I am rating poorly only due to poor customer service / reception. Very rude and disorganized. Disappointing.

Been going regularly for years now, I highly encourage anyone to stop bye and try it out! The student clinicians are very inquisitive & really do spend the time to get to the root cause of your concerns.

I visited the clinic for several appointments over the past year and have very much enjoyed my experience! All of the student clinicians I had were knowledgable and professional. The first few appointments involved a thorough history and physical examination which provided the foundation for personalized advice and treatments moving forward!

Been a regular in the clinic for over a year now. Every student doctor I've had has been incredibly respectful and knowledgeable and have helped me find many of the answers I've been looking for! All the staff have been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed to reschedule an appointment or answer any of my questions. Highly recommend!

Loved Boucher. Chelsea was a great help in relieving me of my headaches and finding a way to work through my TMJ issues. I saw her once a week for 3 months.:)

The Boucher Medical clinic is a fantastic resource for those looking for a comprehensive look into their health! The doctors here have helped me tremendously over the last year and a half!

Very thorough and supportive care. It was much more beneficial than the usual 10 minute appointment at a walk in clinic. I felt that all components of my health were addressed, not just one symptom at a time.

The Boucher Clinic was my first experience with naturopathic medical care and I have been fortunate to try everything from acupuncture for wicked insomnia to laser therapy for skin rejuvenation. The ND supervisors and student clinicians all have different values, backgrounds, and philosophies to achieving optimal health, but they all follow their intuition and clearly explain the overarching physiologic disharmonies behind seemingly independent health concerns.

This place is good if you have time to waist. As they are training to be doc. They don't know much so for serious concerns better go somewhere else.

This is a teaching clinic. Many of the other comments are in regards to high clinician turnover etc. There is turnover every 6 months.
Your first appointment will basically be an interview and a few basic tests, similar to a physical. It isn't a place to go if you just want to be in and out with a quick fix.

Staff nice but not very professional. Always promise they can help with problems but at my next appointment they don't. Actually they suggest to go somewhere else because their treatment price are high.

I went for 4 months in a row and everytime I called to book an appointment the receptionist said that my previous"doctor" isn't there anymore and so I changed 4 "doctors" in 4 months. Sounds very odd.
Then they claim to be doctors but only thing they do is just ask questions and never actually help. After being questioned but not treated I must pay the bill. Wao, if they are doctors, better hit something else.
