I had a great time at Bottega Salon. Everyone is friendly. Siobhan is an excellent stylist. I love my new haircut. I even brought my best friend Lacey with me. She was allowed to stay with me to watch the whole process. It’s so lovely when I can trust a stylist who listens, who cares, and who understands crazy, curly hair!

Siobhan was a fantastic stylist and “got”what I requested of her, which doesn’t happen very often!

Excellent haircut and Siobhan knew just what I wanted did a beautiful job. She gave me styling tips as well.

This was my first time going to Bottega Salon and I was happily surprised by all the little things being done to make the world a better place. Not only do the stylists do a great job, but they also create an environment of helping each other grow and hone their skills. I love that there was an option to donate my hair to a kid who is in need and that the rest of the hair is recycled. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in need of hair services.

First time that I booked here. Was waiting for my appointment for 2 weeks and at the very moment of my appointment, the girl was “sick” and they need to reschedule. Nope thank you you just lost a customer.

Tyana (sp?) did a fantastic job with my hair cut and style - it perfectly suited my fine/thin hair and she listened to all my hair goals as I have a wedding to go to in 5 weeks and needed something that will give me daily style while leaving enough length for styling for the wedding. I am pleased!

I went here to have my half blonde/grey hair colored 100% back to my natural dark. Amber did an absolutely fantastic job at colour matching, and making it even all over regardless of the multi colours she was covering! She is also a great conversationalist and made a point to remember things we talked about in previous appointments, months previously. I travel 45 min to come here as this is the best service I've had in a salon. I highly recommend!

Woman’s cut by Siobhan, which was well done, shows why she’s a master! I have curly hair and she straightened it to ensure it blended well. Siobhan also talked me through what she was doing and why all the way through. Thanks!

After trying a couple of other salons in both West Kelowna and Kelowna I am so glad to have found Bottega. Leilani did a great job on my hair. She listens and hears what you say, makes suggestions and in the end created a great cut. Couldn't be more pleased.

Thankful I came across the Bottega Salon! My first time, I was greeted in a clean and welcoming environment. Personally, I am hesitant with handling my hair since it’s very curly, although Veronica did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the results, and I will most certainly come again for my future hair needs!

Veronica did an excellent job! I went in there with long, fuzzy, heavy hair that had not been cut in a long time, looking to get my curls back. She listened to my requests and gave me an excellent cut. Normally after getting a cut, my curls take a couple of days to come back, but my curls were there as soon as my hair dried. Very satisfied, and I will definitely go back!

Siobhan cut and colored my hair. She was amazing. She spent time explaining what and why she was doing. Explained why my hair wouldn't do certain things. She took her time and I LOVE IT! P. Oh my gosh I can't say enough awesome amazing spectacular words to describe my experience at Bottega today.it was my first time!

My hair was so bad I had basically resorted to hiding it up in a clip for the past 3 years. I had weightloss surgery and my hair had fallen out in chunks. It has grown out a horrible mix of bad colour, frizzy broken uneven ends, and a shape that looked like a homeless lady. (No offence to the homeless!)

Siobhan just knew exactly what to do to fix the brassy yellow, and cut my hair in such a way that I look AMAZING!

She explained every step of the process with me and asked me before she did anything to my hair and gave me the most amazing advice and also so many tips and techniques on how I can safely style and improve the health of my hair.
She even found me just the perfect shampoo and conditioner I was very happy with this!

Prices are very reasonable considering salons I've been to before charge MUCH more and I didn't look anything close to how I look today!

I was so blown away when I left that Salon I look like a totally different person and I just can't get over how amazing my hair looks I thought it was gone I will probably cry when I get over the shock of how great I look lol.

I just want to say a very big heartfelt thank you to Siobhan. I can't get over how much I love the colour and design of my new hair style I'm absolutely in shock.

This lady is an EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL STYLIST, and I will be back!

I’ve loved the results both times I’ve visited Bottega! I went once just for a trim and the second time for highlights and a big chop. I saw Leiloni both times and am so thrilled with my color and cut. I’m new to West Kelowna and I’m so glad I’ve found a place to have my hair done here.
