Typical BP but this location has the worst service. The waiter was too busy chatting with coworkers. I almost felt guilty trying to get his attention for any service. Never go back to BP.

Yea I'm not a fan of the food but the drinks are steady flowing and great atmosphere many big TVs to watch your favorite sports game

Waited an hour for food, only to be told they gave our order away. I paid when I placed the order, so I was told I could not get a refund. They took my number and told me I can maybe get a credit after they "talk to their manager. " Even tho I was told that the guy I was talking to about the mix up was the manager. No call back, no follow up, so I'm not sure why they bothered to ask for my number?

And the time before this, I placed an order for a pizza but didn't notice until I got home to Kitimat that it was the wrong pizza. (I know, that's my own fault).

Burgers are dry and overcooked. Buns are burnt in the warmer. Pizza is the only safe option

Only been to the bar side but the staff are good there. This is our out of town bar and the staff know what we like.

I was seated in the dinning area by a TV watching the oilers. I ordered the spicy pasta burned my hand from the hot plate but managed to finish my meal.

Boston Pizza is a known quantity and you can always expect good service and good food. The weights are quite reasonable.

Normally have a great experience with Boston Pizza locations across Canada. This particular manager felt the need to argue with me about my preferences. I had ordered a Chicken Clubhouse during the lunch hour. I can forgive the food taking 30+ minutes but received subpar food. The chicken was a huge chunk that barely covered the bread and the bacon burnt nearly to a crisp. Inedible. The bread was soaked in cheese grease and the fries were soggy. The manager on duty felt the need to argue that is exactly how she would eat the food. I had tried to order another Guinness pint but thr manager server did not pour a proper pint. She had rushed the pour and basically tossed a not properly settled drink in front of me. Not impressed by thr lack of attention to details by this Boston Pizza location.

Jim much better than Yorkton pasta. But had a boston royal coulda used more cheese and sauce tho

My husband and family put together a surprise birthday dinner here and the staff were fantastic.

Classic pub food and even though they are short staffed, those who are working do their best to make your experience awesome.

The restaurant was excellently cleaned and spaced properly for covid regulations. Staff were friendly and really just on point. We had a really bad experience with some diners behind us and the staff did an excellent job making sure we were moved to a different table and the problem was taken care of. Food was amazing. Thank you again for being so considerate! They really are amazing.

Had a great time dinning in despite the changes in seating. Our server was really pleasant and super professional. We had a great lunch date.

2 days in row, I brought family. Both days were awesome. Great food and service. I just didn't get the lady's name who took our order n serviced drinks. Very friendly that lady.

Food was good, rarely complaints. Sat on the bar area side because family side was full (covid seating limits). Bar side tends to be on the loud side for conversations. Should have gone on the patio.

Okay food but not a really clean place for what I would like to see in a BP. I think the tables an booths need to be cleaned better. Haven't found a food consistency. The staff were great though.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. It looks more like a frozen pizza than something I ordered from Boston Pizza. It was luke warm at best. Not even close to the quality I usually get at Boston Pizza. Just disappointing. They also forgot to deliver part of my order.

The delivery driver was polite, professional, and wuick to fix the order error. 5/5 stars

$23 plus tax for shrimp tacos. Happy hour beer $0.49 off. Never will go back for this over priced mediocrity.

I had the pork ribs, which of course were fantastic. But I was especially surprised at how well the vegetables were cooked, and the salad was fantastic.

Tastefull meal with a friendly staff, locals enjoy baseball on TV, the bar can be loud during games.
