Food rook forever despite the restaurant being DEAD. Food arrived cold and staff very unattractive. Been to many BPs before, worst experience ever.

Got sat…. No one came to greet or serve us, ended up leaving after 20 minutes without even having water.

The service was so slow. We stood at the door at a near empty restaurant for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After they seated us, they didn't bring us menus or water until we waved someone down after another 10 minutes. The food came out quickly but after the food was dropped off, we were ignored again. We wanted to get chili flakes and parmesean but no one came. Keep in mind, the restaurant was still quite empty. All the tables were uncleared, I counted 5 tables that were left uncleared for the entire time we were there.

I will not be coming back here again. Service was not good and the food was mediocre at best.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Boston Pizza with a group of 17 people, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster.

First and foremost, the wait times for our food were utterly unacceptable. Despite having made advanced reservations, we found ourselves waiting for quite some time before our orders were even taken. And once the orders were finally placed, the wait for the food itself felt like an eternity. We were told that there was only one person in the kitchen that night, which they claimed was the reason for the snail's pace service. This excuse is nothing short of absurd. A restaurant of Boston Pizza's supposed caliber should be adequately staffed to handle a large party, especially when they were given ample time to prepare.

The ordeal only worsened when the food finally arrived. Not only were some of the pasta dishes missing key ingredients (Italian sausage) and bacon being absent from the burgers, but to add insult to injury, some of the pasta was actually luke-warm at best. It's mind-boggling to think that a restaurant can mess up such basic orders. And let's not forget the cherry on top: the forced gratuity of 18%, regardless of the terrible service we received. This was salt in the wound, as the service didn't even come close to warranting any kind of gratuity.

To make matters worse, the server's response to our complaints was lackluster at best. When we pointed out the missing ingredients, we had to ask repeatedly before they grudgingly brought them out on separate dishes, as if that somehow rectified the situation. This approach not only ruined the presentation of the dishes but also made the overall dining experience incredibly unpleasant.

It's evident that Boston Pizza failed on multiple fronts during our visit. From the lack of staff preparation despite advanced reservations to the missing ingredients and the overall subpar service, this was an experience I wouldn't ever want to experience again. I urge anyone considering dining at this establishment to think twice, as you might just be setting yourself up for a night of frustration, disappointment, and regret. Save your time, money, and sanity by choosing a different dining option.

They really need some attention towards the cleaning and the customer service. All the tables were dirty and unhygienic. When asked the waitress for the cleanup, it wasn’t satisfactory. The food was delayed by almost an hour. Just ridiculous.

Usually dine in the restaurant area but went on for lunch with a friend and sat at the sports bar. The service was amazing. Our waiter was friendly and kept checking in on us. Can never go wrong with my go to chicken mushroom Alfredo.

After a long day due to horrible weather, we decided to go to our local BP, we'll we should've listened to our neighbors warning us not to eat there but we thought we'd give it a shot. Asked for our appy to come before our dinner and wait for our appy to be done before bringing out our dinner items, we'll out came our dinner after 5 minutes of having our appy on the table, my pasta was cold around the edges, she argued back for about 2 minutes while staring at the plate, she takes it back to the kitchen and I hear her say to the cook "she's complaining the noodles are cold although you just made it she complained can you believe that" the cook said something which I couldn't overhear but I hear my waitress say " ughhh I know right" bottom line without going into so much more; service was horrible, food wasn't the greatest at all, and to top it off - not even a manager to be seen to speak to about my complaints, which is very unlike a BP, I have family that own several BP restaurants and this one is very poorly run. If I wasn't so hungry I would have been better off dropping my money outside in the wind!
Lesson: listen to your neighbors!

Outrageous pricing! Me and my boyfriend got 1 entrée and 2 appies only 2 drinks and it was $91.00!? I know it’s inflation times but seriously? And $11 for one pint of beer which also was too carbony. Just in general is very odd to pay 91$ at a Boston pizza for 2 I would expect those prices for somewhere fancy or higher end like the keg but not from here.

Very poor service. I ask for water and no one bring and this happen twice. My pasta taste burnt.

Best part of dining here was leaving. Ordered two Margaritas that were horrible with a bug in one of them & The water had stuff in it. The beef dip was disgusting I ended up going to Tim Hortons after.

Went to have a rare dinner with my children and mother (party of 5, bill was for over $100), the buns on all 3 dishes were rock hard, it hurt to bite through, both sandwiches were missing an ingredient, and the chicken wings were so overcooked it made the breading on them inedible in the kids meal.

The service was ok, they apologized and we got 1 sandwich remade but aside from that, no compensation on our bill.

All in all, will probably chose a different restaurant next time.

I was stranded at Queensborough, stuck in the snow storm for 12 hours. The kind staff stayed open after hours and allowed me to use the restroom. They helped others stranded stay warm. Thank you for your kindness.

Never going back to this location. My partner ordered some nachos to go. Called ahead of arrival and they were not ready when we got there. They proceeded to take 30 MINUTES to make nachos. We got home and realized that they did not include the guacamole that we had ordered and the food was cold. My partner went back to grab the guacamole and turns out the person who took the order did not add the guacamole to the bill so he paid the $5 for guacamole and then waited 20 MINUTES for them to just grab guac. This was an INFURIATING process. That is an hour of our lives wasted to grab nachos. Additionally, this is excluding the time wasted waiting at the front without being helped by any servers or hosts. Never going back again. They didn't even offer to compensate or refund us. I would rather have not had the nachos.

Not sure what’s going on with this location lately, service has been dismal. I have been going here for a few years now as I work close by and it has been good, the last 2 visits have not.
Company lunch with 7 people. Everyone ordered and it took too long. Also 1 order was missed and had to wait to get it - was only soup, how long can that take.
Today at lunch 12: 30- 2 pm was very bad. Sat down and waitress never came by for 30 min, we had to ask host to go get her. Put our order in and again waited. My friend went to look for the waitress and was nowhere to be found. So my friend saw our food sitting on the counter and grabbed it himself. While we were eating the waitress finally came out and rudely said you can’t go back there and continued to argue with us. She stomped off.
I think the management needs to review this waitress, but to mention the host was polite.
Customers around this area go to lunch during work and rely on good fast service.

Took 45 mins to get served on UFC night (no joke). Also the girl over the phone said she booked us for the bar/projector side but when we got there they said they booked us for the dining room side… please hire more staff

Good service and food was good. Was missing a 3rd box of wings when we order the wings lovers meal deal.

Cold I left a big tip for take out. No cutlery a napkin salt pepper didn't even ask. It's simple me as a customer won't come back again thats all.

We will not be coming back to this restaurant. Every time we Decide to give it another chance, we are sadly disappointed.
Service is always50/50. Either they are rude and make mistakes or they are somewhat nice and makes mistakes. The only thing usually ok, but not always. We also returned a sandwich that they tried to pass off as fresh.

Service was very slow considering there was lots of staff and few customers. Food was cold when we got it and was not great. Drinks did not seem to have any booze.

The Staff are warm and welcoming.the atmosphere is friendly, tables are clean, food is scrumptious Lots of parking no matter when you come. Great location

July 2nd of 2022, we’re about to have a family dinner at Boston Pizza Queensborough. We appreciated that we got seated right away. Nobody came to take our orders or even bring some water after 10 mins.so we told a server who was just passing by that we are ready to order and we’ve been told he will let our server (I guess the server assigned at our table) know. We waited and still, no one came. So we inform another server who was just passing by and she told us the same as what the previous server told us that she will inform our server. Still, no one came. Knowing that a server will never come as we kept on waiting, we decided to leave the restaurant disappointed. It’s understandable if they are busy but they were not.

Took advantage of their Pasta Tuesday special for $13.99, which was savings of $6 or so off the regular price. Their Smoked Gouda & Poblano Pepper Ravioli was tasty, and a good portion for lunch. It was a different taste than what I'm used to with the cheese/pepper flavour combination. Also had their Chocolate Brownie Addiction for dessert, which was decadent and hit the spot for chocolate lovers. You can't really go wrong with brownies, caramel and vanilla ice cream!

Amazing service and food, they went above and beyond to make sure we get the food we wanted! Thank you!

Called to get take out and got the create your pasta i asked for spaghetti with alfredo and tomato sauce and when i got home it had cheese and pieces of meat in it. I can't eat those: (

Had a terrible night out. Food, service, drinks and management were all abysmal. Shame to see a Boston pizza being run this way. Doing a terrible disservice to the brand through horrible mis-management.

Delicious Vegetarian pizza
Ordered 1 large Vegetarian and 1 alrge Mediterranean Pizza for my Birthday at work. Everyone finished it in seconds and complimented on the pizza sauce which was spread evenly and was so Fresh.

Last time. We keep giving this location the chance to show us that they actually care about their food and the community but disappointed again. Will never be coming back. A box of KD is better than anything they serve and take less the 30 minutes to make. Owner thinks the location is doing great even though there is 2 family’s during diner on Pasta Tuesday, so it seems like I am not the only person to feel this way. This location has monopoly as one of the only family restaurants in the neighbourhood and they keep failing hard. Such a disappointment and slap to the face for the local residents.

Today we ordered a rather large order for delivery that included 12 Pizzas and 5 Pasta dishes = $400 plus tip. Being COVID and all we ordered each pizza and dish for each individual. None of the dishes or pizzas were marked as to what they were, which meant opening and trying to decipher what they were. The food was luke warm at best, but according to the staff it was tasty.

Service was slow and it felt like they have forgotten what they are all about. They have brought back some oldies so we will give them another chance for sure

This place is great! Atmosphere is very welcoming and chill. The staff is always pleasant especially the manager Karan. Super nice guy always very polite and friendly. He definitely knows what he is doing and you can tell making customers happy is his main priority. Would definitely recommend this Boston pizza location!

Came for lunch with my family. It wasn't busy, there was maybe 4 tables filled total. It took about 10+ minutes from seated until a server came to ask for our drink and food choices. The food came out and the items were cold about 30 mins later (we only ordered appies). Unsure if they were already premade or sat at the pass for a while until they were brought out. We then waited another 20+ mins until checked on after our meal and asked if we wanted any desert.
I understand that things are tough right now and some places are understaffed, but doing this time places should be upping customer service. In the end you're just hurting your image as a company and your employees take a hit when then are lacking customer service. From seated to exiting took almost 2 hours.

Expensive for what it is. But if going somewhere to watch a game with a couple friends is your thing, this is as good a place as any

Just went for lunch with my daughters and my mom. Thought we'd enjoy a nice lunch while beating the heatwave! Bad idea! They have no air conditioning. The food was great but I would've enjoyed it way more taking it home. (Also heard our waitress tell another table they'd get 15% off for the lack of air conditioning but we weren't offered that.)

Took my mother out for lunch today, the table and seats were dirty. I thought they were supposed to clean properly between customers? The restaurant was not busy. She ordered a Pepperoni pizza, it looked worse than a cheap frozen one and the pepperoni was burnt. She sent it back, the waiter just grabbed it and took off. She had some of my meal that wasn't much better. The chicken tacos, had no lime, one tiny drop each of the sweet chilly sauce and were tasteless. The manager did remove the price of the pizza but overall the experience was extremely unpleasant. We will never go back. I usually over tip and this is the first time ever I left no tip. Would give zero stars.

Five rings to answer phone. Sounded like he didn't care. Very slow at taking order. All of a sudden he's taking to a co worker. He shouldn't be dealing with people. One star for order taker on phone. As for the pizza. Never again. Ham pineapple and chicken. Three pieces didn't have ham and if you want to call it chicken. Maybe a couple of crumbs on there. Never again will go back after that. I don't know if it's under New Management or not like but I don't know what happened never again though

All Boston Pizza have 5star food and service. We always have appreciated the great service we received.

I love the revamped menu. Food is just great and service like always is awesome. Kids love the burger meal with the icecream treat

I felt very safe and comfortable. I dined with 2 children and the restaurant was practicing covid-safe protocols: arrows on the floor, spacing between tables, hand sanitizer and facial coverings at all times.

Let me begin this review by saying the Waiter Ian’s service was so immaculate! Always a great experience with this fellow.

On the other hand.the Manager of this location was the complete opposite. He was so rude and absolutely dismissive. When our food came out both the wings and burger had rubber like chicken and we couldn’t bite into it or even cut it with a knife. When the manager approached us he was acting as if we had done something to the food, he started getting super loud and unprofessional with us, he repeated multiple times “it doesn’t look like anything is wrong” and that “he served this burger 25 times and no one complained”. He then continued to act super unprofessional and angrily threw my plate towards me. I showed the chicken to the waiter and he also said something doesn’t look right. We are regular customers and are truly disappointed we were treated this way. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely astonishing.

Ordered takeout and I ordered cactus cut fries and it didn’t come with the dipping sauce. Also got wings and the lady on the phone asked if I ranch was okay and I said yes, but didn’t end up getting any sauce so I had to eat both my fries and wings dry

The food is pretty good and the staff are pretty friendly, but sometimes you have to repeat things multiple times to the waiters when we request something.

They took great measures to keep up social distancing while still providing great service. Food is the same pre-packaged, pre-cooked garbage stuff you find in any Boston Pizza.

Good food. But it would be nice to have a regular crispy chicken sandwich on the menu, instead of just the Memphis Chicken sandwich. Not everyone wants spicy. I always order it without the Memphis Sauce. Other than that, I like the food and the service.

Sat there for 20 minutes and no one came to talk to us. The restaurant only had 4 tables that had customers. We ended up walking out without eating.

The service at this location was beyond amazing! Staff was bomb, quick and attentive but also genuine not fake or cringy at all! Also spacious seating so you don't feel like you are stuffed in the booths!

Terrible service! We went to this location because we were in the area. I phoned in my order and asked if I can use kids card, he said no because it's for dine in only but with the pandemic there's no dine in option so I said it's ok, cancel the order and I'll go to our usual location because they honored our kids card. However the guy said he'll honor this time so I proceed with my order. Come pick up time, I remembered that there's 15%off pick up and he very condescendingly told me that I am not able to get it because he already went above and beyond by letting me use the kids card. He treated me poorly in front on his staff too. I was appalled as I never insisted for him to use the card. Just pure bad attitude.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Had to to ask to get the table cleaned, the food was served without cutlery or plates, and waited for 30+ minutes to get the bill. Terribly understaffed.

This location is very busy during the lunch hour because of business offices nearby, but nice and quiet on a Saturday night, because it's not a location that you can easily walk, bus or Skytrain to, which was great! Our waitress was very informed on the glutten free menu, as my wife can only eat from that, so we tried the Cauliflower pizza dough, and loved it! Tasted like regular flour dough, but just a bit drier. Bummer that glutten free pizzas are only 8" in diameter, but that's an industry standard. Dropped the rating a "star" because the pizza was lukewarm, and mozzarella cheese put on, which we specified to not have any cheese. Which my wife is having a little reaction now. Yam fries and chipotle sauce great also. Will be back.

I am not one to leave a bad review but the other day I decided to go eat here despite having not good experiences at this boston pizza many times before and it went not good again (I came here because the other Boston Pizza I always go to was too busy). I love Boston Pizza wholeheartedly but this location just always lets me down. The food is always cold (once my food had a frozen spot in the middle) and the food doesn't taste very good at this location. The service here is always super slow (this visit there were not many people eating in the restaurant). I always have to awkwardly ask for something more than 2 times. My dish is missing something the meal was supposed to come with. The tables were dirty, the table across from us had dirty dishes when we got there and were still there when we left. That was my last visit to this location for sure >. >

Food was a little slow, but the server was polite. They no longer have my favourite pizza (bacon double cheeseburger) on the menu. I asked if they could make it and they said no. So I had to build my own pizza instead, they made it fine but it did end up costing $8 more than if they had just made it for me in the first place. The dessert was good too. It was a chocolate almond lava cake, but for some weird reason there were no almonds and the cake wasn't very warm.

Not busy, yet we barely got served and their pizza was horrible and over priced. Will not go back and their nachos was the worst and over priced.

Food is usually freezer burned, over cooked, expensive and servers would rather talk with each other than service the customers. Servers do the bare minimum. Always dirty tables at this location.

We could have done without the loud club music but other than that the atmosphere was nice. The food was very good.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.we went in the lounge at 9: 00pm for happy hour. Asked what domestic beers they offered for 4$. Server (Isabella B) told us, my boyfriend and I agreed to beers and a dessert. Dessert came out, drinks never did and our server ran away after dropping our dessert off. Still sitting here waiting for our bill, our desserts been done for 30 min. When she billed us she realized she forgot our beers and asked another server to cash us out.absolutely disgusting customer service.

Kind of disappointed.asked for an individual pizza with diced onions and greens peppers.onions were diced but peppers were whole.very sad.brought it home and had to throw it out.but restaurant overall was neat and clean.

I phoned this branch to book a reservation because I have been here before and had a good experience. The lady who answered named Priya right away puts me on hold- that's fine. When she picked the phone, I requested a table for 6 and to be seated in a corner or the most quite place in the restaurant. She said NO right away, that they don't have that then puts me on hold AGAIN without saying the reason. How hard it is to accommodate my request especially on a Tuesday night that the place was almost empty. How do I know? Because I went there and brought my family (together with our elderly Pastor who had a hearing problem that's why I requested for a corner or quite place). The server who welcomed us found a spot for us and I requested the Manager to put the volume of the music down. So unfortunate that one staff is not "customer service" oriented and not flexible enough to accommodate certain request.

The best Boston Pizza coast to coast. I travel across the country and the service and food at this location is by far the best in Canada!

The food was okay, but the service was incredibly slow. We waited maybe around 50 minutes or more for our food. The waitress was very nice and explained that unfortunately the manager had not scheduled enough people, and they had even closed delivery services because they didn't have enough people. The reason why I give 3 stars instead of a lower rating is because the waitress was very friendly, had an excellent memory (literally wrote nothing down and got everyone's orders correct to the most minute detail), and gave a free brownie with ice cream to my sister for her graduation. If the waitress wasn't good, I would have given a much lower rating. I think this place would be better if management made sure that there is enough trained staff to handle traffic.

Ordered a salad to go (grilled chicken pecan) and ended up with no chicken on it, very disappointed with the service don't recommend going here

Went there at lunch. It appeared they were short staff on a Sunday. It wasn't very busy at the moment and the staff were friendly but approximately 10-15 tables yet they only had 2 servers and a host. Food came out cold, I had to chase down the server for a refill on the pop. Working in the customer service industry I can tell it is the Management's issue either inexperience in scheduling or staff needs better training as they were hanging out mostly on the back to expedite the food instead of helping the customer. Would not repeat, Jim Treliving would be very disappointed.

Typical chain style restaurant. Baseline, predictable, mediocre food. The service here is quite good. Draft beer drink specials are nice. Restaurant appears to be clean and well kept. There is an outdoor patio here during the summer months, however I haven't spent any time on it; the restaurant is located in the middle of an outlet mall so there isn't much of a view. This is a good place to chill with the buds for a few beers or take the family for a quick predictable bite to eat.

The beer is cold and the pizza is tasty. BP always does it right, no matter which location. Bar side or restaurant side, kids or no kids it is always a good option for me with a great menu and friendly service, every time!
