Terrible service waited 10 min for someone to even come over all tables were dirty, waitress was tying her shoes on the bench of one of the tables, food was terrible half eaten piece of bread under my bread it was so terrible we didn’t wait for the waitress we still paid for it and left u touched food. They also forgot our pizza we got to go DONT GO HERE!

Ordered supper through skip and as much as I hate to leave a bad review, the lack of accountability for their product is ridiculous. Regardless if an order is put through a 3rd party or not, the quality of the food should not suffer.
Unfortunately, that was the case for us and when voicing our disappoint, we were told “it’s out of our hands, talk to skip the dishes”.
Our problem was not with the delivery service, it was with the $25 joke of a salad we received. Soggy frozen spinach, 3 cucumber slices, missing quinoa, no dressing and half chicken breast. Come on.
For reference we ordered: Chicken Fiesta Salad & Honey Dill Chicken Bowl, $55.00 later.

My friends and I came for dinner on Sunday night & were very upset with the service. My friend had ordered an alcoholic drink and after he'd already started drinking it, was told he HAD TO order food. Nowhere in any liquor law/license states that you need to order food with alcohol. I've done my research. I had to order fries for him because the waitress was going to take his drink away. Not only that, but it was not busy whatsoever and it was taking 15 minutes EACH TIME for the waitress to come back with anything we asked for. None of us will ever be coming back to this location.

Was served food…and then the waiter never came back. He avoided our table completely for the entire sitting, until we flagged him down to get our bills. We planned to get more drinks (ie spend more money, guys!) but did not get the chance as our server was incompetent and content to just chat with his fellow coworkers.

It's good, I only use the takeout service. I order on-line it's free and super convenient

This place needs some help. They used to have good pizza, but this was pretty pathetic. Place needs some serious updating. Disappointing experience.

Terrible service. All orders were wrong. Food was bad. And took forever for the wrong food to show up. Never again. This place just keeps getting worse and worse.

Took some friends from England and met a friend from Kamloops there, I'm from the states. My first time to Chilliwack. The wait staff was awesome, helpful and fun. I was pleased with the menu not knowing what to expect. The chicken was perfectly cooked on my sandwich. The cheesecake was good put I prefer berries in my berry sauce on top lol. Thanks for Lunch.

Ordered $75 worth of takeout food. Got home and opened the bag to find that they forgot to add the 3 sauces I paid for. The wings and cactus cuts were not the greatest without sauce. My chicken burger was also mediocre at best. Definitely one of the poorest BP’s I’ve been too.

Went in for a bite and to celebrate my birthday; however, was very disappointed that the staff didn't acknowledge my birthday and never even wish me a good one today's staff will benefit from spreading cheers to make patrons feel special that was not my experience today, the waiter also smelled like BO disgusting

Food was good but the service needed improvement. The employees were generally nice, but seemed to hide in the back and were rarely seen. We hardly saw our waitress during our hour plus stay, and it took her a while to even introduce herself. We had to flag someone down for a refill on drinks. To get our bill, we had to go up to the front to try find someone, but yet had to wait because there was no one there either!

Came to BP for my birthday dinner, we waited over 45 minutes for food when it arrived it was cold, made wrong and one of our pizzas had cardboard in it! Definitely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a while.

Such a waste of money they not deserve even one star i order pizza and cauliflower bites pay 52$ food is tasteless and dry. Pizza dough is very hard I don’t recommend anyone come here and waste money

Excellent customer service. Food was fresh and delicious and portions on the larger side. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always a good choice - menu items for everyone including lactose free cheese for their pizzas. And they have Richards Red on tap!

As someone who worked in both the service industry and a Boston Pizza for years i was blown away with how awful this experience was.

We had enough time with menus to order food and beverages together, beer keg was flat for the draft so swapped for another beer, no big deal as it happens with keg changes Couldn’t get the server so brought to the bar myself.

We ordered 2 kids meals, 2 meals and Bandera bread to start. Server walked by to say Bread would be right out but then we never saw her again. Food was brought out. We all finished eating, our beverages and still no server. We advised still no bandera bread but we were done now so needed the bill. About 10 mins later the bread showed up and no bill. Kids were restless so again went to the bar, waited for about 10 minutes as a line formed behind me of all the other tables finishing up who couldn’t get a server. (The restaurant wasn’t busy, there was 3 servers at least on as well as bartender and manager)

The petite blonde server/manager came out and helped everyone settle up their bill. She was lovely and seemed to be the one dialed into service and what was going on. We paid for the kids eat free March meals because I just didn’t want to be a bother but I would not return to this restaurant. If this is how the front of the house functions, I wouldn’t want to see the back of the house (kitchen).

I have lived in Chilliwack for more years than I care to admit, and this was my first time to try out this location. I was really looking forward to a famous Boston Pizza with my partner. I had very high expectations after visiting other lcoations in the lower mainland. This place was a huge let down. The water had a horrible taste to it, reminded me of dirty pipes. The pop tasted like it was mixed with something else. The honey garlic wings were ok, but not something I would order again. The main course, the main reason I entered those doors - the pizza. Oh my goodness. The crust lacked consistency, some places were thick and half cooked and other places were thin and slightly crunchy. The pizza sauce was ok but not enough on the pie! The toppings were not great. I was thoroughly disappointed. The decor lacked something.it didn't feel like a typical Boston Pizza! At least the server was friendly.

The food was great, service was not. I don’t think anyone there is old enough to serve alcohol.

Asked for a personalized pepperoni pizza. Not sure what this is. Asked for a small Hawaiian thin crust and was not on thin crust. Horrible horrible service. Will never order again

Pizza was underwhelming and slightly undercooked. Caesar salad was mostly the bitter outer leaves that most places remove before chopping the rest of the lettuce. Boston chowder was just cream soup with potatoes and two shrimp… we only came here because it seemed like a more child friendly option than Earls. Server was trying hard but definitely wasn’t trained properly yet. My husband even commented that Papa John’s makes better pizza… Overall would not come back sorry.

The pizza, salad, dessert and service were all excellent. A perfect 1st time experience.

Family friendly restaurant with plenty of parking, great service and good food for a decent price. The staff was very nice and helpful, the food was out fast and tasted good.

Manager gave away our reservation to start. Food was sub par. Service was slow and not very organized.the waitress was good but it isn't run very well at all. Seems to be run by teenagers now that don't really care. I used to go there quite a bit. But honestly I probably won't go again.

HORRIBLE service! We had reservations, yet had to wait 15 minutes for menus, another 15 for drinks, and almost an hour for food. We had 4 kids with us as well, so waiting that long when you have hungry toddlers and kids.not very fun. The server never came back to offer more drinks or refills. My friend actually had to go up to the bar and ask for a pitcher of water. They never asked how the food was (cold and lumpy mashed potatoes, mmm!) or came to remove empty plates or anything. And once again we had to flag down a different server to order the kids' desserts.

We stopped in for dinner after returning from a day's hiking. The staff were friendly and accommodating despite our bedraggled appearance. The pizza and drinks were ready in a reasonable amount of time, and the food tasted very good to our starving selves. Thanks for a great end to our trip.

Their balls taste gross.
Wouldn't recommend their spaghetti and meatballs to someone I dislike. But their appies and service are generally good.

Worst BP I've ever been too. Don't bother asking me to go fill out a survey on your website for feedback. This is your feedback. And know I'll never be ordering from here again.

Super friendly waiters and solid food. A bit more on the expensive side but the nice environment made up for it. Bathrooms do need some work.

and is not welcoming at all and the food service is very poor would not recommend to anyone.

Food was ridiculously expensive, almost 30 bucks just for a medium pizza and took quite a while to come. Pizza was dry and didn't taste very fresh, wings were really good though. Server was pleasant, although I found the dress code pretty sloppy for how much we paid. I can get the same quality for half the price elsewhere.

Wish I could give it zero stars. We went in for a quick lunch on our way back from Harrison. They refused to serve us, when there store was empty. Kicked us out and served the people behind us. All because we had one extra kids with us. And the staff was very rude. They were yelling showing attitude and raising there voices. Made one of the kids cry.

This place used to be terrible to visit or order takeout from, but I’ve noticed a huge jump in the quality of food and service. It has quickly become one of my favourite places to eat in Chilliwack. Keep it up!

Visited there on the 25th of July, there was no air conditioning in the place. The pop was warm and flat. We ordered the Boston Royal with olives on just one half. We got olives on the whole thing with extra olives on one half. The waiter offered to take it back and have a new one made. But our granddaughter was already well started on her burger and I was already feeling sick from the heat in there. I witnessed a female staff member come out of the kitchen and ask the Manager if she could go home and change into shorts. He declined her request stating that it was against policy. It was 44 degrees outside. Really? No shorts allowed? Manager should have closed the doors and sent the staff home.

THERE WAS A TOENAIL IN MY PIZZA BREAD SAUCE! I called and told them and after they put me on hold for about 10 minutes they said they would only give me credit. NEVER AGAIN

Omg! Our food was delicious. We had take out. Hot & fresh. Megan is one of the managers and she is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service when you deal with her

The girl at the register behind the bar has quite the poor attitude. Don’t say your order will be ready for pick up and then make me wait an additional 20 minutes. 55 minutes for pick up is unacceptable.

Friendly waitress and good service but the food was not great salad too much dressing and the wrap sandwich too much sauce the only good thing was spinach dip and artichoke but needs more bread to dip. Need more vegatarian options like vegy burger.

Picked up 2 orders of lasagna. We were very disappointed! Meal was $40 and containers were about 1/2 full, mostly noodles, very little sauce or meat. VERY little! A sprinkling of cheese on the top, barely any, and just Luke warm! Had no flavour! It seemed like it had been literally thrown together and no care or pride taken in the preparation. We like to support our local restaurants, especially at this time, but we won’t be ordering from there again. We were, however, impressed with the organization and care that was taken maintaining the COVID protocols and safety for the customers.

Got the memphis chicken sandwich only ate half cause it was overcooked fries weren't bad though pizza wasn't the best either too overpriced for a decent pizza

Food was o.k. Service was o.k. Hostess was pretty rude about covid regulations.weird power trip attitude with that young lady.

This location has consistently been the worst chain restaurant to eat at that ive ever been to. My most recent visits I always tried something different that should be flavourful and it is always the most bland flavourless and barely edible food you could get from a restaurant.
Even as a child I remember it being mediocre and even getting cold food.

It was the worst experience ever. We came in at 2 o'clock. Restorant was empty. We ordered our food and waiting 35 minutes for 2 burgers. While we are waiting the girl who brought us in, Boston Pizza Worker, sitting down after we are already ordered. IN 35 MIN, SHE GOT 2 DIFFERENT MEALS and we are still waiting. When we finally got are meals burgers were cold, Not just warm COLD. It is the last place on earth where I would go to eat again.

Not great.that was my last visit. The food has gone down hill very fast.the only thing good were the ribs.would Have been better if they were hot.

Smells funny, food is sub par compared to other Boston pizzas, We were not satisfied with the food or service. No refills offered either. Keep driving. Oh and stay away from the spinach dip, so gross

Since arriving in Chilliwack 3 years ago, I can honestly say that it was the best pizza I've ever had from any place.
I have tried 6 other places and all were a bit doughy. Not Boston Pizza! Cooked all through the crust.
I'm going to make this my go to pizza. The lasagna with extra cheese was good. I did broil the cheese as I like it brownish.

Still currently finishing my experience here but had to write about it as things were very disappointing.

First off, after our kids drink order was dropped off my boyfriend and I asked for a drink menu to which the response was “I think I can find something in the back for you” which gave me the impression that this was an inconvenience or hassle for him. Our server came back and dropped off the menu and then my girlfriend and I waited for about 10 mins before I got up went by the bar/kitchen area and waited there while a few of the employees finished a conversation before noticing me standing there and asked if I needed help. I let them know I simply wanted to order food for my family but hadn’t seen our server around.

A different server came and took our order but didn’t apologize for the wait not seemed interested in us being their or our orders at all. We ordered everything and after taking our order finally got our drinks from our original server. We ordered a rum and Pepsi and a sleeve of Belgian moon.we had one sip and wanted to send the beer back as although the glass was chilled the beer itself was room temperature at best. Still no one has come by and it’s been about another 15-20mins (no quality check on the drinks nor anyone by to drop off presets).

Pretty dismal to say the least. Normally don’t complain but I am hoping the fact that I had time to write this detailed review while still sitting in the restaurant waiting for my families food gets the message across as to how disappointing our experience has been.

We are a huge advocate for BP and are involved in the kids meal gift card promotion every time it happens. But this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.

I gave 2 stars because I’m hopeful this is a one off as well as because I heard a staff member in the back calling out the team for hanging out in the back stating that “if customers hear or see us they’ll think were all on a break”

During our wait it was also pretty concerning seeing one of the servers going outside hanging out with an arriving employee, coming inside without seeming to wash/sanitize their hands and go straight into looking after their tables

Hopefully this feedback helps as we like supporting local businesses/restaurants but will definitely be going elsewhere next time we’re in the area.

Also just received our food and asked for the bill right away as well as the kids desserts packed up and still no one cared to ask if everything was ok nor apologize for the wait etc.

I changed it to one star, as I was directed to fill out the feedback directly with Boston pizza. It said I would be contacted within 48 hours. It’s now been 4 days and I have yet to hear anything back from the company and that right there is how’s me that they do t care about their costumers.

Horrible service and even worse food. Nothing was cooked properly or had any proper flavoring in it. Would not recommend this location.

Took a bit longer for food, but service was excellent, polite. Food was very good. Fajita was very tasty but chicken breast was slightly over cooked. My son had burger and inhaled it then gave 2 thumbs up.

Ordered a small pizza and a medium for pickup cost 47.00 was told when picked up that the order person should have told me if I ordered them both in mediums one would have been half price. Then go to eat my pizza s to find guess you are saving on pizza sauce cause my small had basically none. The other pizza the couldnt even be bothered to cut the ham so dissapointed in the cost and the quality didnt think covid would make you soak the customer and lower the quality. Not very nice boston pizza at this point wouldnt recommend chilliwack boston pizza on luckakuck way in chilliwack bc to my friends or family until something is done.

Great food, very friendly staff.
My grandson & I stopped in for dinner &were greeted by a very friendly young lady.
We were asked to sign in, as part of the Covid protocol.
The server was very professional and helpful on menu items.
The food came out quickly, tasted great and was good and hot.

Worst pizza ever.was dried out very little flavor or sauce.where's the cheese.for the price I'm definitely disappointed not worth getting again

Went to Chilliwack Boston pizza recently because was given a gift card. The food was good but the price of the food was way overpriced. Not competitive with the other local restaurants. Will we be back? Not likely

We came here on a non-busy day, the staff was friendly to take our order. However we waited for our food for 45 minutes, we gave them the benefit of the doubt they might be short staffed. We then realized everyone around us who came after us had received their food. Our host came back to us to inform us that he forgot to place our order and asked us if we would like to order again. Disappointed by the service we received, we left the restaurant. Wont be coming to this location again.

Terrible quality food. Bland and taste Canned. This location has been terrible for past 10 years. The price is steep for canned food.
