Bottle Return Depot

They will count 450 bottles "in their head" with 25 different types. They wont count and enter. Just count once. Enter once. You will be shorted on your return. Go somewhere where they count and enter infront of you.

There is no way you counted this many items and this many types and got it right.

I know you didn't because I had 3 small liquor bottles.not 1. I also had 87 pop cans not 86. Not sure what else I got shorted on but there is no way a person can remember all this information correctly once, and the first time.

Dropped off 2 bags at the express kiosk. Two weeks later and a bag with about $20 worth of returns unaccounted for and not refunded to my account. Called customer service, no answer, emailed, no answer. Many people use this service for fundraising, charities, this is not acceptable. To the owner of this company, take better care of your business, know what’s going on and make changes. I will never use this location again and will post my experience on all my social media accounts to warn others not to use the service or location

Wasn't too busy, people wise, wasps were another story. Was a lil disappointed that all containers didn't get paid the full price of 10 cents. And they don't accept batteries for recycling.

Went to do a very small return that only ended up to $6.10. A woman that was leaving told me to count my returns because they just ripped her off. Normally I don't bother with that, but I counted just to see. Sure enough they ripped me off & when I politely told them there is a mistake. The worker point blank denied it. Then I showed them the picture of the returns before I gave them in. No apology. That was a very small return, but they most likely do this to everyone.

Dropped off a bag at the express last Sunday at about 10am a week later it still hasn’t been credited to my account, I have noticed lately it has been taking a unacceptable amount of time for my drop offs to be credited an the number of cans/bottles they say were non refundable has been increasing. After reading other reviews here I see I’m not the only one with this complaint. This location has to do BETTER!

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Absolutely horrible, they intentionally ignore part of your return while counting and act like they don't know what is going on. Do not come here, go somewhere else and save your time, money and gas.

I dropped off 4 huge bags of cand and bottles. They only gave me back $12 this is definetly wrong. I was hoping to give the kids some money towards something. Never coming nack here.

Walk up to large table, sort your stuff and they come to you.

This facility is really clean. They have stepped up their protocol and it shows! Very patient and always polite - even when I show up at 5 minutes to close they always are helpful. Many thanks guys!

Lots of parking. We dropped our Express bags in a huge pile that I thought would take days to process, but it was handled the same day.

Had everything sorted from home and counted. They took everything in there recycling bags, it was quick, friendly and right on the money. Excellent work thank-you.

Best prices paid back on returns. Staff is attentive to needs of trays etc. No carts dedicated to the store but other grocery carts usually there. Very busy

Do not go to this place. They rip you off everytime. This is the second time I caught them cheating me. There will not be a third.

They steal your bottles.don’t go.just wasting your time. U get refund whatever they feel like to give u.

Very indifferent staff. On my last visit the young lady managed to serve me without uttering a single word, even when handing me my cash. Easily solved. Won’t go back.

You need to show them you've done your due diligence counting the number of cans and bottles or else they will short change you. I'm so tired of being short changed by them. They refunded me the exact for the very first time today, because I showed them I had counted every single can and bottles. They keep ripping everyone off and it really bothers me to know they are such unethical, dishonest people. Sometimes reviews should include a NO STAR as they definitely don't deserve a single star for their business practices.

Speak to each other in another language and snear at customers.

Smelly! Dirty floor. Employees basically nice. Serve speed is very fast only if you done the work well, and count the number right by yourself. Free parking lot in the front. Parking ground sometimes is dirty. Many small shops nearby. Pretty convenient. Easy access.

They scam: (Brought bottles in for our school and they ripped us off bad. Never go here they steel from children
