppl or tables in the restaurant. Please stop cheaping out on staff, they barely get paid decent as it is just hire some more staff and pay them. Don't send them home when it's slow cuz ppl will come in wen that happends. Rather have them and not need them then need them and not have them. Staff are great here just waiting to get scanned, waiting for my drinks, waiting for my bill. Have 1 server for the bar and 1-2 for the restaurant. Not 1 worker being a hostess, bartender and server. Ppl who Wana come in for a quick 40$ bill will walk out as I have a few times. I like it here but sometimes I just gotta get on my way!

Abysmal service from the bartender, and apparently manager? When he made us the wrong drink he got very antagonistic and defensive. He told us he didn't care how it tasted and said we had to pay for the mistake. Continually arguing with us and just being absolutely awful to deal with. I've never been so disappointed with a restaurant experience.

Came here yesterday and don't plan on returning. My friend asked for weekly specials and she told him it was Pasta Tuesday, and there was also a huge Pasta Tuesday sign right next to our table so I didn't really question it when she said that. If someone tells you what day it is and it's the middle of the week and you aren't really paying attention, you're gonna believe them.

So when it came time to pay our bills, the server hands us bills with regular pasta prices on them - I bring it up to her and she goes to "ask someone". She comes back and says unfortunately it's Wednesday. Again, none of us really questioned it because we all thought, hey yeah it's Tuesday. She made no attempt to fix the prices despite it being HER mistake for misleading us, and we just had to pay for our overpriced, bland pasta that we wouldn't even have ordered had she not said it was Pasta Tuesday.

I've been a server for years, and if I make a mistake, the customer sure as hell wouldn't be paying for it. Also, she began telling us they were closed (not closing - closed) at 9: 40pm when we had just brought us our dessert a few minutes prior. I understand not wanting to stay past closing, but please just give your customers time to eat their dessert without breathing down their necks, and rest assured they will leave on time.

Absolutely abysmal food and even worse service. Maybe have front of house and back of house switch roles, might even make for a better experience.

Was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, so I asked if they could call me when it was ready so I can come in and pick it up in order to minimize social interaction. Pretty disappointed overall, used to eat at the Surrey central location all the time and when I moved here I hoped this one would be as good. It was not. Ordered 2 big dippers with caesar. They forgot the horseradish mayo for both dippers, which by itself would of been fine. Mistakes happen. The salads where both a complete mess, No bacon, no cheese, no lemon. Just lettuce, croutons and dressing. They did package the Au jus separate as I asked for which I almost put 3 stars, but the delivery guy tipped it back down to 2 (Boston pizza's delivery guy, not an ubereats or skip driver) as he didn't want to bring it to my door and had me come out to him instead. Not overall a huge deal but I didn't ask for curbside and I'm still bitter about the rest of the items so 2 it is. Only reason it's not a 1 is after making my own mayo and fixing what I could (cheese and lemon, had no bacon) with the salad it was fine.

Honestly. Overpriced. Almost 40$ for a large. If I want expensive pizza I will go to Emilio's in Langley where I'm happy to pay more for amazing pizza. Overall Norma great experience. Heard the manage talking to an employee and was saying some vulgar inappropriate things.

Great experience tonight at this location. Food was great and service was great. It reminded of us of a pre covid…. Definitely one of the few restaurants that is getting things right with all the new covid requirements. We will be going back soon!

The atmosphere was calm and quiet which allowed for great conversation with a friend. The fettuccine was great (as good as ever), and the service was both quick and amazingly bubbly. Will certainly return for another rewarding meal!

We ordered via Uber Eats and didn’t receive half of the main order. I called the restaurant and after putting me on hold they verified it was their mistake. They then advised there was nothing they could do since we ordered thru 3rd party. Food we did receive was ok, but cold even though we paid extra for priority order and added a 20% tip. I give two stars since definitely BP’s fault for not providing correct order to Uber Eats driver (who was really great and fast).

The success of a restaurant is not only the quality of its food, but also the customer service. I have worked for years with staff and getting staff to find their commitment and give the 101% is a difficult task. Today Kam was our waiter and there was an error in our order, possibly ours or theirs, but as it was difficult to ensure it, we were not frustrated because Kam exceeded our expectations and instead of sending us with the bad experience, he sent us wanting to come back again. I congratulate all the staff for their level of commitment, it is very difficult to see such young people working on that tune. Thanks. We really enjoyed!

The worst place I ever went too… no it’s not with the food it’s with the service.the curly hair Asian guy was rude and ridiculous… I went there at 10: 50 Pm on Saturday with kids and family. I told them that we are waiting for other family but you can take the order. Our order came to table at 11: 20 and we were 9 people all together. At exact 12 the curly hair guy came in and started saying that you need to leave right now. I told me that give me 10 minutes let children finish there food on this he revert sorry I can’t do that and you need to leave now. On this 3-4 other people came in from kitchen and start picking my plates although we were eating…. My kids were stunned and terrified on this…guys I will never be going to this place again and suggest everyone never take yours kids there as well…BOSTON you should have at least courtesy to call me back on my complaint which I made on Monday…. You guys don’t even deserve the 1 star….

Took my son out for dinner after a long time staying away from restaurants. We were very disappointed with his meal. The kids cheeseburger bread seemed old, it was hard and dry. The slice of cheese was ice cold and the server took it back to microwave it so the cheese would melt on the burger.definitely not going back.

Was super pumped to eat at Boston Pizza as we don't have one close to us. Arrived with four kids, to avoid a wait we asked if wife could sit with two and me to sit with two. Was told that's not an option due to covid we have to sit together (not sure how that makes sense) and the wait would be 30-40 minutes. If they let us split up we would have been seated immediately. Don't get why they would want us waiting for so long vs splitting up. Going to stick to White Spot which seems to be the most kid friendly venue around which actually goes the extra mile to accommodate families with kids shame because I remember growing up Boston Pizza used to be very accommodating to families. FYI tried ordering ahead so food wood be ready when we got table no go not allowed. I know it's difficult write now and I much rather just not write a review but at this Langley Boston Pizza management needs to hear how they can improve as today's experience really was super disappointing and quite frankly its management that was telling us this, when we actually got seated out server was amazing (might want to consider promoting her)

Very good service. It was my first time at this location but they knew my parents drinks and what they usually eat. They were attentive and brought refills before you could ask. They were very accommodating for my toddler offering extra napkins, getting a highchair, supplying two packs of crayons, interacted with him while social distancing and made it an enjoyable experience. The food was excellent. I got the Royal Hawaiian pizza and it was the best pizza I've had from Boston pizza. I would go there all the time if I lived in the area just based on service alone. The food was the cherry on top.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Ordered delivery for dinner. Food was left at my door I bring it inside and they are missing part of my order. I called and they called me a liar and said all the food was in there. Well clearly it wasn’t. I had to fight with them forever about it before they would finally replace it but now made me go pick it up. The whole reason I ordered delivery was so it would be delivered as I had sleeping babies at home. The employee and manager I talked to were unbelievably rude.

Went on a Friday night- great food, great service, great music! I think there are new owners, it’s like a brand new Boston Pizza. The vibe is so much more lively, the staff is lively. The service was incredible, they checked in frequently and went above and beyond. If you haven’t been to this Boston Pizza lately, definitely worth checking out!

Just tried to have lunch here. Since we would not buy their face masks we we told to leave without any explanation. We were the only whites people In the restaurant and I believe the manager was discriminating against us because of our skin colour. We all had face coverings but we were still refused service. Undoubtedly the worst service I've ever received. We went into the restaurant where we were told, by the hostess that masks were mandatory. We told her that we all had masks. She seated us. The waitress arrived and once again advised us of the Covid policy and offered to sell us masks for $2 each. We told her that we all had masks. No one was planning on leaving the table. She told us about her $2 masks again. We told her thar we had masks. She went on about Covid policy and mentioned the $2 masks again. I asked her if she was being serious. Was she joking? I couldn't believe the insanity. The 2 people that I was with were in shock. She told us that it was policy. I told her that I understood her policy and that we wouldn't be buying her masks as we have our own. She stormed off. 2 minutes later a lady, who I assume was her manager as she didn't introduce herself, told us that they were refusing to serve us and told us to leave. Needless to say, I will never return to Boston Pizza, after being treated like trash. The place was totally empty except for 1 other table. Best part is that I have visited the same BP every Sunday night after hockey, with a large group of people. We'll be heading to Cactus Club, Sammy J Peppers or Moxies instead.

Consistently anytime I've came, either myself or someone with me has had to wait excessively for their order. I'm waiting on take away as I type this. It was to be ready at 7: 47. It's 8: 09 now and the hostess promised it would be ready at 8: 05. Two doordash came and neither had to wait more than a minute. Disappointing that our food was not also a priority.

We went during the COVID restrictions for the first time. There were three adults and four kids, and we had to separate the groups because of their only 6 people dine in policy. It went alright, kids ate and behaved well and we had a great server!

We recently moved to Langley. We visited this Boston Pizza for the third time. Again, food came hot and in a reasonable time. Restaurant was clean and organized and practicing safe Covid-19. Our waiter was Sho. He had incredibly pleasant service. He didn’t bug us but brought us things we needed without even asking, He seemed to know exactly what we needed. He was very friendly and did an awesome job. I don’t usually give reviews but I feel the waiter truly earned a good review. Thanks so much Sho.
