Awesome personnel works hard! And location offer more variety of return great! They deserve better wage or increase.

We are from out of town, the employees just took our bottles and didn’t direct us toward where to get our payment.

maps shows the entrance to the depot as a turn off of 24th ave but the entrance is a right turn on King George highway and two drives on right. Alway busy but well run. The People of White Rock and surrounding areas have discerning tastes for a good wine or spirits, but a little more experience is needed for a great Beer.

Kept clean and organized. Did bag dropoff for Lions Club donation from some people at Springs RV. Good parking and lot of other good recycling done here.

Staff have no idea what they’re doing and kept smashing glass bottles…

Friendly and helpful staff. Let's you know what goes where and helps with big drop offs with lighting, paint and electronics.

It ain't recreation but ya gotta do it.this depot is pretty fast and convenient. On a saturday I was in and out in 15 minutes with 25 bucks for my effort

Not the cleanest but it can get the job done. The smell wasn't too bad in winter but in hot summer day you better wear a mask.

Nice staff. They give full refund of beer cans, not 80% refunds like Fleetwood. They take plastic bags, paint and electronics.

I honestly hate coming here. They pay 10 cents and that's about the only appeal. The staff are snarky, unhelpful, their tone and attitude is sub-par. I've heard them standing around whining about their wages and hours, while customers are literally trying to get their attention. Some don't wear their masks correctly and apparently don't know how far 2 meters is. Ugh

TBH i wouldnt want to work here too.they didnt allow me to recycle my plant food containers here even tho they clearly fall into the recycling guidlines.no reason given just kept repeating himself like a broken record.he even followed me out. I guess most people that come into this place are treated as such. The whole system for recycling anything is just convoluted and constantly changing.none of the minions at the bottom know anything.its different from one depot to another.sure isnt easy trying to do your part.

Took way too long to process me, then shorted me on the exchange. I'm used to the staff being rude or short with me - I don't care about that, they probably don't get paid enough to care much - but she miscounted and gave me way less than I was expecting.

Real creepy. No music, just a lot of miserable people.
Put some tunes on. It's like dead zone in there. Worse than a funeral. I had to talk to myself for entertainment.
I know we don't go there for fun, it's a business. But Geez man

You have to sort your own bottles and ive never ever had to do thet anywhere.they were rude and underpaid. Will not be returning

This use to be a good place and it still is IF you don't need to call them or speak to them. THEY BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. The older ladies that use to work there were very good and trustworthy but the new young males? Let me just say count how much you are to get because they will have a lower amount.

They are quick and efficient. Smells bad but lets be realistic its a bottle depot and a very large one. The great thing about this location is that I can return Styrofoam here instead of it going in the garbage.

Its not the biggest nor is it the cleanest.and getting in and out can be a hastle due to medians. But they do take returns and that help our environment.

I would give zero stars if possible. Crowded no social distancing and no masks. Staff are rude and literally push customers out of the way.

Very good and fast place to bring your empties to. Good service, lots of parking, well clean, and people have such a positive attitude. Very honest employees that won't rip you off. Sometimes during hot days (usually in the summer), there could be a small line-up at the enterance, but you would be able to get in fairly fast. Thank you employees for making the service very good and efficient. Definetly coming back here!

Glad they take everything. Yes you do have to separate everything but beets having to go to the dump for plastic, styrofoam and small appliances.

Bad experience, don't go there, old school mannn. Not even proper boxes for public to put their cans, not even water to wash hands, bad parking space not enough. How they count how they manage God knows please try other places, let them give time to update their equipment for public

Be very careful the women that sort your bottles are lying cheats with anyone carrying large amounts of bottles I have tested this theory will small amounts of bottles and gotten exactly what I'm supposed to anytime I have brought large amounts they skim the count and do it so quickly that you won't notice it I do account before I drop them off

The staff is why I rated this location a 3. They're slow and have issues counting. If you go in with large amounts they seem to have a hard time keeping track. They do keep it as clean as possible. One female employee likes to just stare at you when you ask her questions. Lol.

Quite a few flies, but considering what business this is, it is understandable. Fairly clean, and the staff was quick and friendly.

Make sure you count your pop containers from your alcohol recyclables because they sure don't. 52 means 25 here. Brutal.
