Boston Pizza

Ordered kids meal to go with spaghetti option. They just gave us plain cooked spaghetti nothing in it. We added salt sauce and pepper. Horrible I am never going there

Nice clean restaurant with ample parking.
Yummy huge portions and tasty drinks.
Highly recommend for a special occasion meal.

The restaurant's management fell short of expectations, with no intention to blame the hostess. The hostess lacked politeness, and she seemed quite young and inexperienced. Regrettably, their level of accommodation was lacking, as they requested a 45-minute wait even when the restaurant wasn't nearly full.

Always very friendly, good and fast service. Good food options. Extra large (>300 inch) flat TV screen behind the bar.

Came and asked for last call for food then didn’t come back the entire time for 15 minutes before closing then needed refills and comes and said machines closed 10 mins before closing… really poor Customer service not good at all here this time

Cloverdale Boston pizza is simply the best Boston pizza location in the lower mainland! They have great food, great staff, and it’s the best place to watch sports! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Food was always good. Good vibes. Service little slow but depends on the occassion and the waiter. Always crowded in the evenings. Nachos full sized is over veggie favorite. Hot wings with Ranch is awesome.

Order a medium cheese pizza and they delivered a toddler pizza that I returned back to the kitchen. 2sec later they return the same pizza saying they r making us a small pizza and to keep the child size pizza cuz it’s combined its equivalent to med. 25 bucks for this new burnt med pizza…never again! Oh and my Thai bites I ordered came cold

Its the best BP among 3.200 theater one is slow and low quality of food. It was Saturday 17: 00 and about quarter full inside, there were 3 servers at the cashier side and i was 2nd in line, took 15 minutes to be seated.but it was not the first time.among the foods we order, Nachos was little cheese and not melted, was not first time.
Langey one in route 10 is so crowded and noisy.it is like a flea market surroundings.

Usually not a big fan of Boston Pizza, but that night it certainly checked all the boxes. Super generous portions and excellent service.

Ordered only wings and cactus potatoes
Ordered at 8: 12pm and received at 8: 45pm. Took so long and after all that wait I came home to find no dip for the cactus potatoes. Was very disappointed

I go to this location often with the family Sometimes 10 or 20 of us show up after baseball. Always great service Mgr & staff are always friendly. Pizza & pasta always delicious.

Food was great, service was a bit off as I think the staff was new, but we will probably visit again some time. Ordered kids meal and a veggie pizza. Both were delicious. Only comment on veggie pizza is the onions were a but raw.

Service was a little slow but the food is always good I haven't been to this location before so it was kind of nice to try it out they were quite busy so it must be pretty good

Cloverdale Boston pizza is the best, it’s the best place to watch sports and have some drinks. The food is good as well. Kristina is the best waitress by far!

Had my birthday dinner here, the food was good but took quite a while. Had to wait around 45 mins for appetizers to come, but understandable with how busy it got. Servers were also nice.

Friendly staff, BRUTAL value, quantity, and quality.ordered the double order of wings (16 total) to save $3, still came to almost $27, add 3 small drinks and the preset minimum 15% tip the debit machine begs for and the total was $54.00, absolutley ridiculous! Not the Boston pizza of years ago at all, emailed head office 2 x.no reply, gr8 customer service! Many far better dining restaurants nearby.don't be disappointed.go elsewhere!
Attempted to contact head office again as per store owners comments. 2 more times.still no reply? What a joke! WAKE UP JIM

Very welcoming staff and very prompt service. I was glad to see new items added the menu as I haven’t Visited Boston location for a while due to COVID. 5 star for the staff.

Food was good and servers were very nice but they didn’t have enough resources for this Monday holiday so it was busy and took awhile for food and drinks

Great place to hang out, extremely good service, awesome chicken wings, great salads, and the pizza is so tasty.

Service is great, The food is mediocre.
If You can't find anything to eat or you can't get into any other restaurants then this is the place for you. Bar food.

I don't normally post reviews, but I feel like this one is needed. I can't say enough of the excellent service I had dining at the Cloverdale Boston Pizza, particularly of the service I received from a young man named Aryz. On top of the good food, I could see how hard he was working to accommodate our needs. He works at a fast pace and always kept a smile on his face! After eating and waiting for the bill, I saw how friendly and accommodating he was to other guests there as well. Truly a class act. I feel like all restaurants could learn from a young man like him, thank you again Aryz! I will be sure to only eat at this location from now on.

Aryz was an amazing server! So friendly and engaging. Even though we had to wait a little longer than expected his friendly smile made the experience well worth it! Definitely returning in the future.

Always a great experience everytime I come by, especially with the top quality hospitality from Aryz going above and beyond being very helpful and friendly during a busy night. Excellent service

Aryz was our server today, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and kept a professional yet friendly manner the entire time, it was an overall wonderful experience i'll definitely be back

Came in for lunch very hungry, place was packed, little concerned. Manager Skyler was my server, food was quick all considered, good quality food, great service!

Restaurant was filthy and a kids meal was served on a dirty plate. Staff completely unconcerned when this was mentioned and it took 20 minutes to have his meal replaced.

Great place! We had the Royal Hawaiian pizza and it was definitely royal! Lol delicious and tasty. Our server was super awesome. Bonus that it's only a block away from work

We had a great experience as the waiter was the best waiter that we've had serve us in long time.food was really good as well.

The food has always been great here, but the 1st time I ordered a pizza, there was a hair baked into it! A little disappointing, but at least the pizza was good? !

It looked like lasagna noodles mixed with a very tiny bit of sauce cheese scattered on top.

Was not able to get the item I want to go when the restaurant is closed for indoor dinning and every other Boston pizza location offers this item to go. Very disappointed!

They always let us stay for awhile for the hockey game, good service, the prices are to be expected, good food tho, ill always be coming back for canucks game

I recognized I lost my wallet about 10 min after I left the restaurant.and I have called to ask to find it.
The staff said nothing found around my seat.
I came back the restaurant and I found under the table.
I think the staff just replied without trying to find it.

But food and beer is good.

Kristina was an amazing server and she has the nicest eyes I've ever saw. I'll come coming back soon!

Boston pizza was amazing as usual. They have the best manager at that location. Which is in Cloverdale.

Im not a fan of pizza, until now! Best Hawaiian pizza ever! Service was awful, but the food made up for it!

It just exactly what you can expect from Boston Pizza. Waitresses and waiters are nice. Way better service than the one in King George Blvd in Surrey.

Missing item in take out order. Should be a better system in place that ensures this doesn't happen. Prices are high enough to expect everything in your order to be there

Ambiance is great - what you’d expect. Staff are nice.
Quality, size, and price of pizza here is absolutely dismal. Dominos $10 pizza is the same/better than their $28.

Some of the better dishes have been taken off the menu, which is disappointing. However the service was excellent and good Covid protocol are in place

OMG, an exceptional experience here today. Awesome server (Michael), pizza, and my moscow mule was the best i have ever had.

Very nice restaurant and great covid social distance between tables. One of the better BP in the fraservalley.

Don't let them bully you into taking meatballs withyourspaghetti; and remind them that you are willing to pay the extra 3 bucks for the cheese topping.

I was very disappointed. I did the takeout thing and the pizzas were not very good and very very expensive. I've had better from there, way better. They lost me as a customer.

Takeout Orders - Amazing customer service and by far the best quality of food compared to Newton and Fleetwood. I usually deal with Cassie (not sure if thats the correct spelling of her name).

Went on a busy Friday night. Food still came fast and was hot and delicious. Staff was great and just the right amount of attentive. Great job!

Aryz V. Was my waiter. Probably the best service from a restaurant I've ever had. Super attentive, and always had a smile on his face. I actually think his service made the food taste better.

The kitchen refused to bake cactus cut chips with toppings on it even though every other location does it no problem.it used to be an item on the menu and it’s literally the same as cooking regular nachos so there’s no good reason to not oblige. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

Phenomenal family restaurant. We are always treated so nicely. Our food is always great and exactly as expected. 5 stars!

I normally enjoy this location but today they were having a huge back-up on food. I called in an order and was told the wait would be 20 mins. I drove the 15 mins to the location and then wait for 30 more minutes. So the wait was 25 more minutes than expected. The front was full of people waiting but every new person was told it would be 5 more minutes. Another gentleman had been there for 10 minutes before me and I got my food before him.

I get that backups happen. I’m just not sure why the staff didn’t do anything in the moment to ease the wait. A $10 gift cards would have made nearly anyone content, but instead we all left frustrated and without any apology for the delay.

If on the phone I’d been told it would be a 45 minute wait, I’d have ordered elsewhere.

Had a stop over at Holiday Inn Surrey and it was really late when I arrived (post 12 AM). This was the only eatery open a stones throw away. Not the best pizza i have had but beggars can't be choosers at 1AM. The lady at the counter who took my order was far from friendly but who cares as long as i got something to fill my tummy. Use the online platform since it's far cheaper than calling in.

Super friendly staff & delicious food! They were so busy due to a football game, but we still got great service (Kim) and the kitchen was kind enough to accommodate a special food request we had - it was greatly appreciated!:)

I got to say Boston Pizza has really stepped it up with the food, that's the first time I've been back 6 years because of food got so bad.
I had their new Hawaiian pizza the best Hawaiian pizza I've ever had so tasty.
Our server was well spoken kind & easy on the eyes.

The food was good but the service lacking. Saw our waitress when we ordered then not again until we asked for the bill. No offer to refill drinks or ask how our food was.

Great experience with the family, super clean, wonderful service and the food here was great tasting. Appreciate the quick delivery of the meals as well. This location has never been upsetting.

Normally fantastic service here, this night the food was great but the service wasn’t to the level we’ve come to expect. I guess everyone has a bad night.

Went with a large group and they accommodated us. The servers were great and the staff got all the food out as soon as that could.

Ordered the deluxe pizza and rosé pasta. The pasta was tasteless and overcooked. The pizza? Tasted way worse than a microwave pizza from the freezer in Shoppers.for $47.88? There guys have no standards. Worst Boston Pizza I've ever been to.

BP Cloverdale, great place to hang out with friends for a bite. They've got pasta and pizza but also pretty good ribs and other items.

Spicy perogi pizza, thai chicken bites and dry ribs are always on point. Also worth trying the cactus cut potatoes (as for them crispy). They should seriously consider brining back the cactus cut nachos because they were UNREAL. The menu has a lot of different options but the quality varies based on the time of day or the staff working. I will still always come back for late night snacks with my dad. It’s become tradition at this point.

Food was great, service was mediocre. Server went MIA before bringing the bill and it was the host who noticed and rectified the problem.
